Sal and Jibran were the techs that came out to repair our plumbing system that had root invasion. They were always here when they said they would be, and they did great work. They were very friendly and explained everything that was going on. We haven't had a plumbing issue since they replaced the pipes.

Your service representative, Brandon R., was prompt, courteous, and presented a professional image. My air conditioning concerns were discussed fully and yourrepresentative explained the workings of our conditioning system in plain language and very concisely. It became clear that your representative cared that I, as a consumer, was being treated fairly and equitably. Your representative went about his work quickly and efficiently and took the time needed to get his work done competently. I might add that he exhibited a command of people skills. As first time homeowners, we were in a panic when our AC stopped working at 10pm in the middle of a Phoenix summer. We called Desert Diamond that same night and were greeted by prompt customer service from the dispatcher. They sent out JD first thing in the morning at 7am and he quickly diagnosed what was luckily just a clogged condensate line. He was informative throughout the process, educated us on preventative maintenance, and was kind with our dog that is timid of strangers in the home. Desert Diamond has our business from here on out!!

The A/C in our computer shop just recently went out, and that makes working on computers incredibly miserable. We called SG Mechanical and they had technicians out in 2 days. Matthew G and Matt S were our technicians and they did an excellent and quick job fixing our unit and provided us with excellent information going forward. Everyone is amazing to work with. Great customer service, even after the job was completed. We needed a new unit and being 9 months pregnant with a crazy toddler, they made me a priority. I couldn't be more lucky to have found such a great company. Fred was the only person (out of 3 other techs) that actually took pictures and showed me what was wrong with our unit/duct work. We're coming up on four years since Alien Air Conditioning installed the new (at the time) heat pump HVAC on our home. It has been one of the smartest upgrades we've made towards our home. The unit they installed still blows cold or heat as needed while using far less electricity to run. The guys from the company walked me through everything they were doing and they genuinely cared about doing business with us.
