Best A/C System Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

We have had Joe out twice for two different jobs and he has done an exceptional job both times.

We had our Air conditioner completely changed out a little while back When they came they were very professional about it and cleaned up all of their mess and made sure that we didn’t have to worry about trashing any of the bad equipment. Today I had Kevin come by and check on it for us. Not only did he greet me, he made sure to put booties on his boots to make sure there was no dirt tracking or germs coming into our home. He explained to me what he was going to be doing and even had a friendly conversation with me while doing it. He not only cleaned up his mess but also cleaned up extra dirt that was collected under the door between their visits. He then cleaned our lines for summer time and made sure that was all perfect and ready to go for us. He then checked the system outside as well and said he cleared up some of the weeds surrounding the machine. He was very professional, very friendly and made sure we knew what we needed to keep our air going great during the summer. I would highly recommend this company and Kevin as well.

I wish that I had more “stars” to give to Josh Heinold service technician and Amanda, dispatch. My A/C unit quit working during an APS cool rewards event Saturday afternoon.I have a home warranty through First American home warranty and the best that they could offer was a service call 10 days after l lost cooling in my home. I would add that there was a severe heat advisory issued and the outside temp was 112 degrees, (inside temp edged up to 95 degrees).I called Penguin Air as a new customer Saturday evening without using my warranty company.The response was immediate and the gal that answered my call was amazing (I’m sorry but I missed her name) and showed a great amount of empathy and concern for my situation. She passed on my call to Amanda who immediately had me scheduled.Josh was my Service Technician and he was awesome, wait a minute…….he was “AWESOME”. I got a call 30 minutes before he arrived. He immediately found my A/C problem,gave me several options then fixed my A/C. Josh was professional, responsive, empathetic to the problem at hand and a wealth of A/C knowledge. I would strongly recommend this company.

Awesome work ethic polite and went above and beyond gave me a more than fair estimate and completed the job in a timely manner while providing a great quality service. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a plumber.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

I have used Daniel off and on for 5 years. He his the best most honest plumber. I highly recommend this company!

The service tech that came out to Fairmont gardens this week said the leak was irrigation,. It was not it is a leak off the main. Plus the guy was somewhat inappropriate with a resident. We should not be charged for a service call, I still have a leak and have a different company coming out today.

Been a customer for 8 years. Paid the stupid monthly that covered 2 visits per year. On the last visit, the tech told me the AC was the best it had ever looked. 2 weeks later, my AC broke and my paltry silver status was not enough to get a tech out immediately. I found another business that could come out right away. He found 2 different leaks that had to have been there 2 weeks prior based in markings on the coil. Hobaica really missed the boat on this one, and a loyal customer.

North valley came out quick when our AC went out. Anthony Trejo was our technician and had us up and running within 30 minutes. Highly recommended! Give Anthony a call.....

I called Desert Diamond Mechanical after hours on a Friday, Ryan, the service tech, showed up within an hour. Ended up needing a new AC unit, Ryan helped me pick out the right unit for our family, and took care of all the details, great customer service. The install crew (Frank, Wade,and Austin) showed up on time and did a great job. Quick, clean, and professional. I would highly recommend Desert Diamond Mechanical to anyone.

In June 2022, I had Goettl install a 4 ton A/C unit on my home roof. All my dealings with them up to and including the install, were pleasant and professional. I let my 180 day window for an inspection run down to the wire and the City of Phoenix did their inspection last week. The inspector noted a couple of minor adjustments needed, confirmation of amperage used and a correction that involved the electric panel. After calling Goettl, I was connected with Tim who was part of the original crew that did my install, he attentively took the information and asked me the best time to send a couple guys out to make the necessary changes/adjustments needed. Manuel & JJ arrived as promised today 12/07/22. They were both professional, respectful and made sure I understood what they had done, shared with me the pictures of changes made and even though minor fixes, these guys were very thorough with the explanation. They even gave me a a care package of sorts, filled with thank you gifts for being their customer! From the person who answers the phone, to the sales person to the installation crew to Manuel & JJ today, the customer service skills of Goettl's employees are stellar. I had a seasonal maintenance done and when I complained the air flow in some of our ducts were bad Jorge and John came back and fixed the problem by straightening out the flows to the ducts. They had been kinked. This corrected the problem. Great team and deserve an A++.
