I had no idea how much damage a toilet back up could cause... Water poured out from my toilets and showers throughout my home and damaged my wood flooring throughout the majority of the house. Aaron and his team are AMAZING. I had my shower handle break leaving my water in the on position. I either had to leave my shower running wasting water, or turn off the water running to my entire house. (Both terrible options and seemed like it was going to be the biggest headache for me)
I called Zona Restoration and they had Gabe out to me on a Saturday nonetheless, within 2 hours!!!! He was so kind and was done within 30 minutes. If you are thinking about calling Zona Restoration you won’t regret it! 10/10 recommend! ?
Zona Restoration performed popcorn ceiling (asbestos-containing) on our home. They worked with us during our escrow period, and were flexible working with us and the seller's agent to schedule. Quick work, it was a 4 day process - sealing, removal, post-removal testing, and tear-out. They took care of another minor disposal task on the side which I appreciate. Sebastian, Nicholas, and Shane did a great job on this removal project.

Goettle had damaged our attic opening when installing new electric to our AC unit. After submitting a complaint, they sent Nate from Zona Restoration out to fix it. Nate was amazing! He got here on time, left no mess, and even restored the attic opening better than when we bought the house. I would 10/10 recommend Nate and Zona restoration for any home repairs!

Worked with Mary on my restoration after a pipe leaked and the bathroom needed to be gutted and put back together. She was super helpful and any roadblocks i encountered, she did her best to remove them. Had some issues with work the subcontactor did but between her and Aaron and the owner of the subtracting company, that was remedied. Very happy with the outcome and the partnership.

I have to say the Max was an absolute delight to have work on our home. We had damage caused by another company during installation of our air handler, and you can’t tell it was ever there!!! He did amazing work!!!

I was surprised one morning with a roof leak that damaged my bathroom which required my bath/shower to be replaced. Thankfully Zona Restoration was able to respond that morning and get the mitigation started that same day. The service provided by everyone at the company was beyond my expectations. I want to personally thank from the mitigation team: Ed, Elijah, Santana, Eric, Nate, and Shane and from the reconstruction team: Zack, Max, Francisco, and Eric. Zona was contracted after I had water damage and mold from a bad AC install. Everyone single person I dealt with was polite. friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. LOOK NO FURTHER... ZONA RESTORATION IS THE BEST!!! Coming home to a house filled with water causing damage to all of my belongings was just about the most stressful situation I could have gone through. Luckily, a friend recommended me to Zona Restoration, who came out right away, to start extracting water and removing all of the damaged materials. On top of all this, I also had mold damage in multiple areas that they helped remove and had a post clearance mold test performed so I knew my home was safe. All of their workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and on time and I will absolutely be recommending Zona Restoration to any friends or family that ever experience a disaster like I did.
Sebastian and the team at Zona Restoration saved the day at our house. Beyond professional, helpful, empathetic, and hard working, we absolutely recommend them. I can't say enough how happy we are with the work done by Brian with Zona Restoration. What stared as a horrible situation (improper install of a toilet from another company caused a flood and damage to two bathrooms and a laundry room), Brian made into a wonderful experience. Brian was extremely professional and just a pleasure to have around. He did an amazing job on all three rooms! He had no problem dealing with our two rambunctious dogs and worked ridiculously hard to make sure the job was completed to perfection. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every part of the process and details. I can't believe how beautiful our bathrooms came out- it was a complete silver lining from how it all began. Thank you Brian, and thank you Zona Restoration. You will definitely be hearing back from us as we plan new projects around the home.

Glenn was great! I needed to do have our scuttle hatch re-trimmed with perimeter molding and he did a fantastic job, was able to also match the paint.

We had a water leak from a bent air handler pan, which resulted in a large hole in our ceiling. After getting the AC unit replaced by Goettel, Zona Restoration came in to do the drywall repair. Great job by our technicians Nate and John. Arrived on time, completed the project and totally cleaned up. Very happy with the finished product.

Michael and Corbin had to remove my ceiling. They were very professional in setting up a plastic containment to prevent from dust being everywhere in my home. They cleaned up after they were done. Very clean cut work.

