They where awesome we had a plumbing problem and I contacted them at night the next morning they where here. They where professional extremely nice and helpful they where patient with my billion questions I had and they where honest and helpful with the payment and their prices where more than reasonable and fare. They where clean and respectful of the COVID pandemic and made sure they kept a good distance and wore masks. I would recommend this company over any other company.

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

I had a technician out to my home where I have tenants living. Tenants called me late on the day that it was 116 out in July and Northvalley was able to get out there the next morning. They diagnosed the issue as the renters had not changed the air filter in 2.5 years. North Valley mechanical could’ve totally told us anything and we would have paid any amount to fix our issue. Thank you for being so honest North valley! They also sent an email follow up with pictures of what the service tech did. Loved it!!!

Cody manner makes you feel at ease. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and informative about the heat pumps they offer. The entire service crew, led by Ben, was terrific. They brought everything they needed to keep our house as dust-free as possible and make the installation pain-free. We observed how they worked cohesively and efficiently as a unit. From the top to the bottom, the owner and staff were eager to help, friendly and the most customer service oriented people we have ever dealt with. Came out on a Sunday 2/12/23 gave us an estimate. Said they would be here between 9- 10 different guys show up said they didn’t know what part when the guy on Sunday had written it down and gave us a quote of what it would cost but he wrote the wrong product said they would go and get part and be back. Never did call and say what was going on they couldn’t find the part nothing. It was two guys, Parts place within 15 to 20 minutes from our home. Husband called them and cancelled. Probably will not use Goettel again. Communication and Professionalism really not there . Hope you have a better experience than we did. I would not recommend

Mark and Amy have serviced our AC system for several years. A and M is very thorough, explains all the problems in simple terms , and are honest. They are a joy to work with and a pleasant change from the big companies who are always trying to up sale you.

I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours. It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

I reached out to this company on a Thursday night and I had a new AC installed by Tuesday. What unbelievable service they provided. I had 2 other AC companies come out and provide estimates and Cactus Mechanical blew their quotes out of the water. Do not get a new AC without reaching out to them and save yourself thousands.
