The technician was Binh. He was great. Very knowledgeable and found the problem very fast. He checked out the motor capacitor and found it was showing signs of wear. Discussed replacement with one with better specs. Went with his suggestion.

I have used North Valley Mechanical for years. Their office is well organized, they keep good records and demonstrate that they value my business. I equally value their integrity, responsiveness and all their Technicians are great as well.

Miguel is very personable and knowledgeable and was able to give our unit its regular maintenance while also making some recommendations that I've known were needed for a while. At that point John stepped in to make sure the project was planned properly and I understood all my options. 5 stars for both of these guys!

20 years ago I became annoyed at local HVAC servicers trying to sell me very expensive acid washes. My A/C went out last night after business hours, called the office and left message figuring I would have to call back in the morning when office was open - 10 minutes after leaving message, I received a call back from AZ PerfectComfort from a very friendly and helpful dispatcher (sorry, I didn't catch her name) & she got me scheduled for 1st thing in the morning. James, my technician showed up on time and had my system up and running quickly! Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and punctual! If I could give this review 10 stars I totally would!!! My AC unit wasn't cooling off my house. My home warranty sent out Alien Air. I had Chris come out. I explained to him what was going on. He LISTENED to me which I appreciate very much!! He looked at the unit and put a part on. He took pictures and showed me everything he did and what was up there. Let me know it definitely needs to be serviced and I could see that. Told me it should be getting cooler soon. If there was anymore problems to call him. I had to call him and ask him to come back. I let him know it wasn't getting any cooler. He wanted to check the attic. #1 I have zero insulation up there and #2 the duct work fell off the vent. Thats why no air was pushing through the vents in the house! I would 100% recommend this company if you need anything repaired or looked at. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. Very happy with the service! Thank you Chris and Alien Air. You will be my go to company from here on out!!!

After my central heating system failed at a terribly inconvenient time, I decided it’d be best to go with several mini splits. Baikal Mechanical gave the best quote of all the companies I checked out, and I liked that they have so many five-star reviews. Now I see why they do. I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if they’re the best HVAC contractors near me. That’s most definitely the feeling I got when I gave them my business in a rather desperate hour.

They came out when they said. They were prompt and courteous. They found some issues and took care of them. I will always recommend Howard air for my heating and cooling needs for my home!

I can’t say enough about this company. Our A/C stopped working two nights ago and our house was heating up quickly. We have 1 year old twins so this situation is a nightmare for us. I contacted Jimmy at 10:30 at night. He got back to me immediately and got me right on his schedule the following day. Knowing how busy HVAC company’s are right now I was highly impressed with how fast he came out. Jimmy gave me updates along the way and he explained the problem with our unit in detail. PLEASE READ ALL: I know, very lengthy but necessary. On 01/29/23, Crispy Air came out for a service call on my HVAC unit. Unfortunately, I received the news that no one really wants to hear. My unit (17 years old) needed to be replaced. Garrett went over several options and helped us secure financing for our new unit. We scheduled a rather quick turn around for installation, just two days away. The very next day, they called to ask if I was interested in moving up the installation to that day, Monday. The very next day. Absolutely. Field supervisor Mike Weaver and his crew, Brennan, Dom, and Jay came out. The crew were trainees but don't let that fool you. All of them were Courteous, Professional, and Expedient. I won't try to fool you, there were a couple of hiccups BUT... Crispy Air, especially, Mike and his crew, rectified all issues and in a very timely manner. I never felt like they didn't care. They kept in full contact, great follow up, and great resolution. I certainly recommend them and will use them in the future as needed.

Today we had our AC serviced (routine) and I must say I was very impressed by the tech, Tommy! When he arrived at my home, I explained that my 10 month old granddaughter was with me. He said hi to her and got to work. My granddaughter eventually fell asleep while he worked outside. When Tommy was done, he gently knocked on the door. As I opened it, he said I didn't know if she was awake or sleeping. I was so grateful for his consideration and kindness not to mention the thorough and timely job he did!
