Two very friendly and expert guys who quickly fixed my botched DIY thermostat installation and gave the system a quick once over for no extra charge. Arrived well within the promised 30 minutes on this 104 degree day! Person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and I’m sure they we’re getting a lot of service calls that day. Keeping this number handy for any future needs.

Great professional company. I was having issues with my ac and they were able to come out right away and fix the problem. They even checked in the following week to make sure everything was working properly. They were professional and I appreciated how clean they were entering my home. I have had Goettl out to my house 3 times for 3 different reasons. This time we had francesco and he was awesome, he waited for me to get home from running late and he was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was super nice and went step by step on the options I had and made sure I didn’t have any questions unanswered.

Miles diagnosed a problem with our HVAC unit and had the knowledge and experience of his trade to to educate us on what was going on. He was very professional and took a lot of time with us. Didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need.

Perfect amount of communication from initial customer service person, scheduler, and Tomas, our service tech. Also, very quick availability even though we weren't experiencing an emergency. Tomas was great, he explained what he was seeing in the moment, and was very fair in terms of pricing when he didn't find anything worth a major repair. We will definitely be using Day & Night for all of our service needs in the future.Update: Have had Day & Night out a handful of times now, and what I said after the first time ^ has been consistent every time they're here. Junior was great on this visit!

The installation of the new equipment was done quickly and professionally, it was obvious that the technicians were well trained and knowledgeable in their trade.

I've used Just Air for three years. Any calls for service are quickly responded to. They perform an annual maintenance visit and I feel confident my AC will survive the brutal desert summer, and if it doesn't, I know Just Air will be here quickly to save us :-)

It said 24/7 response. While I admit 2:30 am is not an opportune time to set up an appointment, I have two cats and a dog in a house that is 83F in the middle of the night after what I believe is the fan breaking down in the AC. By midday, I'm going to to have to relocate them and myself.The response I got for using the emergency phone number was an answering machine that stated you have reached **muffled noises like a phone being rustled in a pocket** followed by an answering machine beep to leave a message. Not exactly a promising lead.Edited update: A response 2 months after the incident occurred using passive aggressive undertones. Yeah, about what I expected.

Technician Jesse James was the best, don't let this employee ever leave! Helped educate us on our ductless mini split we had Lincoln Air install a year ago. Others techs have been nice but lacked the knowledge of the product and led me to search online in the beginning to learn myself. Jesse was a wealth of info expert advice, and made us much more confident with this purchase we made with you. Thank you for scheduling him for our service call!

This company is a real gem in the industry. They are very responsive, explain everything you need and want to know, went over the options, and got the job done! They replaced two aging heat pump a/c rooftop units, and were flexible enough to work with the roofer to do what was needed to seal underneath before completion. The price was very fair and competitive, and everyone of their staff was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them!
