Had a schedule quickly after I called, then they were available earlier and called for approval. Very friendly and professional, quickly solved our problem and took care of another small problem we had. Plus they made a suggestion for an upgrade on our water heater system which we didn't take advantage of, but there were no sales tactics, just informational. Extremely pleased.

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Grayson did a fantastic job for us. He was also accompanied by a second tech who was just as good. They were both professional, complete, and did not waste time. They also did not try to up-sell like most AC companies. They provided exactly what we needed. Great job. Amazing experience! My A/C went out on a Saturday with temps above 110 degrees. Just Air was there to fix it in less than an hour! They were able to send out a technician on a Saturday in less than an hour! The technician was polite, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the replacement parts ready in the truck and fixed the issue promptly. This was an ideal experience! I recommend Just Air to anyone who needs AC work in the Phoenix area.

Phone calls answered quickly and by nice and efficient people. A/C repair visit that day by Cristian identified problem and parts secured that evening. A/C restored next day. Cristian was professional and very nice to everyone including the cat! A secondary problem surfaced the next day and another A/C specialist in the neighborhooe, Chris, came immediately and fixed that at no additional charge. These people and their service were wonderful.

Yogi is one of the most respectful, honest contractors I've ever met. He let you know what he's doing and why he is doing it. Takes pictures before and after. If he feels you need something extra, he explains why. He's very clean doesn't leave nothing behind. If you need any kind of air conditioning work I highly recommend Yogi.
