Mike is the gentleman whom serviced our A/C. He was very knowledgeable n professional. I asked him several questions n he was happy to answer each one, so I could understand. He also had sevetal issues to deal with n he fixed n repaired each issue one by one. Mike called on Saturday saying he could stop by in 20 minutes, rather than waiting until Sunday. I was very happy n even though it took several hours to complete he re-checked each to make sure all was functioning perfect before he took off. It was so nice to have a A/C tech show up early rather than late n repaired my system . Thank you so very much.

Travis Vonau was our service technician. We had something wrong with our hot water heater. We called Hobaica, and they were able to send Travis, same day. Travis was very professional, and thoroughly explained the “hows” and “whys” of what was going on with the hot water heater. He fixed the problem in a timely fashion. He’s very knowledgeable about his products, and gave us good info about water heaters. Hobaica also services our HVAC’s. We’ve been with them since 2019. We love Hobaica!!

Desert Diamond is an excellent company to deal with. They gave us a great price on our new Trane AC/heat pump package unit with quality installation, and they provide professional and courteous service. Technician Isaac performed a periodic inspection on our unit today and he arrived on time, was very courteous, and did a great job.

Gabe and his crew are honest and hardworking. Kept my old Goodman working for 2 years and when it came time for new system, treated me right. Cannot say enough good things about this company.

Disappointing. We asked for our RO filters to be changed under our sink. It took 3 visits, 3 different techs, each visit lasting over 45 min. None of the 3 techs communicated to the other. And we had purchased our own filters.

I have used Sun Devil Heating and Cooling twice for two rooftop Package units. I had a 4 ton unit installed on the main portion of my home in 2013 that still runs great and I just had a new 2 1/2 ton rooftop package unit installed on the addition portion of my home. I was lucky enough to get Alex, the same tech that did the first unit again today, 5 years later. He and his partner again, did a great job! SunDevil is a great company to work with and they have fair pricing for the work done. A/C pricing these days are all over the place and it's hard to get a realistic price. Everyone wants to sell some kind of maintenance deal with the unit and or stick it where the sun don't shine price wise... SunDevil was exactly half the price of one of the 5 estimates I got. I am glad to see there are still some honest and fair A/C companies out there and SunDevil Heating and Cooling is one of them... Thanks guys!

Awesome overall experience. Even though I came to them with the intention of purchasing a new unit, they insisted on having one of their techs verify that there was nothing more that could be done to repair my current unit. Once that was confirmed, they used a consultative approach to selling me a new unit. Very detailed and thorough communication, and set realistic (even though not ideal due to supply/demand issues) timeline expectations. Highly recommend.

We've used Day and Night since we moved to AZ in 2015. Their techs are always professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.Tim was our most recent service tech. You can see he is smiling, right through his mask. His eyes just sparkle. Tim did a phenomenal job troubleshooting a concern with our split system heat pump. He answered all of my questions with detailed answers. He was extremely helpful, very detailed, cleaned up after he completed his work. Tim ROCKS! Use Day and Night for your HVAC needs. We used king mechanical about 3 years ago when we replaced 3 ac units in our house. At first everything seemed great, install was much quicker than we expected, but everything seemed to have gone smooth.

The issues started about 2 months after install. The condensation pan to one of units started leaking, we called them out and they said there was a clog and that’s why it caused a leak in my ceiling. There should have been no clog, that should have been cleaned before it was installed. Then A few weeks later one of the brand new thermostats they installed stopped working, they pretty much told me I was on my own with that and I had to call the thermostat company and I ended up installing a new one myself. Now lets forward to November, so about 6 months after install, we try to turn the heat on down stairs and it doesn’t work, we call them back out. They came out and said they got the heat working, GREAT! fast forward a few months later we go to use the air where they fixed the heat… guess what the a/c doesn’t work ?? we have had to call them out literally every 6 months because we can either get heat or a/c, but we can’t have both. Now it’s just about 3 years later, I have had 2 condensation pans leaks, and 2 out of the 3 brand new units do not work. They will not answer phone calls or texts. after this review I will also be reporting to the bbb and the ROC.

My A/C was making a high pitched squeak and I was certain a bearing was shot. I wanted the fan repaired before it got really hot.

James came out and checked the air filter which was clogged. I had replacement filters on hand. He replaced the filters and didn’t charge me for the service call.

I’m embarrassed that I didn’t figure out the problem myself but thankful The problem is solved. I will call JustAir when I have any other issues with my A/C.

We had a very good experience. The service tech John was on time, diagnosed the problem, had the two pars required for the repair on his truck, completed the work and was on his way. Price seemed fair, but most of all we were pleased that within a few hours after our call to Christina in the office on Monday morning, the unit was up and running again. We would recommend Scottsdale Air Conditioning and Heating.

AZ Perfect Comfort is a great company, and I couldn't be happier with their services. They've been servicing my A/C for a couple of years, and when I finally needed a new unit, they replaced it at a very fair price with a great service contract included, and their employees were friendly, professional and on time.
