our AC at the store went out of a few weeks ago and at the warehouse it gets extremely hot and we called them and within the next day they started working. They were so fast and professional, and getting it done and not being in our way as we are trying to run a business.Moises was just awsome in keeping me in the loop

Kevin was very thorough with servicing our furnace getting it ready for winter. He let me know that were other services that were available to help make the system run better, should I want them. He also helped with getting some estimates for the ductwork we need done.

EXCELLENT company for our air/heat system installation! Pricewas extremely reasonable (did compare), quality, professional, friendly workers who were punctual, neat, focused & knowledgeable about the job at hand. They actually adjusted the airflow in the house & found one duct that was squished, & fixed that. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND SGMechanical. Great customer service from the beginning! Scheduling made a point to accommodate my schedule. The technician was right on time when I needed him to be there and he troubleshooted the problem with my A/C and had us back up in running quickly. Thank goodness for Lincoln Air! Our AC unit had been broken for quite some time, and Arizona heat is nothing to play around with. We needed it fixed ASAP! We called a family friend to take a look at our broken unit and we were quoted thousands of dollars worth of work and equipment. It wasn't until we called Lincoln Air out that we found out it wasn't as expensive as we thought. They were able to find us a less expensive repair and provide us with excellent service! The employees are timely and kind, the office is polite, and the work is fast, efficient, and appropriately priced. I DEFINITELY recommend Lincoln Air!

We appreciated the way they put down covering to protect our floors and carpets, and hung plastic in closet, attic entrance, to cover our clothes. From the time they started and until the end, I only saw them not working one time, and that was during severe wind and rain. When finished they left out home like they found it, clean. Also liked they were amenable to questions throughout the project.

Comfort Experts is the best HVAC company in Phoenix and I highly recommend them. I needed my air conditioning unit replaced and Ryan Mikita came out to my house and gave me a free estimate. I got quotes from several other companies and CE offered the most at the best price. Ryan was very professional and helped me find the best unit for my house. He was straight-forward and honest. Installation went smoothly and the installation technicians were fantastic. They even took the time to balance the air flow in my house and resolved an issue from the past contractor. The technicians went above and beyond to help us. They have offered to come back as many times as needed to ensure my HVAC system works as intended. Fantastic, exceptional and professional service! I called around an hour ago and was greeted by a very kind and courteous customer service representative who told me a service technician would be calling within 15 min to setup a visit and the charge would be $69 whether there is anything wrong or not. The service technician Shane called me within 5 min and followed up with courteous informational calls to ensure that I knew I could utilize my home warranty to reimburse me.

Shane the service tech showed up within the hour to promptly check the usual things, the thermostat, the air filter and then he went up on the roof. He proceeded to drain the unit and clean the coils, performing the regular maintenance to the air conditioning unit. After a thorough inspection and fine tuning, he said that my air compressor shut off due to overheating. He proceeded to recheck his work and thereupon go check my split unit in the garage which has the air filter to see if there were any points that would cause it to overheat.

He replied that he has seen this before, but if it happens again to call them and he would surmise that it would be the compressor that's the culprit. I asked him what regular maintenance intervals does he recommend and he said they usually come out and check the unit in the Spring, just before the Summer, and in the Fall, just before the Winter. But for my Split System, he'd only recommend once a year due to the unit on the roof not operating at all during the Winter. Oh and it only cost me $89 for all that he did!! :D

The whole experience was a delight considering the uncomfortable prospects and I will definitely use them for regular maintenance, highly recommended them to friends, family and coworkers!

The whole crew is great to work with. Always on time, kept us informed along the way (it was a two day install for a 3 and 5 ton AC unit, plus the heat exchangers). Very professional. We have had them doing the annual maintenance for years, and it was a no-brainer to have them install the new units. Thanks to the whole crew!

I called receptionist scheduled appointment waited Tech never showed up or called !! A few weeks later decided to try again scheduled appointment 1 pm they never showed up had Me waiting all day never showed up or called Me !! Taking My business somewhere else for a new unit !!