We needed some restoration work when our water heater burst. The water went everywhere and soaked a couple walls and the pedestal. Zona Restoration did and excellent job right from the start. They were very responsive, and the quality of the work was great. They cleaned out all the water damage and replaced the drywall and painted. Shane LaCour was wonderful to deal with. We had a check lost in the mail that was mailed by our bank.... it was a confusing issue but we got it all straightened out and everyone at Zona Restoration was very nice and professional.

Our AC leaked and affected most of the kitchen ceiling. We knew Zona from some previous work we'd needed done and reached out immediately. Our kitchen is literally the heart of our home — almost every path leads through it — so we were nervous about the impact this would have.
To our delight, the work was done in a day and done so cleanly that we barely missed a beat with cooking and normal kitchen use. Zona's team has been effective and communicative through the whole process any time a ball was dropped (which was rare) they copped to it immediately and made it right.
Chris (who came and took measurements) and Michael and David (who did the containment and demo) were consummate professionals. They were effective in both their work and communication; demonstrated an understanding of the impact of this work and concerns that we had as homeowners; were polite and respectful in every interaction; were thorough in cleaning up and leaving the space better than they found it.
No one wants to work with a mitigation company so when you find one that understands your situation and handles it with empathy and excellence, you have to call them out and share the news.
Zona Restoration is who you should work with if you ever need mitigation and putback work.

I had a washing machine flood and dealing with the manufacture’s insurance was a huge headache. Zona came in and did the estimate/mitigation quickly and then was a huge help with the insurance adjuster. Kayla, Justin, and Shane were always helpful and worked to limit the frustration of dealing with an outside insurance company.

Jim from Zona Restoration did a wonderful job of reinstalling my pull down attic stairs after I had to have an air conditioner and heat pump installed. He went and got matching paint and painted the outside door and part of the ceiling and made it look better than it originally did! I. C.
I first had to call Zona in February of this year after we found water damage. We had no idea what was in store for us we were 1.5 years into home owning when disaster struck and along the last 9 months and multiple insurance claims I think Zona has been able to repair and fix the previous owners 40 years of horrible work. We had our entire downstairs redone after the upstairs bathroom destroyed it , only to have the monsoons damage all our walls the day that project finished I immediately rehired Zona and my family had to move out . This was probably the worst experience of my adult life because your home is an important key to living but I am positive it would have been a million times worst had I chose any other company Zona is the only reason the experience and process was bearable . I’d like to specifically mention TJ Connor for all the effort and kindness he put into the projects he truly cares about the customers and puts his heart into his work which isn’t found often these days. . And Shane from mitigation for being speedy and professional. And Marley and Mary for being awesome on every phone call interaction. They also have an awesome warranty and you can’t beat the customer service . The owner is running a great company!

They were right there when I called for help after the ceiling in my bedroom collapsed from water coming from my neighbors broken sprinkler head.
They kept me up to speed throughout the entire process and have done a great job getting my life back to normal.

Zona Restoration is the best! I honestly can't say enough positive things about them. It was so reassuring to have a professional company that took care of everything for us from A to Z during a rough time, from corresponding with the insurance company and adjusters, scheduling plumbers and all the various contractors, working with and accomodating our tenants, and just being overall pleasant to work with.
We almost went with a restoration company that a plumber recommended, but my insurance agent advised that many of the restoration companies pay plumbers kickbacks and do a terrible job and start taking apart a house before getting any sign off from an insurance company, thereby leaving the homeowner on the hook for anything not approved. My insurance agent highly recommended Zona Restoration because they have a great reputation for doing everything the right way.
Zona lived up to their reputation and more. They took the ball and coordinated everything with our insurance company and quickly got approvals before beginning work to ensure we don't end up with a bill from work not approved. Everyone on the team was on the ball, from Thomas to Jeff to Aaron to Erika. They all worked closely with us to ensure we were happy and that all the work got done quickly and professionally. I can't recommend Zona Restoration more highly!

