I signed up for the service agreement so I will never have to worry about remembering when to call and schedule an appointment and it was more affordable than any other company I have worked with in the past! My A/C units are 1 yr old, so I thought they would be pretty quick. They were so thorough! Told me everything they had done, took pictures and answered all my questions! Great job!

Disappointing. We asked for our RO filters to be changed under our sink. It took 3 visits, 3 different techs, each visit lasting over 45 min. None of the 3 techs communicated to the other. And we had purchased our own filters.

They were flexible during the process and resolved several other issues with the system besides the aging equipment. They entertained my questions and concerns with patience. They completed the entire 2 unit indoor/outdoor units in one day. They were polite and respectful of my family and they were extremely clean for the entire process. I'm not sure what his name was; I will say that he was extremely helpful and he even went beyond to assist me with sawing a piece of wood for my kitchen counter. He was so polite and professional and easy to talk to because I didn't know what exactly I wanted nor did I have any knowledge in carpentry. His helpfulness was far and beyond. I would recommend Ace store to anyone and I will definitely make this my store.

I had a bad fan motor in my AC unit. Tap came out and was able to swap it out for me quickly and at a fair price. My AC unit is back up and running and all is well. Tap was easy to work with and straightforward with no up-selling BS like some of the other guys I have tried to deal with in the past. I would highly recommend him.
