Disappointing. We asked for our RO filters to be changed under our sink. It took 3 visits, 3 different techs, each visit lasting over 45 min. None of the 3 techs communicated to the other. And we had purchased our own filters.

Dan was thorough and informative as he did my quarterly maintenance. He even gave me time to run to ACE and buy some filters so he could install for me! Above and Beyond! Thank you!

I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!

Aguilar A/C & Heating were great. Family business father and son showed up quick first thing in the morning day after I contacted them. Fixed all the problems I had going on blower fan issue and water draining issue. Really honest down to earth company saved me lots of money before my problems got worse. I did contact them because they had the same last name as me. Turned out to be probably the best decision I made. I highly recommend This company. Your for sure to get the best service possible.

The customer service skills are through the roof and I wish that more people were as friendly and caring as she is when it comes to your AC maintenance. Mindy and her family have been taking care of her AC unit for over 15 years. Our system is 20 years old and is still running in great condition. I wouldn’t change A/C companies for the world and I give them my highest recommendation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My AC went out and they had an Emergency Tech out and my AC was fixed in just under 2 hours from when I called. Very friendly and honest.

Our heater quit working in February 2021. Our home warranty company sent Velox to repair it. There was a snafu in ordering the blower motor and Velox and the home warranty company fought for months over who should order and pay for the part, all the while they and the home warranty company we're telling us the part was unavailable due to covid shutdowns. Meanwhile we were without heat and then A/C. May came around and it started getting hot and still no repair. At this point Velox had quit returning our calls. When it hit 90 degrees in our house one afternoon I finally called a local contractor who came out the same afternoon and by the end of the day had ordered our part from their supplier, also local. Within a week our heat and A/C were working. Now Velox keeps sending my wife texts saying we owe them $150 for a service call in February, a call we paid $75 for per our home warranty contract. We cannot get in touch with Velox to get this straightened out. They won't return our texts, emails or phone calls and every time we call, regardless of the time of day, their answering service picks up.

SMW did our annual fall system service check. Technician David was on time, professional, courteous and kind. He completely explained everything and made a few minor suggestions for safety that we were not aware of before the visit. Thank you for a great experience!
