I was very thorough when I set out to replace my 32 year old AC. I compared companies, based on advertising, recommendations, and and even a couple of trucks that I randomly passed while driving to work.

5 different companies across the spectrum. 4 of them were just trying to talk me into buying what they were selling. I went with Sun Tech because Jason wanted to teach me about whatever I was buying and why.

Everyone else just assumed that because I had to replace a 32 year old unit that all they had to do is show up. Jason and Sun Tech earned my respect and my business. Best decision I ever made.

Called for service thru home warranty and I Lucked Out with Pinion Air, quick response for heater repair, great with communication and knew what they were doing, Dial! Am in Real Estate and would recommend to family friends and clients, put them on speed dial!

I first heard about Howard Air several years ago on KTAR radio. When I called them that spring to do a check on my system, they came out on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule and sent a great tech that did a thorough job of cleaning my unit's condenser coils, crawling around my attic to verify the air handler control unit had a relay that may need to be replaced soon (previous repair by another company) and offering some tips on keeping my 20+ year old unit running.
Fast forward two years and I decided to have Howard Air out for a consultation since now was the time to replace my old AC unit. Ted came out and met with me for several hours. He was very professional and detailed, and even took a video of my equipment in the attic. He explained some things that could have been causing the unit to run less efficiently for it's life and also what Howard Air could do to improve on these things as well as some of the innovations that Howard Air offers the other company's don't. After seeing some of the prices on the units for install I was hesitant to proceed, but ultimately decided to go with Howard Air for several reasons; including advice from my father who used another competing company for his new AC install, the reputation and warranty of Howard Air and the financing options they offered. I did appreciate Ted cutting our meeting short for another appointment I had that evening to come back the next morning when my wife was home to finish up additional measurements in the attic.
Only two short weeks later I had George and David at my house on a Saturday for the removal of my old unit and the install of my new system. The two gentlemen did a wonderful job with each technician working to help each other out as they tackled each phase of the job. I was impressed by George's overall knowledge and how well he was able to setup the air handler, heat furnace and other parts inside my attic. He also helped guide me through easily using the new wireless thermostat. David put a lot of effort into routing my copper wire and electrical connections the way I wanted and even offered some advice about placement of the unit so there would be less vibrations of the cabling as it was running. I couldn't be happier about the entire job the two of them completed and if I only dealt with George and David alone, that would make me a customer for life with Howard Air. Thank you both!
I'm grateful for the way I was treated from Howard Air, including the first time I had contact with them to after my new AC unit has been installed.
It's been almost a month since my install and now the weather is starting to heat up a bit. I'll be looking forward to having my unit kick on to cool down the house now - Thanks Howard Air!

So I just bought the house 5 months ago and had it inspected there was nothing about exposed wire. When They came to replace the air handler they arrived after I left for work. my lights in the bathroom/closet was working fine. I came home 4 hours later and they stated they that my lights wouldn’t come on in the bathroom/closet where the access point is to my air handler. I asked them what happened they stated they are not sure they went out and fillip some breakers to see if it would come back on. Which it didn’t so I looked around and I couldn’t find anything. So I asked if I can look at there work. I followed the tech in the attic he immediately looked to his left and said we’ll this wire was exposed and I taped it up so nobody would get shocked. And he also stated that had to move some wires out of the way to get the air handler out and the new one in. So they are not taking any responsibility for there mistake they made and on top of that they me to get an electrician to repair a problem that wasn’t there until they got there. I will never return business with this company or recommend them to anyone. This was the 5th attempt to fix a problem with my ac. And it’s still not fixed

Mackenzie Cajudoy was very professional and very friendly. He was honest and did not try to sell me on something that I did not need. I have a system that has 3 flappers and thermostats and it was obvious the one to the great room was not working as it would take hours to cool down if we cooked but the other zones were working just fine. He looked and saw it was not working and said it needed replaced. However, he took the extra step and double checked my flapper that was not working to make sure he would get the correct part and found that I did not need the whole system that is was just a loose wire. He fixed the wire and it is now working. He saved me and my family $1,000, and that is huge weight off of us. Thank you Mackenzie for being so honest as you could have just replaced it when it really was a simple fix. Awesome technician.

Daniel, Samantha and the entire crew at Preferred Air are just completely professional and do what they say they’re going to do. Too many businesses just don’t do the simple things, like communicate and be honest with customers. Daniel always communicated, was transparent about the work and never tried to upsell me. And the cost was very reasonable compared to others with fancy commercials. Preferred Air earned my trust and I’ll always use them for my HVAC needs in the future.

Comfort Experts is the best HVAC company in Phoenix and I highly recommend them. I needed my air conditioning unit replaced and Ryan Mikita came out to my house and gave me a free estimate. I got quotes from several other companies and CE offered the most at the best price. Ryan was very professional and helped me find the best unit for my house. He was straight-forward and honest. Installation went smoothly and the installation technicians were fantastic. They even took the time to balance the air flow in my house and resolved an issue from the past contractor. The technicians went above and beyond to help us. They have offered to come back as many times as needed to ensure my HVAC system works as intended. Patrick Riley sent their Tech Ernest out to trouble shoot my A/C units.While he was looking into the matter he discovered one of my A/C units had worn a hole into the copper line leading to the compressor, he then found that all the freon and oil had escaped.Ernest was very knowledgeable, I could tell he was in his realm and very familiar with what he was doing, He explained what he had to do, before, during and after in a professional manor.The job took several hours to repair, and I was impressed with his ability to work in the heat to complete the job in fast and friendly manner. Paid for emergency service $147.00 non-refundable fee on Friday 8/6 and was told new air compressor needed to be fixed. I had to contact Howard Air on 8/7 for next steps to get it fixed, they did not call me. Was told by lady on 8/7 she would contact me on 8/9 to schedule when a/c could be fixed and take my credit card. Was never contacted on 8/9 or 8/10 by lady after she knew our unit was not working at all. Highly recommend to not use Howard Air!

Update: Even though it says someone would contact me, as of 8/16/21 nobody from Howard Air ever contacted me. Very disappointing.
