Justin was fast and friendly fixing my garbage disposal issue. The disposal itself worked fine but there was a leak somewhere. At first he thought it would need to be replaced, but after taking it apart realized the person who attached it initially just didn’t do it right, so he reattached the original correctly, tested it and it works fine with no leaks. I think he was in and it in 20 mins or less.

Frank was very professional and fixed our thermostat problem within minutes.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Eddie was amazing! He did everything above and beyond to make sure that our system was running properly. Even when he detected a problem he didn’t take the easy way out he did some research because he noticed that the issue didn’t seem to line up with the appearance of the system. Sure enough his research and extra time spent paid off and he found the previous tech had not completed the prior cleaning properly and that was causing the weird issue. We would love him to be our tech every time!

Andy is very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and then replaced the hot and cold valves to my washing machine. He also replaced the shut off valve to my house and added a spigot in my front yard. He answered all of my questions and didn't mind explaining what was being done.

We just moved to the Phoenix area and receive a flyer to get a discounted A/C tuneup. Gave “Just Air” a call and had an appointment within 2 days. James was our service guy. He was professional and informative. Gave my husband the lowdown on our A/C unit and some recommendations. We were so impressed with his honesty and quality of work, we decided to go with their 3 year service plan. It is hard to find a reliable and honest company, so glad we found one.

Very professional and on time. Took the time to explain the issue and even repaired a vent for me. Great company and service.

Home buyers beware
I recently bought a home in Scottsdale. Howard Air provided and installed new Carrier Heat Pumps and Air Handlers with a 5/10 year warranty a few years before I bought the home. Howard Air will not honor any warranty work to anyone but the original purchaser unless you pay them several hundred dollars to transfer the warranty.
The original warranty contract/paperwork that does not reference any transfer fees or any such exclusions.

AC went out last night. Called arcadia at 11pm and Jimmy was at my house in the morning.

He explained every step as he was checking the system. He gave me options on which route I want to go about fixing it. Not only is the AC working like new. He only charged me his trip fee!

Highly recommend! Extremely knowledgeable and beyond fair pricing.

Where do I start? I’m 7 months prego with a 2yr old at home. The ac stopped worked Monday morning. I called the home warranty and they sent the work order to Shane. I called him directly to find out what his schedule looked like and he advised 2-3 days. Honestly, 2-3 days in mid July Arizona heat, is not bad for turn around time. He called me back later the same day and said he had time to come out now to take a look at the unit. Thanks to Shane, my family was only with out ac for a few hours. He repaired the unit same day and offered his professional opinion on the future of the unit….it’s original to the house that was build is 83. I will be calling Shane for future maintenance and unit replacement. I am very grateful to his customer service and knowledge.

Not impressed. Initial Sales guy won me (i interviewed 3 services), seemed knowledgeable and honest. After that it was all downhill. Install team was condescending to me and only had negative things to say about the salesman. They acted like they didn't want to be here installing. They spoke bad about their product which seemed like they were trying to up sell but it was too late. They threw their ladder up and bent shingles on the house in a very noticeable area of the of house. Told me I needed to remove everything out of garage so they could do their job. Install took much longer than quoted and was not done correct then they blamed the sales guy (so weird) . When they said they were finished it was not done correct or to the best they could do and a second visit to repair duct work and monitor performance was needed( i had to call for it as it I was not called to see how things were. Third visit because i was informed they hooked up the thermostat wrong and that Sr technician said they there was a wire missing and he will wire it so it works for the summer (which means no heat) and he will make notes to return in fall to correct that. Well its November and call so I called them . Now on 4th (fourth) visit they were supposed to be here at 8AM (i confirmed this the night before too) and its 10:00 and not here. Why post now? Ive given them several chance to turn this around... is this the norm for them?This has cost me significant time from work and while the unit was not hooked up correctly have my electrical bills were higher than with the 30 yr old system i had previously.Patrick Riley i'm not impressed.

Howard Air and technician, David Smith, exceeded my expectations of professionalism. Everyone from the scheduling department to the service technician gave me ample time to explain my issue, and clearly explained their process The technician came on time, and performed a thorough inspection, gave a written report, took the time to explain everything to me and was neat and tidy. It sounds too good to be true but I was there! It’s true! I recommend Howard Air, 100%.

Great company and great people. Tim came out and provided a great quote beating all of our other estimates. Explained everything to us and let us know of their included warranty. They worked around our schedule for the install. Tony and Ashey showed up on time and did an excellent install. Friendly and professional the whole way through. Cleaned up after install and left area better than they found it. Would recommend this company to anyone needing any of their services. Will definitely be my go to company for anything I ever need in the future. They definitely live up to their name.

B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.

A big shootout for B3 to help me out on this!
