Josh, the Hays technician, was phenomenal. He was performing the one year maintenance on the units we had installed last October. He had to track down a small refrigerant leak, found it, repaired it and added the missing refrigerant. Had he not followed up on the small leak, we could have some serious compressor damage next summer!! Thanks again to Josh and HAYS for an excellent job.

After calling many companies to get estimates, I called Hobaica. Melissa provided me with top notch customer service and answered all of my questions. They sent Grayson out that same day to do a diagnostic check of my AC unit. Of the 18 companies I called, Hobaica gave me the best rate. After the part came in, Grayson came back the following week to fix my unit. It was nice to have the same tech for the entire job...Grayson was professional and meticulous about his work and I appreciated the strong communication I had with this company...would 100% recommend Hobaica!

I want to write a bunch of horrible things about sun devil, how race played a huge part in letting me go, a father of 4, or how a huge commercial job was left in the hands of a 21 year old kid, simply because he was the brother of the owner, or how the site superintendent rarely and I mean rarely showed his face before 9 am and never stepped a foot out into the heat, I had better attendance then a few of the employees, but because I don't speak Spanish, or I wasn't related to the owner I was let go, for missing a day due to the Gilbert municipal courts intolerance for being late to court, even if I was at work, and for being 20 minutes late due to car issues. I saw the work being done by the company, and I'll just say this, when the superintendent shows no enthusiasm for the job, and had worse attendence than anybody, and the forman was a kid brother to the owner with 2 years experience, you can imagine the work habits and maturity shown onsite. I am bitter about losing my job, especially when others should have been let go far before me. I feel absolutely stabbed in the back for a company I honestly broke my back for. Shame on sun devil heating and cooling.

Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

I called SG Mechanical Air after several attempts of trying to get my AC fixed through my new build's HVAC vendor, which has been a frustrating experience. Miles from SG came and found an oil leak right away (something the vendor was unable to do yesterday). He provided a write up so I could pass it along to my builder to finally get the help needed. He was also very knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I was very impressed and will be referring friends and family to SG.

As 100deg hit a few weeks ago. Quickly discovered field mice had made a winter meal out of wiring in 2 of my outside units. A quick call and the tech arrived. Besides simply replacing chewed up wiring, he recommended some protective pipe sleeve to prevent this from happening next winter. That’s what I really appreciated, going beyond just the fix to prevent problems next year and beyond.

I called them at 5:30pm and they were there by 8 pm, my tenants really appreciated the fast service, especially since the asoutdoor temp was 110 deg And the house was 85 deg.

I first contacted Chris with Alien Air Conditioning and Heating at 6:05 a.m.on Thursday May 26, without expecting somebody to answer the phone. Chris answered the phone, was very polite listening to what I have to say. I'm out of State owner, he asked me to text him the address and promised me that his team will do the job to get the A/C working at least 75% same day. I was amazed that the job was done as Chris promised due to upcoming memorial day weekend. I am talking about the A/C that another company went to service barely 9 days through management company before I found Alien Air Conditioning and Heating. Chris never try to sell me something my house didn't need. Chris and his team went to my renting house and access what need to be done and see what was done a week before to the A/C. Chris sent me an estimate with pictures of what need to be done and say that he want to do what is necessary to lower the cost. Chris care about owner's compare to other company that has went to my house. Please if you are living out of State I advice you to use Alien Air Conditioning and Heating for A/C services. The company can be trusted 100% and if I have to give this company million stars I will do it. Alien Air Conditioning and Heating went above my expectation. The company is HONEST.
