Jack and Chimney Cricket cleaned my old house fireplace which has a gas fired insert unit, I never had it cleaned and wow was it overdue for an expert inspection and cleaning! He showed up on time, clear estimate and careful walking up on my roof (didn't crack any tiles) and made sure the top cap was good. This company is impossible to get in touch with. Multiple calls that go to voicemail and then they do not call back. I have been trying to get a significant leak from the salt cell fixed for many days. I will be shopping for another pool service company. Terrible customer service.
