We feel so completely satisfied with our service today! Jerry came out late last week to quote us so we could compare a few companies. The previous company quoted us thousands more without even stepping foot in our house. Jerry diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote that seemed very reasonable so we booked him on the spot. We could tell he was an honest person at the time and it rang true. That is a hard quality to come by these days. Jerry showed true professionalism in his work. He also figured out, very quickly, what the cause of our leaking pipe was and will also correct that issue. We will be life-long customers of Moon Valley plumbing and will be recommending to all of our friends and family. Thank you for your outstanding work and ethics!

Hands down the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. My toddler put a toy in the toilet and apparently flushed it...leaving us with a clogged toilet. I contacted Custom Plumbing and they were out the next day and ON TIME. Jose was very professional, came in and assessed the issue, grabbed his tool and the job was done within a couple of minutes. I highly recommend this company if you want quality, professional work done by an experienced individual and reliable, reputable company. I had a water pressure regulator installed. I was very impressed with the company. I was given a quote and there were no extra hidden fees. The plumber they sent was courteous and professional and did an excellent job.

Josh fixed the issue on my tub spout at a fraction of the cost of other places. He saw the problem and gave me multiple options on how to fix it (with just the one problem or swapping out the whole system.) Josh understands budgets and I’m am very happy with his work. I will call again.

I am very pleased with Laszlos Plumbing services. Zoltan has completed several plumbing jobs: replacing water faucet on the exterior wall, moving fridge water box to a different location (this required cutting out a large area of the wall and drilling through the studs). He worked quickly and really thoroughly in both times. I also value that Zoltan works very tidy and leaves the place even cleaner than it was before starting the job.

The plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and completed the job quickly. He also walked me through the issue and explained how to keep it from happening again. I would absolutely use their services again.

If I could rate it lower, I would. Very bad experience with the company. The owner was argumentative and almost hostile, he KNEW what was right. Ego will run this company into the ground.



Side note, If you notice most of the people writing the reviews are his family. On their website it says they have been licensed for 5 years, if you look up the ROC License, it has only been active for a year...something seems fishy.

Nice guys, reasonable price, quick work. Will use again when we need a plumber.

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.
