Best Maintenance Heating in Phoenix AZ

We have owned our home in Scottsdale for 32 years and have had a few air conditioners installed during that time. This last time we shopped several different companies before we chose Scottsdale Air. Absolutely the best experience from walking in the door, shopping product, installation and most importantly, customer service. Mike and his entire staff were very professional and friendly. You will never regret doing business with this company.

From the first call to the office to speak to Stacy who was absolutely amazing and then he having someone on site within the hour to assess my broken air conditioner to the next day within approximately 14 hours later wonderful technicians were on site to install my new air-conditioning unit!
Everyone was so extremely friendly and caring about the situation and very professional and knowledgeable. What a great team and company.

Poor experience & attitude from repair rep. He just walked in our house from the back (without knocking first) and just sat down.

Claimed we owed a past due balance from a year ago. I pulled up my credit card billing statement showing a $79 service call & $440 repair that we *did* pay last year.

Rep said I had a balance of $158 for a service call. I told him that they probably made a mistake and just charged us a service fee for one unit instead of two. The repairman said in a snarky condescending tone Oh you don't know you had two units? of course I knew. His company just didn't know how to charge for them.

I'm happy to pay the difference. Just without the attitude and poor customer service. Need further repairs and will be contacting a different company.

Our AC went out on a Friday evening in Phoenix in July and they were quick to come out Saturday morning. The unit was old and needed to be replaced, using a crane, and they replaced it by Thursday. The guys were professional and courteous. AC works great. They are also prompt and courteous when they come out to do regular maintenance. Definitely recommend Lincoln Air.

Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of a hot summer night. After several technicians came in to fix the air conditioner to no avail, Carlos and Tom came to our rescue.Despite the day already being a long and hot one, Carlos and Tom came to look at our air conditioner late in the afternoon. They were professional and friendly, and they were thorough and did not rush, despite it already being quite late - a lot of other people would have chosen to call it a day and go home already.They found the issue and gave us an interim solution since they understood we had been without air conditioning for over a week. Great communication and super thoughtful people.I find it incredibly rare these days to see people go above and beyond like these two gentlemen did, and I am thankful they were there to help us - thank you, thank you, thank you!

Jon was friendly, on-time and communicative. He thoroughly inspected by ac/ductwork and clearly explained issues/recommendations.

Great amazing service

Lee Collins is the best HVAC (Air conditioning) company I know. I have been using them for years!
They replaced my AC unit awhile back and did a wonderful job for me.
From start to finish, this company was professional, took the time to explain things to me and the only way you knew they had been out to my home was there was a new AC unit on my roof,
They cleaned up from the job site and kept me in the loop on everything they did.

I called Lee Collins on Tuesday 7-26 with an issue from the rain storm and they were out that afternoon, took care of the problem and I know I will have nothing to worry about from this service call.

People do not normally take the time to say good things about a company, but I can highly recommend Lee Collins.

I called the office on a Friday afternoon and was able to get a Monday morning appointment, outside of their normal service area even. After George was done looking at my problem, he took the time to sit down and explain things to me so I could understand what he found and what he needed to do to get it repaired. Told me my 23 year unit did not need replacing, as a previous company told me, just a few adjustments. Why replace something when its still working, right? I went ahead and signed up for their maintenance program to help me feel at ease. Looking forward to working with George and Air Control in the future
