I received a heater inspection with Penguin Air, Plumbing, & Electrical and JD. was my representative. He serviced my heater, explained what this entailed, gave me an estimate, and options for suggested work to get completed. JD did a great job, he is passionate about his trade, takes pride in his work and I highly recommend him.

Scott Dale was awesome. He arrived 45 minutes earlier than projected start window which worked out great. He was very polite, professional and asked thorough questions for purpose of visit.
He was able to resolve the issue with the heat pump and had it properly running in about 10 minutes. Then, performed thorough inspection of the unit.

Stephen came out today to do a flood inspection. He cleared the drains in our bathrooms, flushed our water heater and fixed the plumbing under our kitchen sink. Now, everything flows beautifully. He did a great job and is a valuable asset to the company.

Very professional, friendly and helpful all the way through the transaction. Even after I tried to cancel on them with less than a week before install ??????. After filing a home warranty for a failed air conditioning system I was contacted by Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process was effortless as it combined an online warranty claim, a quick and polite phone call from Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, which resulted in a new condenser motor installed by technician Elmer. Our condensing unit is 25 years old and we were concerned that it might be time to replace it. Overall the process was a pleasure and I am glad the Elmer was the service tech. Elmer was professional and polite. Luckily he had the correct size condenser fan motor on his truck. The only downside was that he had to cut down the motor shaft-which just took him more time (in the hot sun) to complete that task, but no gripes from us for that! Thanks for the hard work Elmer! He also had to replace a capacitor for said fan. I don't know if it was luck but our brand air conditioner, Trane, happened to be the same brand that Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning sells, installs and services. Maybe that was why he had the correct fan motor and capacitor on his truck? Either way we're happy to have our air conditioning system up and running again. Thanks to Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, and Elmer.

I seldom leave reviews as I expect good service, unless an company is extremely bad, but Frank went above and beyond by explaining our system to us and also installing a new thermostat while he was here. His service and patience was excellent. Will recommend.

This company is the best! Roxanne was very quick at getting back to me and getting us scheduled. The guys showed up on time on time and were very professional and helpful. I will definitely call them again!

the warranty is great, just make sure you service it every year to keep it valid. the cost is fair and the customer service us great!

Temperature Pro and General Manager Sam Barrow were extremely timely and professional. They have a very informative evaluation of my unit and were transparently honest on the performance on my current system, and the potential for a new unit. Would use them every time.

Just Air is a company I can stand by. They were courteous about our time and was there when they had said they would. They did a thorough inspection and didn't charge us for items we didn't already have on hand for the fixes that were made. They are very respectable people and business. I will highly recommend their services a thousand times over and will rely on them for future complications
