On Tuesday, February 21, 2023 - Hobaica Team: Ian Flood and his assistant came to our home to replace compressor which was no longer functioning and resulted in lack of heat and air conditioning functions. They were observant, professional, and provided detailed information on what they were going to do to resolve the problem. Ian let us know that it would take most of the day to resolve issue and if we had any questions along the way just let him and his assistant know. Throughout the day Ian kept us posted on their progress. Once installation was complete Ian explained what was accomplished and provided additional instructions relative to new compressor and zone thermostat! We want to say a Big Thank You for Ian Flood and His Assistant for making our home a happy home once again:) You both Rock!

Steve was exceptional. I told him our attic was pretty tight and he was wick to respond “no worries” he will find a way to see what can be done and he delivered. Steve got up into the attic and assessed the issue and we are able to add two vents to our AC unit to our master Br which faces east. Might I add he ensured he didn’t leave one piece of mess behind and even covered my shirts in the closet. We have utilized Desert Diamond in the past and have always been pleased with their service! Thanks Steve for your professionalism.

We also had two other Desert Diamond techs out who installed new duck work for two new vents in Master Bedroom and they were exceptional. Some of the best work I have ever had done.

Today we had Hayden out for a heating repair and he diagnosed the issue and was superb in his customer service as well. There was not a question when he asked if we wanted to sign up for an annual or multi year plan. We signed up today. Thank you Desert Mechanical for EXCELLENT SERVICE. Also - the woman who took my service call this lroing was genuine caring and fantastic as well. I haven’t been this pleased with a company for a long time….

The technician came on time and quickly identified the issue. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We were 100% satisfied with the service. We high recommend this company!

Our Technician was Adam. He went above and beyond in his customer service. He took time to explain the process of the project, the details of the cost as well as pre / post clean up. He also went out of his way to help provide extra assistance in additional area of need, for items that I was struggling to complete by myself. He was very polite, has a beautiful smile & is highly recommend for his ability, patience and customer care.

They take your money but don’t fix anything. Nobody should have to go a month without air conditioning in Arizona, especially when they have paid. Either hire someone who knows what they are doing to fix the problem or admit your business is a scam.

We moved into a new home recently and had no idea how horribly installed the AC was by the previous owner. Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining it all to us. Instead of just telling us what we needed to get our AC up and running, he checked everything so we could be warned for the future. Was very happy I saved my invoice from 2019 for repair work done by Paul. System at new to me house was in need of service and he knew exactly what was wrong and explained it and fixed it. Recommended new system in near future, which I am considering. Also answered questions and just made things simple.
