Was very professional and did and excellent job of explaining everything he did. This was the first heating checkup for my new system.

Sales and prep were great and Steve was professional. The installation crew were prompt and polite. The lead seemed to know what he was doing not so much for his helper, some of the install problems were caused by lack of planning. I suspect that some work that was done was not in workmanship manner or met industry standards or code.. I am going to call Steve and get his opinion..

As usual Steve was on time and did a great job addressing the problem. Steve is does an excellent job. The company has always kept their attention to completing their promises.

I have been working with Expert HVAC for about 4 years. During that time they have not only done a quality job keeping my equipment running but have done so at a very reasonable price. I bought an old commercial building with 5 AC units all of which were old. I expected to have to replace them all but they have kept 4 out of 5 in good working order and we have only replaced one. They have all lived well past their useful life expectancy. I highly recommend them.

Octavio was the technician who performed our HVAC system tune up. He showed on-time, was very professional, and very friendly. He communicated his tasks well and gave me a detailed report. Best value out there! Jesus was his supervisor, who I talked to about an additional issue with my system, and he was easy to work with and very friendly. I will use them again for sure.

Had a quality installation experience with Goettl. Raphael and Luis took their time to ensure that our new system was put in with the highest standards. Appreciate their communication, attention to detail and going above and beyond to help repair some leaks in one of our air ducts.

My heater stopped working and they showed up about 2 hours later. I was amazed. Polite and fair priced. Replaced a motor even had it on his van. I will definitely recommend this company

I called SG Mechanical Air after several attempts of trying to get my AC fixed through my new build's HVAC vendor, which has been a frustrating experience. Miles from SG came and found an oil leak right away (something the vendor was unable to do yesterday). He provided a write up so I could pass it along to my builder to finally get the help needed. He was also very knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I was very impressed and will be referring friends and family to SG.

I’ve had great service from start to finish with a new HVAC system but recently my unit was checked out by a tech named Zachary. This tech was the most caring and thorough tech I’ve come across in a long time. He’s a great communicator, problem solver and a man of his word. He is an all around honest, good human being. I highly recommend Day & Night, it was difficult choosing a company to purchase my unit from. I’m sure I made the right choice.

Juan Figueroa serviced our unit and repaired drain pipes. He was very polite and professional. I will definitely request him for all our service needs!

Scottsdale Air replaced our entire heating/cooling system last month. the crew was there exactly on time, did the installation without any drama, and cleaned the work areas before leaving. A couple of minor issues (always some with such an extensive job) were addressed promptly and effectively.

Very professional, efficient, and friendly! They explained what was going on with my unit and gave me options on what could be done in order to maintain the life of the system! I definitely felt more than I was just another client or a number.

As if their name and logo weren't awesome enough! These guys are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! They came to my home today to conduct an audit/inspection for SRP (yes, they were vetted by SRP and APS) and they were just out of this world! (See what I did there?) Not only did they move their schedule around to accomodate me, they showed up on time, with huge smiles on their faces (THANK YOU ROBERT AND CHRIS!) and came with a humongous wealth of knowledge. I know absolutely NOTHING about energy efficiency, HVAC units, insultation, duct work/returns... ad infinitum... They explained EVERYTHING in a way I could understand, and then were kind enough to wait around for my fella to get home so they could explain everything to him as well when I said, I know I am going to screw up everything you are saying... They are just kind, honest and hardworking and I could not be more grateful! I will always and forever use them for all of my AC/duct work/energy efficiency quests and I will always refer them to my friends and family. Finding honest, hardworking, affordable companies in this day and age is usually an exercise in futility. Especially in the home repair arena. We have discovered finding honest repair men is TOUGH. I hope this review helps those that are in our position, wherein everything in the home we bought last November needs fixed/repaired/replaced. These guys deserve a tremendous round of applause, kudos, and endless accolades! So happy the Aliens arrived at my house!! Thanks for the referral SRP!

I used Pinon Air to replace my aging AC unit which was on it's last legs. They were recommended to me by a friend who uses them for their AC maintenance needs.

For the replacement, I was given several replacement units to choose from along with a recommendation for which would be best for my home. After choosing, I was given a date for the install. They were there on the installation date at the time they promised to be there.

The job took longer than expected, but they stayed until the job was done. They even took the time to go over the new thermostat that was replaced at the same time.

Yogi, the owner was very easy to work with and answered all questions that I had. I even had a cell phone number I could call or text with any issues. I highly recommend them.

Had a maintenance contract with another company. What a nightmare! After 3 weeks of trouble after trouble called Howard Air. They came out and had our ac running tip top in a couple of hours having to pickup where someone else had failed miserably. Real professionals from the office to the field tech's. Highly recommend them.
