Best Repairs Service in Phoenix AZ

I received great service from Bill's Pest and Termite Company. I was with another company who tried to up-sell me to another termite control method that they said was better but much more expensive instead of honoring my warranty. Rob with Bill's was familiar with this other method and told me that it would not work and cannot be guaranteed. He also used to work for this other company and that was one reason he left. Thank you, Rob. I appreciate your honesty.

They work independently, come and go without needing my help.If there is a downside, it is that they only have one rat trap in my entire backyard. I have seen roofrats. I have caught one myself and they have caught one.I prepaid for a year ($840). It was expensive but I hate having those rats in my yard and one even got into my home!

Regular exterminator suggested I call their business partner for numerous burrowed holes in our front, side and backyards. Critter Control was very responsive. Preliminary inspection was held the next day and my home was treated the very NEXT DAY!! Two week follow-up and monthly treatments to follow. Each representative took their time to express concerns. I was not pressured for unnecessary “up-sale” services we did not need. We feel we received great service at a fair price. Thanks Jon for taking care of us!!

A technician was scheduled for the next morning. He arrived early. He was able to clear the bees and the hive very quickly and easily. I would not only recommend them, but also use them if I needed them in the future. George did a great job!

They come to work when they say they are and give me a full report of what they found and how we can move forward with preventing any additional pest from coming into our buildings. Sprague employees are friendly and always ready to work and get the job done right.

our family has had Truforce services for about 3 years now. They are consistently great. When you call, you always end up speaking with someone friendly with great customer service skills. The guys who come to the house have always been polite, very knowledgeable, on time, respectful of our home and property and just generally are a pleasure to work with. If you need help quickly, they do their best to get someone out quickly. This company really knows what they are doing! Will always recommend them to anyone who needs pest control services.

Missed 2 appointments so far, can't get a hold of anyone their voicemails are full, when they first arrived after months of trying to schedule with them, they didn't have the service order correct
( they installed everything in home so it has to go through them to fix everything). Entirely unreliable and unprofessional, not sure how this company is in business :/

Our technician, Jay, was professional, courteous and conscientious in his work. He notified us that he was on his way, performed his services thoroughly, and told us what he had done when he finished. I applaud this service.
