I have used A.P.E.S. two separate times now for a rental with AC issues and have been impressed with their availability, knowledge of technicians, and prices. I had Adam come out today to fix my house getting it ready for sale and he was very friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and obviously following a standard thorough diagnostic process. He offered a fee solutions and also offered me some lower priced alternatives so I was well informed to make a solid decision. I will definitely be using again for my HVAC and possibly plumbing needs!

Customer service was perfect from start to finish. I called Chas Roberts because my A/C was not working. The gal who answered the phone was really friendly and had a great attitude and seemed to really like her job. Our HVAC tech, Finley, was outstanding. He was very professional and personable and repaired our unit in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this company.
