All my questions were answered and communication was open to call with any issues I had with the water damage. They left no mess to clean up after. I like that I got notice before arriving. I had my entire living room carpet filled with water after my washer decided to quit on me did my research found them on google and called, they did the rest. Cesar and his team dried my carpet made sure no possible water damage escalated to the walls with some really cool gadgets, fixed damaged baseboards and painted them. They show up on time very professional well organized !!! (especially Cesar Ontiveros) Water fighters is an excellent company that strives such good service this was the only company that truly listened to me and understood my stress and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations with NO SURPRISES.

I would definitely use Arizona Fire & Water again. Caesar was on time, very polite, friendly and professional tech. I had water damage in my kitchen. Caesar did the installation to my wall, base boards and painted the kitchen. The work turned out GREAT! He replaced my wall that had to be ripped out due to the mold. Replacement looks like nothing ever happen to my kitchen and paint skill are good. No paint on my floor and clean up after he was done. Also, their field manager came out to follow-up making sure everything was okay, if tech needed any extra materials. This is a good company. I would definitely refer them to my friends.

For a couple of weeks, we could smell mildew when we opened the closet with the attic door. I looked for the source myself but was unsuccessful. I contacted this business to get mold tested. When they came, they found the problem right away.

When my water damage claim happened I was caring for my elderly mother who was recovering from a recent hospital stay, a very sick 19 year old fur-baby, and my husband was away for work. We had a (small) fire around the electric panel in our garage. The entire electric panel had to be replaced, which resulted in several large holes and missing panels in the dry wall. In addition, there was a small amount of smoke damage on the surrounding walls.

Our insurance company recommended Belfor to do the repairs. Felicia Packey first came out to review the scope of the job and give an estimate. Chad John was the project manager on the job. Both were extremely professional, courteous, and competent. The repairs look perfect. The dry wall has been patched, texturized, and painted very skillfully. One would never know that we had a fire in that area. We are quite happy with the job that Belfor did for us!

Bill was great to work with! Fair pricing & fast, quality work, I couldn't be happier as a customer. Working with them was completely hassle free which was really helpful during a stressful restoration. Hopefully I won't need to use their services again but if so, I'll be back in a flash!

Dan at Concept Restoration was very responsive to my calls and questions.

My sister did, but I helped manage it. Took about 6 months, and there seemed to be a lot of delays. Probably most of the backorder had something to due with COVID. Christina Calabrese was our project manager and was excellent at communication. She always kept us up on any progress and any delays. Her boss Zach Brizzee even came to the project site and checked in on it. Those two were key in getting this completed. Thank you!