After getting a few estimates from companies that do mold remediation and rebuilds, we hired Zona Restoration. The mold remediation started June 9th. Before and during the start of this project phase, every person I was in contact with (Justin, Marli, Chris, Erica and Doug) were very responsive, professional and provided great customer service!
I particularly want to give highest praise to Stefan and Xavier who are the ones that started the mold remediation work (removing cabinets and dry wall, setting up containment areas, air scrubbers, etc). They came to our home with positive, can-do attitudes and were just very pleasant to be around. They patiently and respectfully answered all our questions and we had quite a few!
Stefan and Xavier are obviously committed to doing a good job and going above and beyond. They know the importance of the work they are doing to restore health, safety and peace of mind to homeowners. They are truly exceptional employees and represent Zona Restoration well!

We had Zona rebuild our laundry room after a pipe exploded and flooded it. Glenn did a wonderful job and our laundry room looks fantastic! He was punctual and professional and did high quality work that we are very happy with!
We discovered a leak in our master bathroom that went under the floorboards of our closet and master bedroom and just created an absolute mess. I've never had to deal with something like this and when I reached out, I spoke with the owner and CEO Aaron who was just the kindest person in the world. He walked me through the entire process, including working with my insurance and the adjuster, they have their own public adjuster which is incredibly helpful in maximizing the insurance payout, and they do all the demo and reconstruction. Aaron sent out Edward and Nick and I can't say enough good things about both of them. Super professional, extremely efficient (they moved everything out of our packed master bedroom in less than 30 minutes with no damage to anything!) and they're just nice dudes. I have 3 dogs and every morning that Ed shows up he always takes time to say hi to them and pet them and that is just the coolest thing. Aaron and Zona have an incredible corporate culture and they have hired the best possible team you can imagine. I will always recommend them moving forward to absolutely everyone. The quality of their work combined with the level of their customer service is honestly unmatched. Choose Zona! You won't be disappointed. I am so pleased with my experience with Zona Restoration! Even from the start when I was searching for info about asbestos removal the manager Shane LaCour helped me understand and was there for me every step of the way. I had many different quotes from other local restoration companies and Zona was the only one who was respectful, honest, kind and quick. The team was quick and clean.
The Techs Noah, Eli, and Shane R did a fantastic job! My friends and family will be using them now for any popcorn ceiling removal jobs now.

We can't say enough about Zona Restoration. We called, they set up an appointment to come and give us a quote within an appropriate time frame. They came, were extremely cautious about sanitary conditions, talked to us, took their time and were very precise. They got back to us with a quote within the 2 day window, and gave us a very reasonable quote. We scheduled right away, and they were on time, professional, friendly, and over the top wonderful. They did a flawless job repairing our walls and painting. We have textured walls, and they matched them perfectly. Jose was a joy, and we for sure will be asking for him again if we ever need them. Justin at the call center and Chris the field inspector were top notch! I needed my home tested for asbestos before doing some remodeling. Had a great experience with Zona Restoration this week. They came out to do air quality sampling in our home after some allergies really flared up. Justin was great in getting me squared away with an appointment as quick as possible, and Chris coming out to do the inspection and air quality sampling was equally courteous and helpful. My moms house was damaged by a recent monsoon. It tore off part of her roof and caused water damage inside the house. I called Zona Restoration and they not only helped repair the damaged roof but they brought out flood equipment and dried out the water damaged on the inside as well. After everything was dry the construction rebuild team came in and out it all back together. The repairs look better than it did before the damage. Hopefully we don’t have to deal with any more roofing or water damage situations but if we do Zona will definitely be who we use again. Thanks again, Zona!

I contacted Zona Restoration because I was worried about mold or mildew when my shower sprung a leak. I knew I had to replace the bedroom flooring but I wanted to know if I had a problem or not. Jake checked my floor for moisture in my bedroom, which he volunteered to do, and reassured me that the moisture was very in some place but not at all in most of the areas. He was so nice, pleasant, and helpful and I was so grateful I could be not be happier I contacted this company. Great honest employee and a fine example for the company!

