Scottsdale Air has serviced our A/C for 15 years and has not disappointed in any way. We are having a new Trane unit installed by them.

REEis has been our AC and heating service provided for three years. I learned about REEis through a friend after any company said that we needed to replace our unit. REEis came out and serviced our unit. A couple of things needed replaced through natural wear. However the unit is still performing well. The REEis crew instills trust in the service industry.

Lincoln Air & Plumbing responded quickly to our request for service. There was a knowledgeable person there to answer the phone, well before what I would have considered normal business hours. I soon had a call back to confirm the problem and provide me a window of when the technician would arrive. The technician arrived early within the time window provided, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to correct it.

I HAD A LEAKING FAUCET IN A BATH TUB. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, SPENT AN HOUR ANALIZING THE PROBLEM AND QOUTED A NEAT $1750.00 UTILIZING A VALVE I HAD PURCHASED. I PAID HIS $59.00 TRIP FEE AND SAID NO WAY.I CALLED ANOTHER SMALL SHOP, HE ARRIVED WITHIN A FEW HOURS, USED HIS OWN VALVE AND AFTER AN HOUR GAVE ME A BILL FOR HIS ESTIMATE OF $175.OO. I RETURNED THE UNUSED VALVE FOR $99.00. TOTAL COST $76.00!!!!

The plenum fans this company manufactures are superb in several respects. All the bathrooms in my house have a Baikal Mechanical exhaust fan now. I no longer worry about air circulation issues, poor air quality, mold growth, etc. because of these fans. What a great buy!

Taps and his team are amazing. They are quick to respond, take the time to run all the diagnostic tests, had parts on hand and are fairly priced. I contacted them on a Friday evening, and Taps was out the next morning and had my AC running within the hour! True quality work and great people to work with. I highly recommend them and will continue to refer all those I know to Taps, Jessica and their team!

We had an AC unit that would not operate. Through my home warranty, Sun Tech was dispatched to investigate. While I feared having to replace an older unit, the technician found that it was only a part that needed to be replaced. He did, and we were up and running in short order. I found this company on the internet, so I called them immediately for my dryer vent needs to be repaired and ac not turning on in my bedroom. I put out a yelp request late at night when our AC stopped working and Arcadia air reached out immediately and set up an appointment. Dylan was able to come the next morning and replace the AC motor and capacitor. He was very efficient in his work and we enjoyed talking to him. Unbeknownst to any one in the house, including my 5 house guests, water valves under the kitchen sink were leaking. Water had leached out onto the tile floor and fanned out during the night. Additionally, the garbage disposal, old as it was, had a hole where none should be, which I did not know. Aware of the water on the floor, I called Parker & Sons at 9:30 AM and Jake was at my door by12:30. Jake recommended I buy a new garbage disposal, which I did immediately. Jake also installed the new garbage disposal then and there, no extra service trip and resolved the water valve issues, then he showed me where the house water shut off was.I was so pleased , so gratified that I called Parker & Sons. It could not have been better service. Parker & Sons, and especially Jake, exceeded my expectations.
