Sam was professional and knowledgeable. He was early for the appointment, which I appreciated, given that it was 111 outside and 87 in the house. He fixed the problem in 1 hour.

This company is great. They were super responsive and had a tech come out the next day. The tech, Brett, was ultra professional and went through every detail to make sure the HVAC unit was back up and running perfectly. Brett was professional, took the time to explain to me what happened, why it happened, and how he fixed it. He was clean, personable, and a very nice guy. I highly recommend this company!

A very honest company and do Great work

Updated Review from 5 to 1 Star:I have been with this company for YEARs, primarily for AC services. I always gave their company raves reviews and recommendations to friends and clients. I pay for VIP service to maintenance AC, adding plumbing recently. Had Tech come earlier in week to discuss updating my plumbing lines and turn off values to avoid future leaks. Given estimate of close to $900 and schedule for Sat 11th afternoon. Tech was here for a few hours, was told everything needed to be updated was done. Woke up on Monday morning, slipped and fell in master bath as not only was my master bath flooded so was the guest bath. Turn off new water value on toliet in guest bath as supply line ruptured/leaked, flooding room went through joining wall and flooded master. Called Day and Night, they sent new Tech who quickly stated that supply line in Guest toilet was clearly old and cheap and needed to be replaced. Company charged me additional $60.00 for new supply that was suppose to be replaced on Sat. Called to speak to office asking how 1) if the 2nd Tech stated it was clearly something that should have been replaced, why was it missed on Saturday? and 2) would they find it insult to injury to charge me additional for a $60.00 for a missed supply line from 1st Tech that flooded my home. I was told that, I wasn't charged a service charge to come out I only was (overcharged) for a 20.00 (at most) supply line. I reminded them that I did pay for the service charge since I purchased their VIP service. I asked for someone in plumbing management to look into the matter and get back to me. I told them I understood it was a Monday and they might need a day or two. That was 6/13/2022. The only call we received was from the schedule/sales office later that day while we were dealing with insurance and water migration company in our home, to talk to us about upgrading our water heater. We have yet to hear from Day and Night plumbing management. Bare minimum, we deserved an apology and credit of $60.00. Now I am out $300 for VIP service, $900 for incomplete updates, $60.00 supply line, $1200 insurance deductible, and since I work from home, cancelation for my June 13th clients losing $600.00 in income, now having to deal with days of fans to dry out rooms, weeks of dealing with insurance claims and repairs which will effect my future weeks incomes as well since I can't have repairs happening in same space as my clients need to be. I understand that mistakes happen but Day and Night simply needed to own that mistake and make it right, instead of avoiding the issue and me. This has seriously caused my faith in this business relationship to falter.

John with Scottsdale Air Heating & cooling serviced our 3 year old unit. We called to balance the air. He did that and so much more. He discovered a flaw from the original contractor that could have cost us our new unit. He fixed that free of charge. He was joined also by Justin and I could not recommend Scottsdale Air highly enough. Thank you for being competent and honest.

So my air handler was making an awful racket for the past week or so. I knew this meant I'd need the Dreaded Air Conditioning Replacement but I wasn't sure who I could trust. Am SO glad I went with TemperaturePro!. The technician on site was courteous and respectful to my family; he explained (in plain English) what was wrong and what was needed. When the time came to make a decision re: which system to install, Robin spent an hour with us walking through the options and the pros/cons of each. It was clear she was looking for the best system for us for the money...and indeed, she recommended that we NOT choose the most expensive option as it didn't make sense for our needs. Their installation crew was amazing -- meticulous, quick, and clean. The work was done in a day, and Robin followed up a few days later to ensure the everything was okay. Truly, truly can't say enough good things about these guys; they've earned my business for life!

Really recommend this company! They are super friendly and provide quick service which is significant in Arizona heat. My AC broke on a Monday morning, called them, and they were over diagnosing the issue within a couple hours. They were able to get a brand new AC unit, order a crane, and install my new AC unit by 8am on Tuesday morning. Not even 24 hours had passed since I called them and my AC was fixed!

Johnny Dean did an amazing job. Listened to my complaint and fixed my a/c. Great company, great employees!

My husband and I have been living with an air conditioner that sounded like a plane taking off and landing whenever it would turn on and off and the sound while it was running was less than quiet. We called THREE reputable HVAC repair companies and they all said there was nothing wrong with the unit. Comfort One (Taps, the owner) was able to make it out the same day we called (the day we had enough and wanted to be in peace). He walked straight in, said what he thought it was, and fixed it all in one day. Professional, trustworthy, excellent service, and we are grateful to live in peace again. We have already been referring them and will continue to do so. Thank you!

I have used Lee Collins for years and been terrifically happy. I understand it was recently sold, and the service is definitely not the same. First, they didn't have my records. Understandable - records do get lost in transitions. I asked if the same people were there - yes, they were. A new guy came to the house. Joseph was very nice. However, he didn't come with appropriate tools to do the job. He asked if I had a short ladder to check vents and returns in the house. He said he had one on his truck. I got the ladder. To enter my attic from the outside, his extension ladder was too big. So I got my extension ladder for him. I have a hard time believing I'm the only person in a ranch home with a split unit up in the attic. My attic opening is per code, so what???? On the invoice it says I insisted [I] would clean her own coil on ground. Nope, he told me he would take out the leaves on the bottom this time only, that this wasn't what the call was for. I would have to have someone come back and do a deep clean if I wanted the coils cleaned. I asked what exactly a deep clean was, and it was hosing off the coils. I said I could do that. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

The online experience with Parker and sons was easy and fast to use. They were professional with there responses and there employee was professional and courteouprofessionals. The online experience fantastic, responses time great, worker was and helpful. The reason for a four star and not a five was the final cost I felt was higher than the research I did what it should of been.

When my AC quit on me in the middle of a holiday (July 4) Larvell came out and did a great job making my house livable again. Very professional and personable. I will call Goliath Mechanical for any future issues with my HVAC.
