Best Air Conditioning Ductwork in Phoenix AZ

We used Matt for a repair on our HVAC system, and he did a phenomenal job. He was professional, efficient and saved us from having to spend a ton of money on a new unit. We also used Travis to unclog our bathroom sink (bless him), and he got the job done quickly. I trust these two for all our home repair needs!

Yesterday Aundre performed our semi-annual heating/air conditioning maintenance. He was prompt, very professional, and fixed a vibration in my attic that had been causing some noise. I hope he will be our technician in 6 months.

I just want to express my sincerest gratitude to the team of Scottsdale heating and air. From my first call they made me feel comfortable that I was going to get great service and I was right. I don’t live In Arizona but my mom and daughter do and I had already had an issue with another company that told my home warranty company they couldn’t diagnose my problem. Do not use this business! They wanted me to put in a new air conditioner for $7,000 and I got another company to fix my air conditioner for less than $400 They told me the part I needed was not available and I would need to get an entire new air conditioner. So I checked with another ac service who found the part and replaced it within 2 days.

Same day service to fix my heater! And extremely reasonable prices. Will be working with them to do an energy audit of my home in the next month.

Just had Service Technician Denis Odom come to my house. He was the most professional technician in ANY industry I have had at my house. He was extremely polite, nice and thorough. Howard Air should be honored to employ a first-class professional such as Denis.

They were fast and super nice. I was without AC for over a week and they managed to figure the problem out and get me a completely new unit within 24 hours. Mikey and Jessie were just amazing at getting everything installed and set up. They definitely went the extra mile and made sure everything was running and cleaning up after they were done. They were super helpful and nice, I am beyond grateful for all they did to get my new AC up.

I have been using Accutemp since 2006. Pat did a consult for the overhaul of my house AC, ducting, insulation and furnace space. They all went way above and beyond. I managed to get a new roof, the insulation blown in and the duct work redone and then the electrical and new Trane unit put on, all orchestrated by them.
So in 2016 when I was facing a new home, I called them. They always do their best and my new unit has been a challenge with the coldest parts of winter. Its become man vs machine and Accutemp now is ready to assist as it seems the manufacturer design is the issue. I really appreciate their integrity and the long term employees who are like family. Its comforting to know you can trust them to make it right.

First time this company came out, Mike, the service guy was unable to fix the heat. He did say it was fixed and was only here 10 minutes but no heat was working. I called and complained and the general manager came out with another service worker for about an hour and a half and fixed my heat. It turned out to be the thermostat after he checked and was able to replace it but gave no reason as to why Mike said nothing was wrong.

While I’ve had some issues with my mini split AC unit, my service tech Lyle has been vey professional and easy to work with.

Pathetic service ever, they don’t show up on the appointments days (multiple times). The work is pending for months, have been calling them since months to fix the HVAC system and now the heater(yes does not even work and its already freezing in the morning hours), they just don’t show up. They have their service contract with Lennox HVAC, which even sucks further!
