Wanna shout out to team Ovi, Eric, &Evan. Along with team Christian, Noe,&Luis! We had Goettl install a new system in our home & appreciate their professionalism throughout the process. I mentioned how dusty our home gets and upon further inspection the vents of our old system in the attic were NOT sealed and they made sure our new vents were all sealed and that that should really cut down on the dust. It has made a noticeable difference in the air quality of our home. Little details like this matter. Also, thank you for helping me navigate the new Sensi App.

1st Choice came out yesterday to do our yearly complimentary AC check up ! We had a new AC system installed be them 2 and 1/2 years ago and they have excelled in every aspect ! Best HVAC company ever! Technician Manny Did a grate ob inspecting our AC unit! Replaced our filter! CH

Kyler came to our home with a very professional and polite demeanor. He gave a thorough and well explained estimate for a water softener unit; which we chose to have installed the upcoming week. I had a previous unit of questionable installation quality that needed to be uninstalled and replaced; it took him the day to get everything squared away but he got everything done to a quality far superior to the prior unit we had!!!! He gave a detailed run down of the warranties; but if you saw the quality of install he gave us, then you would agree that we'll probably never need to exercise the warranty! System works beautifully and I've got soft water again!!! Honestly, not overtly expensive; and for the price, having someone like Kyler performing the install, we got a massive deal!!!! This is exactly the type of professional I expect when I call a plumber!!!! I'll use Day & Night exclusively from here on!!!

Anthony was the person who helped me out today, he was amazing, friendly and super helpful! He even cut down my tree branches which he didn't have to but he did it just to help me out! Was a amazing guy! Would recommend him and this company to help you.

David Mount was my technician. In my 100 year old rental in a historic neighborhood. He fixed three leaks - replacing a valve outdoors and replacing old plumbing in the bath and kitchen. It took him over one full day. Super service ! He called and discussed the problem with me and his boss; had photos to show before and after; very polite and great customer service skills! Give the man a raise! ?

This company is a class act! I’m in the real estate business and have worked with countless contractors, and I can tell you George and his company have some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. They installed a new HVAC system at one of my rentals and I had some subsequent unrelated issues. Long story short, they aren’t the type to complete a job, get paid, and you never hear from them again. They were so incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Don’t second-guess yourself on this company. You won’t regret it!

Shane was not just on time but EARLY to the appointment to help diagnose the cause of a leak that appeared to be coming from my A/C unit. After quickly ruling out the most common culprits (and a little inter-wall investigation), he was able to ascertain that the problem appeared to be not with my A/C unit but an upstairs neighbor's! He lifted a big weight off my shoulders, in less than two hours, and was super friendly the whole time and answered all the random questions I kept peppering him with.

Crispy came out on short notice when our AC went out and were able to fit us in to replace it the very next day. Good service and responsiveness!
