Our water heater was leaking so we called to have a new one put in. They sent Jair Ramirez out to install it and he did an awesome job and added things that was not installed on the old one, it will improve performance in the long run. We had Sun Devil Heating come out yesterday to give our AC unit a tune up (It was functioning fine) due to recent Haboob. When the technician came out (He was two hours late) he stated we needed a new capacitor for which he quoted us $305.00. I told him I would like to call around to try to get the best price (for which I found the part is $8.00). He stated he recommended doing it right now and was annoyed we wanted to call around. After he finally left our AC unit no longer functioned (it wouldn't even turn on) When we called Sun Devil Heating and cooling they stated it wasn't their fault as the tech stated we needed a new part. (Once again it was functioning perfectly fine before they arrived) After we asked if they could please send someone back out to please fix the problem they clearly created, and they said they would for $250.00. We stated we should not be responsible for paying them anything as they clearly broke (disabled) our unit. They refused and then both the main number as well as the technician hung up on us repeatedly. At this point we want nothing to do with this shady company so we are having another reputable company come out today to fix the problems Sun Devil created. We were forced to get a hotel last night as our house reached temps of over 102 degrees. I have NEVER had such bad customer service or been screwed over by a crooked company like this before

I’ve had great service from start to finish with a new HVAC system but recently my unit was checked out by a tech named Zachary. This tech was the most caring and thorough tech I’ve come across in a long time. He’s a great communicator, problem solver and a man of his word. He is an all around honest, good human being. I highly recommend Day & Night, it was difficult choosing a company to purchase my unit from. I’m sure I made the right choice.

The old AC was from a different company I always had issues with it and they were never willing to come take a look at it, they continued to make silly excuses for the next 6 months. I got fed up with it and looked for a different company Kind Mechanical was able to book me an appointment and come take a look at it that same day !! Frank himself was the one who assigned me to Ayax who took a look at my AC and replaced it that night. I’m in love with it now everything was so neat and organized ! It’s so crazy that this company had such had workers!

From start to finish all that were involved were very personable and seemed to take pride in there work. Sam the owner is very transparent with exactly what they are going to do for you. The installers Josh, Juan, and David did a great job. They made sure to protect and respect my property while in site and made sure to clean everything up as if they were never there. Great experience over all.

AC went out last week-end, and of course, it was a very stressful situation. I had 3 different AC companies come out and each told me the same thing. Just Air had the best finance option and were willing to meet or beat the price of the competition. One company stated that the Just Air price and schedule.would be just cutting corners. I ended up choosing Just Air for the work and they were just awesome. James in the field and Danielle in the office are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone.

AZ Perfect Comfort is an incredible company to work with. Professional from start to finish, reliable, and no pressure what so ever. I was educated and ended up getting a checkup and Air Scrubber installed at a great price. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort.

The tech called 30min stating he was on his way. After his arrival, he engaged me conversation to better learn what issues I had been experiencing. Then he went to work diagnosing my two units on the side of the house. He was very competent and explained what he was checking and gave me a brief explanation of the inter-working of my system. After that, he moved inside with a plethora of sensors and probes to test temp and flow through my house. He made a few suggestions on my filters and how to manage replacement schedules on a regular basis.

I felt I was in very good hands with Benefit AC. I will have them out once a year going forward for my annual maintenance or any heating/cooling issues I experience in the meantime. Don’t hesitate to call these guys.

Wanted to know if the airflow could be more quiet. Jeff was professional, honest and suggested several ways to reduce the noise. He said first step is to switch to a less restrictive air filter which would definitely help. He then added some additional steps to take later but this was least cost alternative. Thought that was unique in this business based on experiences with other companies. Very pleased with Jeff and Lincoln Air. Will definitely use them again.
