We had the owner of NLKD come out to view needed repairs on our old worn out Kool Deck surrounding our pool in May 2020. David came on time, provided much needed guidance on steps necessary to bring the area up to standards and quickly provided a very competitive quote for repairs. The crew they sent out to do the repair were ON TIME, completed the prep work quickly, answered any questions we had and the clean up process was spotless. End result was a pool deck we were very pleased with that should stand the test of time. The product recommended allows us to walk on the area even in the hottest summer temps. We also worked with office manager Kelly who always answered questions and responded quickly. Do yourself a favor and contact NLKD today!

We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to do with our entrance floor and we went ahead to do it. It wasn't as easy as we thought so we screwed it up completely. Then a friend of our's recommended Sledge Concrete Coating. We explained our idea and a few days later they gave us a sample that was exactly what we had in mind. It took two day's to accomplish our idea to perfection and we still regret that we didn't know about SCC before we started our remodel. If we had our bathroom-, our living- and eventually our kitchen- floors would have looked different today. Thanks for a great artistic concrete job and hope to see you soon again. Ann & Richard

We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

All of the carpeting and tiling in our unit were replaced thanks to their efforts. Throughout the entire procedure, the owner acted with the utmost professionalism. He was helpful, cordial, accommodating, and informed.

The roof on my rental property in Phoenix was leaking and roof had to be completely replaced due to age and condition. Lyons was prompt and professional in inspection and estimate and their price was more than fair. They kept in communication throughout the job sending many photos and updates. They were courteous to my tenant as well as my property manager and did a meticulous job both on the roof and on the clean up of the property. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Sean and his team installed my roof roughly a year ago in about 2 days! Not only did he quote a competitive price for the roof (I went out for 5 bids) but he also helped address some repair/replacement issues with my carport posts as well as building a section to connect 2 separate block walls together. His team really laid a sharp-looking roof: the shingles are nicely staggered and smooth, all the flashings, vent pipes, and attic vents were all color matched to the shingles, and everything was very neat and clean when they finished the job. When selling the house this year, a nervous buyer wanted all the flashings resealed. I contacted Sean and requested he come out to inspect and beef up the sealants around any roof openings. He was very obliging and said it was no problem to come out on such short notice. In short, he did the work, documented it’s completion with photos, and provided a receipt making it all so easy to appease the home buyer. He really saved the sale! I can’t recommend Sean and PCC Roofing & Construction enough!

I contacted Handyman Connection to fix some drywall that a contractor had been giving me the run around on. I called on a Monday and by Friday the job was complete. Marshall, the drywall installer, did a fantastic job and the drywall looks almost good as new!

I couldn't have been happier with the repair and I definitely plan to use them for future repairs!
