Justin went out to my rental property to do some repairs our tenant had reported. He was very easy to get a hold of, went out to the property the next day, called to tell me the issue, then made the repairs quickly. It was easy to pay over the phone as i live out of State and he emailed a receipt to me for my records. Great service! Thank you Justin.

This was my first time using Penguin Air and I was lucky enough to get Nathan W. as my service technician to service my a/c unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, walking me through each of the diagnostics and what they meant for my unit. I highly recommend their services!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Field technician quickly diagnosed and solved problem.

Tried to postpone the inevitable AC replacement we knew was coming. Must of had Cody come to the house at least 4 or 5 times. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! So patient and knowledgeable. Eventually ended up replacing our unit with Desert Diamond as well. The installation crew was fantastic!! On time, clean, polite and actually looked like they were having fun! So pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. Couldn't ask for anything better!! Would recommend to anyone!!

Our technician was Ray and he was fantastic. He was on time, and had a great attitude. It didn’t take him long to figure things out either! It was stressful living in a home that was 98 degrees but Ray was empathetic and made sure we were taken care of. I love that he communicated well and made sure I was comfortable with my service! our AC at the store went out of a few weeks ago and at the warehouse it gets extremely hot and we called them and within the next day they started working. They were so fast and professional, and getting it done and not being in our way as we are trying to run a business.Moises was just awsome in keeping me in the loop

Okay say something about this place that was nice I just can't

Frank arrived on time to investigate the issue (failure of AC/heat pump system to deliver warm air during cool weather) and returned the following day, as scheduled, with the required replacement motor to install it and successfully restart the system. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
We had a similar great experience last October, when Kevin spent considerable time checking out our AC/heat pump system and performed required maintenance work.
We're much happier with Sun Devil Heating & Cooling that we were with our previous provider, who seemed more intent on selling us additional services than on simply making sure the system they installed (about 9 years ago) was operating well.

The service men were prompt, pleasant and completed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

Usually I do not write reviews but I chose to write one for this company even though I did not use their service. I was in need for 5T heat pump replacement. I called numerous vendors in valley for best price. Out of all vendors I had one of the best quote from Frank. Frank was very professional and provided me with many options with different price bases. His quotes were very good. I just could not use them as our schedule had a little conflict and Franks was very flexible to make it work for me but I did not have much flexibility on my end. I would recommend this company based on Frank's honesty and professionalism.
