Mike Santiago came and did the yearly check on 3 A/C units today. He was on time, helpful and professional. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. This is the first time that i have had Hay's A/C service my units. I was afraid that i was going to get ripped off (as had happened in the past, with techs that try to instill fear, all the while trying to sell something that was not needed). He told me about a fan that was on its last leg in one of the units. Surprisingly, he said that the part/installation would be $650. whenever we wanted to replace it...no hard sell. He said it could last 6 months or maybe a couple of years. I appreciated his honesty and lack of pressure. Because I felt comfortable with his presentation, I did get a new programmable thermostat installed which he had on his truck. When we find an awesome contractor, we stay with them for life. Looks like the beginning of a long relationship.

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

It was a delight to work with Leah, Andy and Miles over the phone and via email throughout the entire process! Although the AC equipment was delayed due to the world's current supply chain issue, once it finally arrived, it was installed seamlessly to the church fellowship hall and kitchen existing AC system. These guys and gals go above and beyond to ensure their customer's complete satisfaction with their long-term guarantee of the equipment, installation, and future maintenance.

Kyler installed a whole house water filter, a tankless water heater, a water filter for the refrigerator drinking water, a kitchen faucet and repaired leaky faucets. He probably did more that I’m forgetting but suffice it to say he was the best. Very professional, explained everything and was very patient with us. Can’t say enough about him. Very friendly with a good sense of humor. As a previous business owner I know that the most valuable assets are your employees. This business would be wise to keep Kyler. Our roof was leaking in through the intake vent when it rained. I had a different A/C company come out who stated it was a roofing issue. While having our roof reshingled, it was determined that the piece going from the A/C unit into the house was rusted and leaking. Comfort One Air Conditioning was able to give me a quote that day and the repair was completed less than a week later. I am very pleased with their work.
