I recently had A.P.E.S. Come out to my place to repair a faulty garbage disposal which I’ve lived with for my entire lease 12 months because that just refused to send a real plumber then that young man showed up at my door, what a professional and polite man he was and he actually took the time to explain to me what the exact problem was he did this in such a timely manner it was wonderful, the only problem we had and I’m so sorry that my Bella just didn’t want him in our house and I apologize for her rudeness she has no social skills I’m afraid and is terribly spoiled no fault of my own of course lol but we will work on it . i hired expert hvac services last year to install a two ton unit for the upstairs and it operates better than my old one they just replaced. since i was so impressed i hired gabe and his installation team, patrick and tyler who does an incredible work install the downstairs four ton unit. they care about their quality of work and it showed. i don't usually have this great of an experience. cost for the work is reasonable, and the quality of the work is excellent. i recommend anyone needing of repairs or new a/c units call gabe at expert hvac services. they will not let you down.

Octavio was the technician who performed our HVAC system tune up. He showed on-time, was very professional, and very friendly. He communicated his tasks well and gave me a detailed report. Best value out there! Jesus was his supervisor, who I talked to about an additional issue with my system, and he was easy to work with and very friendly. I will use them again for sure.

Ronald was very professional and on time and explained everything very thoroughly to me and I would recommend him to anyone that handles or stays with Goettl. It would be my desire to have Ronald come and always check my air conditioning and heating units if that’s possible.

We started using ReddiServices nine months ago. We have had to use their plumbing services 4 times since then. All 4 times we have had excellent and timely service. Most recent issue was a very old irrigation head that was leaking under the ground. Jorge P. arrived as scheduled, and we are very pleased with his work. He capped off multiple irrigation lines (which we had never used in the 31 years we have lived here), replaced 2 old spigot heads, removed and replaced piping, replaced main shut off valve, and secured pipes in both front and back of house. We especially appreciated how well he communicated with us throughout the time he was here- before leaving he took us to both sites of repairs and thoroughly explained what he did. We are highly satisfied with the services we have received from ReddiServices!

The great pricing was what helped me to decide to use them, but after the amazing experience and the knowledgeable, friendly crew I'm a customer for life. The owners are hands down great to work with and Steve even stopped by to make sure I was happy.

My air stopped working late at night and I called a few companies. I called one hour air and the guy was rude, so I called George Brazil and it was an answering service who could not give me any info. My last call was Just Air and I talked to someone immediately. He answered my questions about price and I scheduled a service call for the next day. The two techs showed up on time and were very professional and helpful. They had to replace a (resistor thingy?) and added a pound of coolant. The service call was less than 45 minutes and my air works perfectly now. It is a very old unit and I am sure they could have told me it needed to be replaced, but they did what was necessary and did not gouge me for more $. AC repair is not cheap so you need to be able to trust the company. These guys have earned my trust and I would not consider using any other company.

I have an older house that requires some HVAC maintenance from time to time. My house uses 3 separate A/C systems. Almost two years ago, since I was having repeated issues with my old systems I decided to purchase 3 all new Trane A/C systems. They replaced the condenser outside, the air handlers inside, and installed new wi-fi thermostats. The installation and everything went great!

The new systems were installed in October of 2019 and so I didn't really get to push the A/C hard until the summer of 2020. Before agreeing to have them replace all three units, I expressed concerns that my master unit doesn't seem to be able to keep up with demand in the hot summer months. Eric Johnson, the sales professional, showed me how he calculated the size of unit to use and assured me that if we still had issues he would make it right. In July of 2020 when it started getting really hot, I noticed that the A/C in the master was struggling to cool the room even in the middle of the night.

I immediately texted Eric. He came out with the technician the following morning and they proceeded to make many adjustments and test things out. It seemed as though there was some sort of obstruction in my duct work or the ducts just weren't arranged properly. Their testing showed that the air coming out of the air handler was coming out at the proper rate and much cooler than the air going in. Everything from the equipment side was working as it should.

Eric spoke with the owner of Scottsdale Air and he agreed to install a new larger system to replace the system that was only 9 months old, at no cost to me. So to put this into context, Eric showed me how he calculates the size for the unit required (the other 2 units work perfectly) and that is what I paid for, then they showed that the equipment was working as expected and that the duct work in my house was likely the cause of the issue, but they still replaced my system with a bigger A/C unit than I should really need and they charged me nothing for it. The A/C in my master bedroom now works great! I was able to cool the master from 75º to 70º at 7:00pm in past couple of weeks when the highs outside were around 115º. It only takes about 1 hours to cool the room down now. I couldn't be happier.

These guys really know how to take care of their customers. All of the service technicians (Scott is the man), the people that answer the phones, Eric Johnson, and the owner all go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I will be a Scottsdale Air customer for life!

We have used these guys for years. They were the ones we called when the companies our home warranty used caused serious damage. They are reasonably priced and have truly competent guys that have provided great service.

Update. I had these guys out again for my seasonal tune-up. I forgot to schedule around my toddler's nap time and our air handler intake vent is in my kids room. I let them know when they called before they came and they were PERFECT! They didn't ring the door bell, but instead knocked quietly. They didn't make peep the whole time they were here and my son slept soundly. Not only are these guys good but their customer service is amazing!

Our technician, Adrian Guevara was fantastic! He was prompt, informative, completed the work in an efficient and timely manner … and was very personable and friendly! ? Would definitely recommend!

The technician arrived on time and checked the unit exactly what we requested. He discovered our repair situation was still covered under the manufacturer warranty. Sun Tech ordered the part and came right back out and replaced in 2 short days.
