LIke changing the oil and filter in a car, good maintenance is key to a long-lasting and stress-free water system....Jose showed me where we had over 90 PSI at the water meter (norm is 40-50 PSI) and he installed a new reducer valve (think lowering your blood pressure)! He then replaced ALL the water valves and hoses (all 13 of them) with new, and he did it ON THE COPPER PIPE (no cutting corners). He then showed me the milky color of my water explaining calcium buildup and potential hazards if not addressed. I've seen $250,000.00 water-damaged houses and claims. It sucks! We used king mechanical about 3 years ago when we replaced 3 ac units in our house. At first everything seemed great, install was much quicker than we expected, but everything seemed to have gone smooth.

The issues started about 2 months after install. The condensation pan to one of units started leaking, we called them out and they said there was a clog and that’s why it caused a leak in my ceiling. There should have been no clog, that should have been cleaned before it was installed. Then A few weeks later one of the brand new thermostats they installed stopped working, they pretty much told me I was on my own with that and I had to call the thermostat company and I ended up installing a new one myself. Now lets forward to November, so about 6 months after install, we try to turn the heat on down stairs and it doesn’t work, we call them back out. They came out and said they got the heat working, GREAT! fast forward a few months later we go to use the air where they fixed the heat… guess what the a/c doesn’t work ?? we have had to call them out literally every 6 months because we can either get heat or a/c, but we can’t have both. Now it’s just about 3 years later, I have had 2 condensation pans leaks, and 2 out of the 3 brand new units do not work. They will not answer phone calls or texts. after this review I will also be reporting to the bbb and the ROC.

We had a very good experience. The service tech John was on time, diagnosed the problem, had the two pars required for the repair on his truck, completed the work and was on his way. Price seemed fair, but most of all we were pleased that within a few hours after our call to Christina in the office on Monday morning, the unit was up and running again. We would recommend Scottsdale Air Conditioning and Heating.

Free estimates, and when we had an emergency, we received immediate service on a Saturday. John was extremely kind and professional and went above and beyond. We recommend this company.

I very much enjoyed this service as my plumber was able to complete many jobs in a short amount of time with craftsmanship and with professionalism. I would use Parker and sons in the future. It may seem expensive but they use quality parts and back there parts and service with a warranty.

Quick response - fixed central air by exchanging a dual function capacitor. This part cost $ 500. On Amazon it was $ 22. We were in need but really? The capacitor is the most common failure point.

ProSkill is amazing! I called because one of my ac units stopped working during one of our very hot days here. They were able to schedule Eric, a technician to come out the very next day!! Eric was great. I tried the DIY fix to our Trane AC unit but that didn't work out. Called Eric, he got the part, and fixed it under 30 mins. Super fair, easy to work with, highly recommended.
