My wife and I have remolded 4 different homes with 4 different contractors. API with out a doubt was the best contractor we have ever used. Sherry our general was on site almost everyday overseeing the days progress . My wife and I are very particular and Sherry made sure everything was perfect every step of the way. She even had a running list of items to be corrected before we had noticed them. If you've ever had to have a contractor come back to fix something after a big project you will know how invaluable that is. I will tell you that with the rising cost of construction if you want your next project done right and the best quality I would only use API.

I think that this review of a general contractor is a bit unusual as I don't have a single complaint or issue. It isn't easy to find a general contractor and we hit the jackpot when we went with Ray Ouellette General Contracting. They did a major transformation in my kitchen and brought my master bath into the 21st century! They were on site when they said they would be and kept to the promised schedule. The work was meticulous-with an eye for detail-and their subs were skilled and professional...and their pricing was fair and competitive. We got our HVAC unit repaired from Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company. Technicians were attentive and cleaned it wonderfully. Its working as new.

The work was done in mid January.
We were having an issue with a new dryer we had bought. AZ Electrical Solutions fit us in within a day or two and did a great job. Their electrician was prompt and early at 7am. Found out that our dryer outlet was never installed into our breaker but he took care of it.
Definitely worth the price and would recommend to others.

I wish I can give them a quarter of a star, my drive way is about 1,000 sqft. These pavers don’t have a pattern they are just installed how ever they fit. The boarder line of my driveway doesn’t have a pattern they are just placed all types of different ways. Some pavers stick further out of the outline and some are sinking. Some cuts have over 3/4” gaps and filled with sand that just falls out with rain. I requested repairs they came out and replaced pavers with cracked and holes. I called the office and talk to Brook about the imperfections and she sent out a supervisor for an inspection. He stated that everything was good and up to their scope.
