Gerald S. absolutely made my week. After spending too much time, money, and effort to keep our low-quality, builder’s grade toilets working, we decided it was time to upgrade. Oh, my goodness – who knew that upgrading toilets would be so awesome? And while we were going to have that done, we figured it would be a good time to finally put in a whole-house water filter system and replace our kitchen faucet. Gerald arrived promptly on installation day and tackled the toilet replacements for three bathrooms. He made quick work of the kitchen faucet installation next and then the water filter system. Our family was home during all of this work and Gerald was thoughtful and strategic about making sure we knew when the water would be off in the house. Not only did he replace and install everything in quick time and do a thorough check that everything was working as it should, but he took every last piece of the old toilets, all of the boxes, and all of the packaging so we didn’t have to worry about disposal.
