They had been friendly and professional from the time we called to the time the service was completed. They were accurate and thorough. We would use them again. APES did a great job of making our total home comfortable. All the staff were courteous, professional and efficient. They will be our HVAC people now and in the future. You need APES in your HVAC life!!!

Mark came out to perform a free hot water heater service. He was polite, efficient and went above my expectations. He even offered to check the water softener, drained it and put in fresh salt. I feel very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise.

Jair was very pleasant and professional. We had a major clog after tenants had moved out of our rental property. Pure ignorance of what people will try to flush down a toilet. Jair worked hard at trying to break through that clog. I would highly recommend Penguin Air.

Robert was on time and conducted himself in a polite and professional manner. He walked me through step by step on what was needed to find and repair a gas leak. Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Justin of Hobaica replaced a faulty breaker that ran our cloths dryer. He was professional, knowledgeable and very nice to talk to. He explained everything he was doing and why the breaker was faulty. Hobaica has a new customer and I have a new go to repair person.

The guy said that the water turn off valves were frozen, after spaying with a nut buster spray I was able to turn them off. I can't believe they don't run across this regularly. So the drain was unclogged but was not recommended to put back together without some up-sells. So I'm fixing it this weekend. Also left a mess in my bathroom.

Tim was very professional in the service of our A/C system. Unlike other businesses who blamed the age of the unit for its poor performance, he was able to locate the actual cause for the loss of AC, fixed it and brought our unit back to a reasonable performance.

This is exactly what Chase and his team at Valley’s Best Heating and Air conditioning did. My 20 year old AC died on Saturday morning in the middle of August. I was visiting another city 1500 miles away and called Valley’s Best when they were recommended by a neighbor. Chase understood the unusual dynamic of my issue and immediately went to work so that I could conclude my visit without worry. When I returned home I found a new AC unit being installed with a high degree of quality and expertise. I was very impressed with Chase and his team. Of particular note is the AC tech named Jon D. As a business owner I know how difficult finding good employees can be. Jon D. exemplifies the type of team member that all businesses strive to find. Jon was professional and expedient. He showed up when he said he would and with a smile on his face. If he was delayed he would show the courtesy of calling and letting me know. He was open and transparent with his communication of the job scope, worked tirelessly on a Sunday when he could have had a day off, and never complained about working in my tiny attic – a place I have NEVER set foot in. Jon was respectful of my property and pets – he gave me a heads up before using loud equipment so that I could let my dogs outside and his clean-up was impeccable. I would hire him in a split second so Chase had better give this guy a raise!! When all was said and done Valley’s Best Heating and Air Conditioning lived up to its name. My new high efficiency AC unit runs quiet and cut my electric bills in half. Seriously. Well done, Chase and team.

Maintenance was performed as presented. Miles,the service tech, called to say he was on the way. He was polite and answered our questions,completing the service in a timely manner. Will be a return customer for sure.

Received 2 other bids for new AC/Furnace. Both companies were switching back n forth on equipment recommendations then labor costs. Lost all confidence. I used Mike from Cactus Mechanical a few years back so decided to call him. BEST move I have ever made!!! He is extremely knowledgeable & his recommendations were spot on. Very reasonably & competitively priced. The 4 man crew installed both units (2.5 & 3.5 ton) in under 8 hrs. EXTREMELY pleased with results, equipment & overall company.
