Nathan W came out today to do an A/C tune-up. He called before arriving (just as I was told he would). He was super friendly, professional and very thorough when explaining everything happening with our two units. I highly recommend Penguin Air, Plumbing & Electrical and their tech Nathan.

we had the AC unit go out at the store and the property management said that we had to replace the whole unit that they would not be doing that. Moises gave us options in regards to getting it repaired that was gonna cost us a lot less than the $10-$15,000 it would cost to replace the unit, we got quotes from different places and everybody kept telling us the same thing. Looks like my dad made a watermelon.

The tech was very professional. He worked really hard to get our blockage cleared out and didn't stop until he made absolute sure everything was working properly. We got a great deal and will use them again. Excellent customer service!

This company always sends out friendly and professional folks to check on my a/c, my insulation, my heating unit, my plumbing, my electrical, and all of the other major home systems that I never think about unless it breaks… I pay $10 a month so that they worry about scheduling maintenance instead of having to be proactive about it myself. I never feel pressured to buy or change outdated parts. There have been several times that the technician has come to inspect something and confirmed that it’s in good shape and there’s no need to buy a service. I trust Parker & Sons with my home and recommend them to anyone that wants to work with a trustworthy company! Thank y’all for taking care of me!

Clay and Rick installed a home surge Procter system for my home. I have had an issue with power surges that affect my air conditioning. When Karl was here yesterday addressing the problem he recommended the power surger. I was contacted the very next day and Clay and Rick installed the surger for me. They were both very professional and efficient. Clay went over everything with me and what to check once a month. Thank you for the excellent service.

We had other estimates, but what made us choose Walker was responsiveness to our request for an estimate, our technician Jodi was on time for the quote, and it was a better price then the others. The work was able to be scheduled quickly. Jodi was on time for the work, and a bit early, which we were grateful for.
