After not having any air conditioning for a while and using a different company last year with a high priced repair job that didn't last but a day, We met Tim with a recommendation from my daughter's friend, it was a wonderful experience. Tim was very thorough explaining everything to us. Brandon and his crew did an amazing job they never stopped until it was done, they cleaned the area where they were working and even did a paint touch up. We are completely satisfied and we will be using their services again when needed. They were both friendly and professonal, we highly recommend them to anyone

I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! Juan, Danny, Mark and one other man and I’m sorry but I forgot his name came out yesterday to install my two new Train A/C units. They did a fantastic job installing the units. They were very professional and all were very nice guys. Answered all my questions, showed me how to use the new thermostats. One of the most important thing is they cleaned up after themselves when the were done for the day you couldn’t tell they were here.Needless to say I am very pleased how the installation went. At times, it can be frustrating to work through Fidelity Home Warranty to trust they will send a quality service company. Well, working with Lee Collins Air conditioning was great! Ken was really exemplified quality customer service. He was patient with me while explaining the issue and let me watch during the repairs. George Brazil have been really good with us since day 1. Techs have been really nice, courteous, and explained any question I had. Recently, Harlem (Tech) changed our A/C motor and was really good. I would recommend George Brazil for A/C services.

With so many air conditioning companies out there it was whelming to try to find a company that wasn't just trying to make a quick buck. Especially knowing I needed a new unit to replace my old dinosaur. I lucked out though a family member recently had there units serviced by Comfort Experts and were really happy with there service and professionalism I figured I would reach out for one more quote and I am glad I did. Not only were they competitive in pricing (which was a big factor) but Ryan truly was knowledgeable and wanted to educate me on what options were out there and the benefits of each selection. The others just had different tiers that came out prior kinda like Home Depot Good, Better and Best. Not to mention his crew that came out were professional and polite. I dont know how they work in those attics like this during the summer months and keep there cool but I was impressed. They had the old one down in a flash and the new one up and running a few hours later. Didn't want to write a small novel but short and sweet from Start to finish I am glad I chose Comfort Experts over all the others.

I’m a recurrent customer for AC Works due to the quality of their services as well as their consistent customer experience. I have used them several times for AC preventative maintenance and one time for diagnostics. They have always been responsive, easy to schedule an appointment with, and communicate effectively as to what to expect and what they’ve found. I would strongly recommend using AC Works to any family member or friend.

Amazing customer service! Came and helped my family and I out at 9PM and got our AC back up and running on a super hot night. Fast responding and excellent service would highly recommend! Daniel is amazing!
