TLDR: I feel they overcharge for the service and parts provided. Like their techs have a minimum they have to charge per call out. I will take my business elsewhere. Full Story: I've had 3 or 4 call outs / experiences with this company. The first 2 or 3 call outs were through a home warranty company. The warranty company will tell you that Sun Tech will call you within 4 hours to schedule their technician. However, that did not happen any of the times - unless you want to wait days - you will need to call them to setup an appointment. Not a huge deal once you know. The first experiences I had with Sun Tech they fixed the problem promptly and I did not owe anything other than the warranty service fee which was like $75 which I paid directly to the warranty company. The most recent call out I no longer had the home warranty. AC was no longer blowing cold air. The tech arrived between the appointment window and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within a half hour and and was on his way. The invoice for this was $375. Here's my gripe. First, the same part was replaced by Sun Tech within the last year during one of the other call outs - a Dual Capacitator. The tech stated that the capacitator that was there (didn't know their company had done the previous replacement) was a poor product. Second, the actual cost of the dual capacitator if I walked into a store or ordered online is $30. I found the exact model available at a walmart for $25. Its on Amazon with prime delivery for $28. I was charged a $65 retail no cool and $310 to replace the dual capacitator. I don't know if they make their prices up on the spot based on what you look like or based on the fact that they are holding your cool air hostage but it definitely felt that way to me.

I recently had Parker and Sons install a new AC unit. I wasn't really in a hurry but they were able to get a sales agent to my house the next day and installers there 2 days later. There was no pressure to buy their biggest fanciest unit. He listened to what I was looking for since I had several specific check boxes for the unit. In the end he presented 4 options and recommended the lowest priced one but I had brand loyalty towards one of the options and it had a feature the others didn't.The installers were great as well. They showed up right on time in company attire and both introduced themselves (I'm horrible with names and forgot to write them down.) After showing them the thermostat, return and circuit breaker they got right to work. While taking down the old unit they found that the previous contractor didn't do a proper job installing it and had used undersized supply and return ducts (12 instead of 16) and hadn't cut a large enough hole in the roof for them to fit through either so even the undersized ducts were pinched off. They replaced the ducting and fixed the roof for proper flow at no extra charge. The new unit looks great up there is super quiet and is so much more comfortable and efficient than I could have imagined.I will definitely be calling Parker and Sons back to do my annual maintenance and probably for any other home repair or upgrade that I can't handle myself.

Mike F. was very professional. Called 30 minutes prior to his arrival to confirm booking and location and was on time. Professional and used shoe covers before entering my home. Polite and well mannered. Assessed the situation before making a judgment call and when he finished his assessment he formulated a couple of price quotes to include my options that may take place in the future. Very knowledgeable in his field and explanations. His work was timely and effective. Kept the cost down and included maintenance as part of the package. Overall, I felt like I wasn't taken advantage of and that I was given the best service possible for what I was charged. Time will tell. Thank you Mike F.

Comfort Experts is the best HVAC company in Phoenix and I highly recommend them. I needed my air conditioning unit replaced and Ryan Mikita came out to my house and gave me a free estimate. I got quotes from several other companies and CE offered the most at the best price. Ryan was very professional and helped me find the best unit for my house. He was straight-forward and honest. Installation went smoothly and the installation technicians were fantastic. They even took the time to balance the air flow in my house and resolved an issue from the past contractor. The technicians went above and beyond to help us. They have offered to come back as many times as needed to ensure my HVAC system works as intended. Nathan was the service tech who serviced our unit. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Courtdeous; wore cloth booties and gloves into the residence. Explained service procedures and work accomplished. A good representative for the Company.

Denis was our technician today and man, this guy was just awesome! He was so polite and went above and beyond. This is the second year we’ve used Howard Air’s bi-yearly maintenance program. We’ve not had any issues their service!

I can't express how happy I am with their service. My a/c went out in the middle of the night. All the big a/c companies were booked out for 3 weeks. Seriously, no joke even for emergency calls. My husband's co-worker knew these guys personally. I called them and within 2 hours they were at my house. They had the part that needed replacing on their truck. My a/c was back up and running within 30 min of their arrivial. The 2 guys were very nice and professional. This is now my new a/c company!!! Thanks again!!!

They responded very quick! I called them on Friday for a quote which was the best I’ve found and had my AC unit installed the next day! Living in AZ and going into triple digits/ this was a lifesaver and very needed.

Went for an interview with the owner in the past & he blatantly told me during the interview that as a tech I was required to condemn every condenser fan motor on every service call & bring it back to the shop to be repainted and take a newly painted used motor off the shelf (from someone else's unit) and install it for the high price of a new motor.

I walked out and have told everyone who has mentioned them.

An absolutely amazing family owned company I would recommend to anyone. They’ve done some great work at my salon. We had some things installed incorrectly when we first opened that have always caused us problems. They explained the issues until we fully understood them. The team even gave us a few different solutions that would help moving forward. I definitely felt that they gave us real solutions, and didn’t just push for the most expensive job they could find.

I enjoyed working with them so much I recommended them when my parents needed some AC work done too! They ditched Parker & Sons and called in the Airzona crew. They worked quickly and efficiently for my family as well. Overall this company has great work ethic. It’s nice to see a family company going above and beyond in the valley for its customers.

I wish I could leave negative stars!!!! I have NEVER in my life experienced such unprofessionalism and complete disregard for someone. My AC went out yesterday, I called and requested service. I was initially advised that I would be serviced between 1-3 pm, that turned into after 4. After 4 as you can guess turned into never. We called and called and called and kept receiving an answering service that subcontracts them. Kept getting the same information “We will send the information to dispatch”. It is now 8pm, your office is clearly closed. My house is a few degrees short of 100 degrees and your office is now closed without so much as a message informing us that someone couldn’t make it tonight. No NOTHING. This is extremely disappointing and the fact that the owner of this company was sent our information directly multiple times before closing and didn’t even bother to reach out makes it worse. My children have to sleep in 100 degree whether because you couldn’t do something so simple and communicate!!!!!
