We recently underwent a complete remodel in our home. We took down a wall that contained our cold air return, took down a dropped ceiling that contained duct work in our bathroom and dining room and installed a wall to create a new powder room. AZ Perfect Comfort relocated the cold air return and duct work in all the rooms. AZ Perfect Comfort was amazing to work with from initial walk through for the estimate to the finished product. We encountered several bumps along the way during demolition nothing fazed these guys. They were professional and had lots of great ideas on how to fix the issues and give us they layout in our home we had only dreamed about in the past.

Our air conditioner went out during the summer heat. We called Arcadia Air for emergency service and Manny came out to fix it. He arrived quickly, introduce himself, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem In a matter of minutes. We were so impressed with the service, we signed on for a 3 year contract with biannual maintenance. Manny came back to service 2 units for us a couple weeks later. He arrived on time for the scheduled window and explained everything. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air!

I thought this company would be more on the ball, but they refuse to take phone calls, and when you call its 1 to hours wait time.. I called 4 times yesterday, nothing, waiting on them to follow thru. I used them for Home Warranty company and they will not return calls. I paid $75 for them to come out and he did nothing. I knew what was wrong I told him, he agreed and then started ghosting me. I am fed up with this treatment.
