Jerry the salesman was very knowledgeable and explained everything. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything and initially we didn’t. Installation was important to us. Jerry and Brian did a beautiful job. They showed us two options for installing the windows into our stucco openings. There was very little stucco repairs needed and little painting touch up needed. It is stunning how much these windows have reduced the heat coming into our house. Very happy with everything.

I had two sets of French doors that needed to be replaced. Interviewed 6 different companies before choosing Energy Shield. The doors they carry are of excellent quality, but where I was most impressed is with the guys who did the work. On time, courteous, very skilled, and detailed oriented. They had a couple of challenges during our job that didn't phase them at all, and the finished job exceeded my expectations. Everyone I've dealt with at the company have been truly excellent! Highly recommend this company!!!

Just wanted to say that I appreciate the easygoing and no pressure way that Craig handles the estimates and Kris makes the installation look easy! I had another company come before Vision and they were nice but they wanted me to jump through hoops and make a quick decision to get the special price. Vision gave me just as good a price for the same windows (Anlin) with no pressure or hassle. Getting windows is not cheap anywhere but I feel Vision is a good honest company and I will use them again if I ever get money to do my basement also ?

I just had a project done replacing my windows around my house. To start, I have to say that I think Marvin Infinity windows are the best out there when it comes to durability/pricing (after reviewing basically every window on the market). I worked with Greg Johnson, and from start to finish...very through! First, he’s not your typical salesman as he’s more into building relationships through communication, and getting completed what’s most important to you on your project. Installation was great and Kenny made sure everything was done in timely manner, cleaned up and you could barely tell anyone had been there for a major upgrade. Nice to know if I need anything, I can always call on Greg or Kenny. I’m sure these windows will last me a lifetime, and I’ll be referring them over to family/friends. Nice work guys!!

We had Chris F. come to our home today 7/17/22. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and polite. He made our first window shopping experience comfortable. We felt no pressure and gave us time amongst ourselves to talk thru things. Part of the reason we chose Lifetime is because of him. He laid everything out on the table and didn't talk down on the other companies . He just kept referring back to Lifetimes UNLIMITED LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY. That in its self is the main reason why we chose Lifetime Windows & Doors. We are so looking forward to our comlpete whole home Marvin ultraflex window replacement, plus a new master bedroom door leading to patio install. It took them a few days to respond (but they could have been due to covid19 restrictions) prices were too high

They fixed our power sliding door within a few hours. Good as new as it was completely stuck. The extended warranty helped as I paid $100 out of pocket. Food experience.

Great place for windows and doors. Skylights too.

They were very wonderful and fast. Just one complaint. Shattered glass was left all around installation area in my backyard. I had to go pick it up by hand to prevent injury to my dog. Should be more mindful of cleanup when things shatter and animals live at the residence.

I had 8 windows replaced an Arcadia door and a security door for the front. I thought Tom was very straight forward and decided to go with him. I got several estimates and they where all over the place. I found that his windows were the best quality for the price. The install crew was very professional. I was worried because my housekeeper just came 2 days prior. After the installers left i couldn’t tell they where even there. All around solid experience. Thanks guys!

We recently had six windows replaced in existing park model frames. We were pleased with the attention to detail from the crew calling ahead to let us know they were arriving at 7AM as scheduled, to the care taken to go over terms of our contract, as well as their ability to correctly and quickly complete the installations. The crew was careful and considerate of our property and the completed project seems great. The project manager follow up was prompt and we were invited to give feedback and urged to contact them if we had any questions or concerns.

Disappointed. They installed windows that don't stay up, and don't stand behind or service the products they sell! The installers pointed this out over a month ago...and still no resolution.

Stay away - they take your money upfront so you have nothing to leverage back when they install a defective product.
