I couldn't be happier with Laveen Deck and Porch. I had them build a new deck and fence for my house and it is everything I wanted and perfect. They took the time to understand exactly what I envisioned and brought it to life. Excellent service, an excellent job and all done by excellent people. I will be recommending to anyone in need, 10/10.

Richard and Jodi are quality people - sincere, open, direct. We met Richard at their office and reviewed various concrete floor techniques for our condo. He explained each, pros and cons. We chose a polyurethane finish to lighten the look of the gray concrete with a small amount of glitter added to reflect highlights under direct light - much like a pearl finish on an automobile. He made us some samples and we scheduled the work. His guys were on time, neat (they laid down plastic since this is a condo with carpeted hallways to the unit), and they listened to our instructions for the type of look we wanted. We expected more of a mess, but the team was efficient and kept the dust to a minimum. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend Sledge to anyone.

Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

We had Mikko out to get an estimate to put an addition on our bedroom. We got the plans sent out to us in a very timely manner with a layout that we loved. We started the job shortly after accepting our estimate. From start to finish, the guys showed up on time and put in long days to get our project finished up quick so we could be back in our room. I was expecting the project to be so messy, but was in shock by how clean they left the jobsite at the end of the day. All the employees of Miko, LLC were so friendly and nice to visit with. We felt totally comfortable to leave them in our house while we were away. We are so incredibly happy with how beautiful our new bedroom turned out. It is like a dream. Thank you Miko and team for all your hard work.

We recently had the underlayment replaced on our tile roof, and foam applied on the flat roof. The job was done well, and we are pleased with the results. Eddie Cortez was on top of the details in making sure everything was done right. He checked out every aspect of the work, even climbing back on the roof after the job was finished to paint some of the metal strips (flashing) so that they matched our house paint color, and made sure all the tiles looked good, including bringing in a close match on replacement tiles for some of our older tiles that were broken. He made sure there was a wide enough shingle path around our air conditioner units so that technicians could work around them comfortably without stepping all over the tiles when any AC repair work might need to be done in the future. We thought the professionalism of Lyons was very good, and Mr. Cortez especially.

Handyman Connection recently completed our master bathroom and kitchen remodel. They were recommended by a friend of ours after they remodeled her master bathroom. We are beyond impressed with their professionalism, reliability, and craftsmanship. Allen, the owner, met with us on numerous occasions before work even started. He was quick to respond to all of our questions, and guided us in the right direction. We received an estimated cost of the remodel upfront. As work started, we added additional items to the project. Allen ensured we discussed all costs and approved them before the additional work was completed. He was reasonable and fair throughout the entire process. He came by our home several times during the remodel and checked in with us to ensure we approved several details of the project. When an unforeseen electrical problem arose, Handyman Connection addressed the issue immediately so our project would not delayed. When Mark finished the job, our bathroom and kitchen design looked exactly as we had imagined. Hector's team did and excellent job raising our block fence by 1 block. It looks wonderful. Everyone was very friendly.

It has been 9 months since I did the Epoxy coating. There are random yellow stains from the elements that will not be removed. The upper coating has been peeling off from wear and tear.

The team was good to work with when they were doing the job but I have called a few times to see if they had any suggestions on how to remove these stains and there hasn't been a response.

Mike and his Builders Express Handyman employees have done lots of work on our house over the years: installing vinyl replacement windows, complete Master Bathroom remodel, installing sky lights, etc. I have never once regretted having them do this work!
