Dreadful, really. Treatment failed. They basically called me a scumbag, refused refund or retreating. Also burned my carpet.

I found Custom Pest through Google and instantly called them for my ant issues. Pablo and Johnathan were professional, informative and very efficient in solving why I had ants in my upstairs bathroom. Best part, they're local!! Jeff is great and willing to help whatever way possible. He removed a 75 pound hive from my attic was dripping honey from a bedroom ceiling. The issue was caused by a well known exterminator that sprayed into the eaves to kill what he thought was a few bees leaving quite a mess. My only concern is dependability in showing up when promised.

We have used the Beekeeper many times over the years and every time they have excellent and the fees are always fair. Russ W. has come to our rescue once again after a giant swarming ball of Africanized bees decided to homestead over our garage. As always, Russ was fast, thorough and professional. Unfortunately, I had bed bugs at two different apartments with the same rental company. They didn't offer me any solutions, but luckily I found Action. They explained the process very simply, and we're prompt and professional in their execution. They supplied me with a one year guarantee and I never had a problem with bed bugs after they came in and did their heat treatment service. I would recommend them to anyone with an issue.
