My refrigerator gave out and TJ and Rene from APES came out. I was just so pleased with their services. They were quick and very professional. Definitely would recommend.

I got four estimates to replace my 40 year old AC unit. I chose Hays not only because their estimate was fair, but also because Bill S. was the most knowledgeable and struck me as the most trustworthy of all the reps I talked to. He spoke well of his company, but there was no hard sell or up sell, which I appreciate. I was able to call or text with any questions and he got back to me promptly. The installers were efficient, tidy and courteous. Several weeks later Justin came out to do post-install check on the unit, and he showed me pictures of the installation, addressed all my questions, and walked me through my new thermostat. I was nervous about making such a big purchase, but I feel confident I chose the right company for the job.

He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Octavio was the technician who performed our HVAC system tune up. He showed on-time, was very professional, and very friendly. He communicated his tasks well and gave me a detailed report. Best value out there! Jesus was his supervisor, who I talked to about an additional issue with my system, and he was easy to work with and very friendly. I will use them again for sure.

I could not be happier with our decision to use A & M Mechanical for our A/C replacement. Last summer we had an issue with our A/C and had an option to either replace the coils or the unit. Trust was definitely established when they did not just recommend a new unit. We decided to replace the unit based on its age, but as we had a lot going on at the time it was difficult for us to schedule at that time. Mark and his team were able to provide a temporary fix and got us through a very hot summer. Through the fall we were dealing with our elderly mother in and out of the hospital and Amy was so caring and patient, and kept us up to date on manufacturer pricing and promotions, and got us locked in on pricing at the end of the year, and scheduled our install for February. Earlier this week Mark and his team, Brad and Brian completed the install of our new unit. They were so professional, knowledgable, and personable. Mark did an exceptional job going over the functions on the new thermostat, and going over the paperwork and warranties, making is so easy to understand. Before the install was complete Amy had emailed me with the details on the remote access account she had set up for us, to be able to access our thermostat remotely, again providing easy to understand directions. It is so comforting working with a family owned business, whose integrity and compassion are demonstrated in everything they do.

After filing a home warranty for a failed air conditioning system I was contacted by Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process was effortless as it combined an online warranty claim, a quick and polite phone call from Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, which resulted in a new condenser motor installed by technician Elmer. Our condensing unit is 25 years old and we were concerned that it might be time to replace it. Overall the process was a pleasure and I am glad the Elmer was the service tech. Elmer was professional and polite. Luckily he had the correct size condenser fan motor on his truck. The only downside was that he had to cut down the motor shaft-which just took him more time (in the hot sun) to complete that task, but no gripes from us for that! Thanks for the hard work Elmer! He also had to replace a capacitor for said fan. I don't know if it was luck but our brand air conditioner, Trane, happened to be the same brand that Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning sells, installs and services. Maybe that was why he had the correct fan motor and capacitor on his truck? Either way we're happy to have our air conditioning system up and running again. Thanks to Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, and Elmer.

The best choice I ever made was to use Sun Devil Heating and Cooling to replace my A/C system, although I didn’t know it at the time. My schedule is incredibly busy due to my travel for work. I went into crisis mode when I came home late at night to my family with no A/C in 125 degree weather. I had no idea who to call or who had the best reputation for service. Sun Devil worked with me to get me on the schedule quick. Sun Devil’s team was professional, kind, and honest. What more can you ask for. I’m still grateful they understood my need for urgency. I think about them every time I walk into my home and it’s cool. Great experience.

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. Tech was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to diagnose and fix the problem

I made an appointment with Cactus Mechanical last week to have my AC unit checked/tuned up. I was told they would call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival, so I needed to take a day off work to be home. The day of the appointment arrives and instead of getting a call saying, they were on their way they call to tell me they have to cancel because of a high level of broken AC units.

I completely understand and appreciate they are focused on getting AC units back up and running before doing any regular tune ups. However, they should have called a day earlier to inform me they had to cancel so I did not have to take a day off work.

Potential customers call a day before your service to verify Cactus Mechanical will show up. Otherwise, you may be sitting at home for no reason.
