Best Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

They are way over priced. I got a quote to trim my big ficus tree in my front yard. What they were going to charge me $900 to do, I hired Tree Daddy to do for $250 and it looks great. I'm so glad I didn't waste my money on Tree Pros!!!

Claudio and his crew did a great job at trimming and thinning out our trees. They arrived on-time and left our yard neat and clean. Very courteous and communicated well. Highly recommend them.

We will never do business with Hayward again. We had used Hayward Tree Service on one occasion and while their pricing was a bit on the high side for the amount of work performed (removal of two dead queen palms), the work was performed as scheduled and it was satisfactory. A few weeks ago we contacted Hayward again for removal of a single remaining dead queen palm, and on the day the work was scheduled no one showed up during the agreed upon time window. After the time window has passed someone from Hayward called us to let us know that they “lost their driver”, and no one else with the appropriate commercial drivers license was available to operate their truck, so we rescheduled the service for the following Saturday. I skipped a personal commitment to be present for the Hayward crew that Saturday, but once again no one showed up. After the scheduled time window for the tree service had passed, I called Hayward and reached someone at an answering service. The person at the answering service said that she would call someone from Hayward who would return my call that day, but no one called back. My wife and I have been in customer service intensive jobs our entire careers and we would have gotten fired if treated our customers so poorly. Epic fail on Hayward’s part, and we will no longer do business with them.

Bill is an honest arborist - - regrettably am endangered species - - with many years of experience in the valley. He worked out an issue with our trees which helped so much with a neighbor’s complaint that they made a special effort to come by and share their appreciation.

I recommend Bill without reservation.

I was glad to have Rick and his crew take care of nine trees that needed heavy trimming and significant clean-up. Rick is a true, tree expert and gave me confidence the job would be done right. I definitely recommend this company!

I have to admit to having let my backyard get totally out of control with invasive trees. I was forced to address the issue when the trees grew into the powerlines. Phoenix Tree Toppers gave me a very reasonable quote on cleaning up the entire yard and removal of a huge pine in the front. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

From the beginning everything with Innovation Tree Care was simple and easy. Just sent a couple of pictures to get a quote and immediately they were able to schedule a time to come out. We had two tall palm trees and a stump that we wanted to get removed and these guys showed up on time and not only removed everything quickly but made it look like they hadn't even been there. I would definitely use them again for anything else we may do in the future.

I called based on reviews. Owner helpful, asked questions that I answered in text. Quoted 75.00 verbally in text. Asked me to send picture of what I thought was a date palm. Sent 2. Told it would not be 75. But 140. 00 for branch trim & clean up or 180.00 for that plus some skinning. I agreed. Said he would be here 3-4. He could not get here till 5. Said he would start. I was surprised because it was late . He acknowledged. I ask hI'm to be careful with 2 canna flower beds. It was about 5:30 till they were set up and started. The man trimming went very fast with little regard for where things fell. One large branch fell on my miniature navel orange. It was just jerked off. Some branches hit my house leaving streaks. Then there was a flood of heavy branches falling on my one canna bed covering the tall stalks (5 ft tall). Then one fell in the 2nd bed and I went out to complain. There was no concern at all. The young man, who is a very hard worker, conscientious and caring, said he would fix it. I explained it can not be fixed. The stalks were buried and broken. He moved some things to protect 2nd bed. I must add that cannas have all become infected with a deadly virus - even those few sold at major home supply stores. Most cannot be purchased at all any more. Mine were purchased before that time and are rare. The green stalks must die back so the rhizomes have energy to grow in the spring. One of the rarest was still green and broken off totally. I am sick about it. Needless to say it was getting dark and they were in a hurry. The yard shows it. It looks like a hurricane went thru. Nothing was put back, it is not cleaned well, and there is terrible damage to ground covers as well. They should not have done the work. Not enough time. I have alot of work to do all for 180.00. I think they wanted to be of service and are really nice people. Adage applies - haste makes waste and in this case all the effort of landscaping and maintaining my yard is ruined. Even one of the workers said it was beautiful. No more.

Amazing food & service. Great place to go for Sushi. Salad, soup and seafood with noodles were the best. We will return.

Andy was very professional and knowledgeable. Cut a very large dead branch from our eucalyptus tree and thinned dead branches from 2 silk oaks. Very thorough - recommend this company and will use them again!

Contacted Phoenix Tree Removal Service today and Lance managed to fit our tree removal in same day which was extremely appreciated. He provided a 30 min notice and was on-time.
