HORRIBLE COMPANY! My air conditioning hasn't been working and I have already had 3 different people come from this company to fix it. They take advantage of you. Especially since I'm a woman they think I don't know what is going on! Do not recommend! I've had to come off of work three different times and still hasn't been fixed. I don't trust them

Jimmy from Arcadia Air came over my house to give me an estimate on 2 brand new AC units, as my old ones were 19 years old and breaking down. He gave me a very fair price to say the least. He is very professional, friendly and honest. I agreed to the terms and 3 days later his crew showed up at my house on time. They were just like Jimmy, friendly and professional. They installed my 2 units and showed me how to use the AC controller on the wall. They cleaned up everything from the installation as if they were never even at my house. Ever since the installation at the home, the AC works great and is efficient and saves me money on my monthly bill. I highly recommend Arcadia Air! Keith

A/C stopped working, called on a Saturday morning and tech was out that afternoon. System was installed new by Parker & Sons 4 years ago, still under warranty. Tech did not have part to make the repair, was going to order it and give me a status report on Monday morning. Then tech tried to sell me on a surge protector for the HVAC system. Said it was necessary but could not tell me why they didn't install one when they first put the system in. If it was that necessary, why wasn't it installed then? Of course, got no answer. Received no call on Monday. Called first thing Tuesday to get a status, was told they had received the part on Monday and are ready to finish the repair. Tech came out on Tuesday afternoon and finished. Was then informed that there was a $95 charge that was called a deductible. First explanation was that we did not do the necessary system inspections and that's why we were being charged. I informed the tech that inspections were done and paperwork could be produced. Inspections were done by another company due to lack of professionalism from Parker & Sons. Second explaination for the charge was due to the cost of location and picking up the needed part, the part that was under warranty. Paid the charge and called the CS rep that I initially talked to, was given his voice mail. Still waiting for a call back, it's been over a week. I've been told that I must buy an inspection package thru Parker & Sons or the remaining 6 years on the warranty will be null and void. I have talked to four people there to try and explain all the reasons for my disatisfaction (we have had other garbage work done by them), but nobody cares to listen. I am frustrated with the lack of professionalism, lack of quality work, constant upselling of unnecessary products and services, no returning of phone calls and upper management indifference. I figure I have 6 more years of them holding me hostage before I can deal with a company that cares more about their customers.

We paid George Brazil to seal our AC Air Ducts. A couple years later we called George Brazil for an AC checkup. This representative pointed out that our AC Ducts were NOT Sealed. Then he looked and saw that it was George Brazil that screwed us and he got quiet and left.Initially he said we needed a new AC. But we never heard from him again with a proposal. I guess he didn't want to get George Brazil caught in another lie.

The service tech that came told me that he couldn't get a close look at my AC duct and could only make a guess that it was ok using his phone light....The attic space is not that small. I still have no air flow from 2 vents.

I’ve been so pleased with the service calls I’ve made. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so responsive, respectful, and professional. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been especially cautious about our interactions with others but the service staff have come masked, maintained distance, and worn shoe coverings in and out of the house. In addition, they explained the issues, provided helpful instruction about maintaining our system, and even hooked up an option we didn’t know we had on our unit! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. When it was time to pay, we felt the cost was incredibly fair. Should we need future repairs, this will be our first call!

Matt called prior to his visit. Upon arrival his uniform and personal appearance was impeccable. After entering my home he explained his process and answered all my questions. He placed a new filter in my return and went the extra mile and cleaned the metal grate. He also showed me the duct dirt by using a paper towel, then explained the process of getting them cleaned as well as an approximate cost. I found him to be very thorough outside and in my attic. He advised he lived in my same vicinity and said I could request him for future potential issues. If I need future repairs or replacement, I most certainly would call upon Matt.

Howard Air and technician, David Smith, exceeded my expectations of professionalism. Everyone from the scheduling department to the service technician gave me ample time to explain my issue, and clearly explained their process The technician came on time, and performed a thorough inspection, gave a written report, took the time to explain everything to me and was neat and tidy. It sounds too good to be true but I was there! It’s true! I recommend Howard Air, 100%.

When it came time to replace/upgrade our 20 year old heat pump, Tom and Steve @ Mountainside Air came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They were extremely responsive, professional and took time to walk us through our various options and the pros/cons of each. When installing the unit, the attention to detail, quality, and personal pride in their work was obvious. Would highly recommend.

The crew showed up on time at 6;45 am to replace two split system 25 year old Trane units. The new units were a 3 ton gas split system and 3.5 ton gas split system Trane 14 seer. They started right away one unit at a time, removed all the old system from the attic and the outside ground mount portion the reinstalled the new equipment. Finished both up and running by 5.15 pm cleaned up and removed all the old pieces and parts. Great job and a great price that matched the estimate.

The tech that came out did not have the knowledge to fix the issue with a heat pump that wasn't blowing cold air. Spent hours working, said it was fixed and left. It was not fixed so he had to return the next day and again said it was fixed. It worked for the rest of the summer. But in winter we found the building was cooled down to 45 degrees because our system was blowing cold air when the thermostat requested heat. When another company came to diagnose they said the control board had been bypassed to get the A/C to work. So the tech from Crispy Air and Heating had done that without informing us, knowing the system would not work correctly in winter. Or perhaps he was not knowledgeable enough to even known what he was doing, but suffice it to say, we've had to spend hundreds of dollars in additional repairs and probably hundreds of dollars more in wasted energy on cooling a structure to 45 degrees. When called to get resolution we were repeatedly told a Manager would call us back to resolve and we never received a call back. A complaint has been filed with the ROC.

We have been customers of Adams for over 26 years. We have always been satisfied and will continue to do business with them for our HVAC needs.
