I had an AC issue a few months ago and Matt was great to work with. I'm actually writing this review because I have to get more AC work done on another property and will reahd out to Lee Collins and requested Matt again!!

Troy with Parker and Sons was very professional, pleasant and responsive. He did an excellent job. And, unlike lots of contractors, he vacuumed up all the saw dust that came from installing an additional electrical outlet for us, and left his work area clean. Then he trouble-shot a non-working ceiling fan for us. I highly recommend Parker and Sons.

This is my second review ,today, for this company. hope it goes through but i will check when finished. George personally take care of my unit now my air is cold as can be. I got good service with a ? and a good price. He as a good maintenance program that's worth it's weight in gold.

They came out to my house in less than 24 hrs from my first call. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional the service rep was. They fixed my unit in about 1 hour and it was very affordable! I would highly recommend Preferred Air to all my family and friends.

I could not have been happier with the work done by Ryan and his team on the replacement of my whole system, heating and cooling. They were clean, neat, professional, and conscientious during the entire process. I had 3 bids but ended up choosing Ryan since he is a knowledgeable business owner and I felt he would have his name at stake. I was not disappointed. He gave me several choices for the equipment, I was never oversold...he simply explained the differences between units and allowed me to make the best decision for my situation, taking all the time I needed. His team was careful and did all they could to keep the dirt and insulation from installing the heating system, on tarps and in the end, they vacuumed as well. One vent did accumulate some insulation from installation and when Ryan called to check on things after installation of the systems, I mentioned this. I was just going to clean it myself, however, Ryan himself insisted on coming right out to clean the vent and wash the vent. I mention this to show the level of detail Ryan took...and his team was the same. The units were both Carrier products. Also, his team corrected the duct work and there is a noticeable difference in the balance of warmth coming thru all vents. I imagine once I begin using the AC, the result will be the same. And the AC is definitely a much more adequate Seer size for my home. The platform the AC is on was also changed out to a concrete platform instead of the plastic platform. This is a 16 Seer, 2 stage system from Carrier. I am looking forward to a comfortable and problem free summer season with the new equipment.

We had a very positive experience with these fine folks. When we were getting our new unit, the Mears men went back to the distributor several times because the units they received were damaged in shipping and they were not installing a damaged unit on our house, even if the damage was just cosmetic. That told me a lot about their ethics. They took extreme care at every juncture and when they found something was not right they made it right at no additional cost. As an example, we had a breaker issue and the Mears men replaced it for me. I didn't see the charge for the part on my invoice and I called to question it. I was told that they took care of it for us as part of the service. Clearly, they didn't have to do this. This is greatly appreciated. Further, we shopped around before deciding which unit to buy, and at the end of our due diligence we found that Mears offered the best price; they then backed that up with exceptional service. I am very pleased with this company and the men who did the work. I highly recommend this company.

Micheal was our service technician...he was doing our annual plumbing inspection...a great service by Patrick Riley. He gets 5+ Stars from us! We received a very high water bill and he inspected everything very carefully.He was so honest! We had a replacement kitchen faucet available, but he solved the problem with a set screw and I saved $200 by returning the new faucet.Upon learning about our skin reaction to water in AZ vs our recent stay in Iowa, he made recommendations on a new water softening system that might help our situation! No pressured sales, just good information that we are going to pursue installation in the next month.Great employee of a great company!

Our technician Garrett Gearhart was as professional as they come! Came out a day early and saved us from 104 degree Arizona heat. Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Our AC is fixed and our house is crispy cool! Thank you Crispy Air & Heating.

I had a pad replacement on my EVAPORATIVE COOLER. Service man was able to figure it out but was not trained on these coolers. I had the cooler serviced just 2 months prior for $89 by Adams, but had to order the pad myself and have Adams come to install. This pad replacement service cost me $172.00! When I called to ask WHY SO EXPENSIVE since I ordered the Master Cool pad myself. I was told the Price per Hr Charges. $57.50, and service call is also $57.50. As a 83 yr old widow on an fixed income, this was more than I expected since the last entire service call was only $89 and he spent about the same time just 2 months prior. Lesson learned to ASK the charges before requesting service. Dont assume! The service tech was polite and did the job asked of him.

Great person to work with fair priced

Thank you very much for fixing my A/C that other companies told me they had fixed but not really. My unit ran constantly, and would only turn on and off manually for 2 years. The problem was never fixed until today! The guys did a great job. The initial set up from the company that installed my unit was wired completely wrong. They made sure it worked before they left. Finally my A/C is turning on and off on its own! Appreciate the great service and will recommend them to everyone I know.
