Everything was great. I would give 5 stars but the tech was 2 hours late, without a phone call.

I thought I’d try Hobaica because I needed work done quickly. Neighbors had said that they are not the cheapest, but they’re honest and reputable. I had a technician out to connect a gas dryer. He quoted me $260 but told me I should call Southwest gas first because there was a problem with the valve on the main, outdoor meter. When the Southwest Gas technician came, she said she didn’t know what he was talking about, that there was no need for him to be dealing my meter anyway, and she connected my gas dryer for free. Her jaw dropped when I told her how much the Hobaica tech had quoted me. So maybe other folks I’ve had good experiences but this was mine.

Desert Diamond Mechanical was fast and friendly service from Crystal in the office to Trey the service technician that came same day service for us on a super hot & humid day where my elderly, dissabled Mother, my daughter and I along with our two pit bulls were suffering terribly in only a matter of a few hours and I was scared if Trey hadn't come to our rescue when he did we would have had to evacuate and go to a hotel so we are grateful for the fast service and will definitely use them again!

This company replaced the AC in my wife's house and all was good until she decided to sell her house. The home inspector found where they had just cut out a piece of the truss on one end and ripped out the other end to get the air handler in. She fought with them to get it repaired. They quit returning calls until she threatened to report them to the ROC. Once they got the message they finally responded. She was afraid the pending buyer was going to back out wanted it fixed to code. NEVER again with Goettel.

The rep Mike is very knowledgeable, provided all options to choose from. The techs are experienced and professional. They ensured the job site is cleared of all waste. My a/c stopped working and Lilcoln Air & Plumbing did an outstanding job from the time I called, until the end of the service. They were able to come to my house the day after I called them which was huge being that no a/c in Arizona is quite miserable. Jeff B was my technician and he was amazing! He did a great job of explaining what was going on, why it was happening, and the next steps he would take. He was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process, including informing me of the cost of his services BEFORE he did anything. There was a lot wrong with my a/c unit, but he was able to fix it and make it good as new! I am very pleased with my experience with both Lincoln Air & Plumbing and my technician, Jeff. Highly recommend!

Came to know Sun Tech when referred by our home warranty company. Repair was not an option due to age of unit. So Hugo and team came in and got it replaced. They were very courteous and professional and even cleaned up afterward. They did a great and are my go to for AC needs. I definitely recommend them.

Previously posted great service on our newly installed Carrier a/c system. That posting stated that one of the two (2) identical units was possessed. They came back today and brought a representative of 'Carrier' to further analyze the problems. His recommendation was to add a heater for the coolant, add a reverse P-trap to stop the coolant in its liquid state so it doesn't return to the compressor, and add a 'hard start' capacitor to assist with start-up. It was also stated that if all of this didn't work 'Howard Air' would completely replace the outside unit. Now my two identical a/c units will be... different. Let's hope this one works. Bruce and Jersey Mike (Howard Air) were great. Jeff, the 'Carrier' type representative was thoroughly knowledgeable and provided the solution(s). Let's hope this fix works.

This company is horrible and disorganized. They never show up at the appointment time and they never return a phone call. When they no-showed on my scheduled appointment I called to find out where they were and they claimed they had already come out days before to fix it. They cannot name a date or time that the technician came out. They never left a receipt, and never notified me that they had completed the job. So IF they came out like they're claiming, they trespassed onto my property. They STILL have not provided proof of repair after being asked several times by my home warranty company. Don't waste your time.

I had the monthly membership with Parker & Sons and was having my HVAC, electrical, and water routinely serviced. At only $21/ month I thought it was a great deal and didn't really have any issues.Until I was ready to sell my house and had a home inspection done. The inspection noted issues with the HVAC including wiring exposed at the unit, which is on the roof. Another issue came at the site where they had replaced my garbage disposal. I noticed it at the time but honestly didn't think much of the sink looking a bit different. The difference was a gap between the counter and the sink which happened when the disposal was replaced.When I called in to Bing this to their attention I was told they could schedule someone out to use up one of my 2 yearly maintained requests.I am extremely disappointed that services that cost so much turned out dmto be done in such horrible quality. I will not be using Parker & Sons in the future.