I recently hired Zona after speaking to the owner , due to my upstairs bathroom causing issues in my downstairs kitchen leading to majority of my kitchen and bathroom needing to be removed and cleaned and eventually repaired this review is specifically for the first half of that process, they sent Shane out to take care of the clean up/mitigation and WOW I have never met a laborer who is so hard working professional and courteous all at the same time he was a one man show but boy did he get it done he was constantly working, didn’t waste any time . I ask a lot of questions and I am going through some serious health issues at the same time so I’ve been an anxiety filled mess but Shane handled my constant questions and worry so well constantly reassuring me and making sure to answer all of my questions and concerns no matter how ridiculous they were. I highly highly recommend Zona off of how Shane handled the mitigation he maintained the same level of customer service that the owner showed me, the entire time he was in my home. I hope the rest of the team and rebuild are just as great of an experience which I’ll be sure to update my review at that point. But Shane was so great he definitely deserved his own review!

Despite all the delays and issues my husband and I encountered with our rental company and the damage done by the AC company, Aaron form Zona Restoration was on top of our struggle, in contract with my daily, sometimes multiple times to inform me of what was happening. His crew was extremely professional and informative from the moment they because involved. Not only were they able to clean up and removed the water damage but they did a beautiful job repairing the damage done to the walls and carpet. I HIGHLY recommend them for anything needed and will keep their information on hand for the future when we are able to own a home again!
Repairs to our water and mold damage in our laundry room were done by Jose and Josh. Arrived on time, did an excellent job repairing the walls and finishing on the schedule. They were both very professional and wore face masks during this process. If need be, I would definitely use Zona Restoration again.

The company was very responsive, friendly, and overall great to work with. Over the phone I worked with Justin, who quickly set up the inspection appointment, and who was incredibly helpful in explaining the process to me. Our inspector was named Ed, and he was also very professional. The potential issue was located in a ceiling crawlspace, and after the inspection he vacuumed up the bits of insulation that fell which I thought was an especially thoughtful touch. I called several companies for estimates, but this was by far the best experience. I would highly recommend them.
Zona Restoration is an incredible company! They are quick and efficient (we had our ceiling fall out from water damage and they had the room cleaned, prepped and drying in the same day). Everyone was more than helpful and each person that came to the house was knowledgeable about what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were also super accommodating and worked with our schedule (we have 3 little kids and naps are very important). They went above and beyond what I expected. I would not hesitate to call Zona Restoration if we ever need their services again!

bought a home and almost immediately found black mold in the bathrooms. I called several contractors to come out for estimates. I appreciated that Zona could both re-mediate the mold appropriately and then build back the baths. The mold remediation was done carefully and safely which alleviated my worries. The remediation report was thorough and will definitely be a huge benefit if I ever need to sell.
The build back experience was equally positive. Zona went to great length to get at least one of my showers functional within a short period of time. And although there were a couple of mishaps with some of the materials, Zona was great about working with me to make sure I was satisfied.
In the end I got two new baths that look great and at a great price. The contractors that did the work were all professional, helpful and responsive. I recommend definitely recommend Zona for any restoration situation. Thanks Aaron and team!

Joshua did a great job fixing the water damage on my ceiling due to a roof leak. He was professional and got the job done quickly. I am very happy with Zona Restoration and will use them again if needed, and their prices are very reasonable.
I usually don't write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one for Zona. Only because from start to finish this team was completely professional. I also ended up speaking to Aaron the owner a few times to discuss the job and was thoroughly impressed by him- looks like he does lead by example. To begin with they were very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I called the company after reading many great reviews (part of my due diligence process!) for a water/flooding issue at my home because the AC had a condensation problem. I was apprehensive at first but my first interaction with Shelby and Shane dispelled my fears quickly-they were both great. They were quick to answer my phone call and came home to survey the problem within a few hours. They explained the clean up and mitigation process patiently and started working on it right away. Over the course of the next few days the cleanup was done and although we had different staff come during that time period (wish I could remember their names), every one of them had the same pleasant attitude. The job was completed perfectly and at the end Aaron communicated with me to make sure everything was taken care of. It was impressive and I wanted to write this review as a token of thanks for the great job they did- and it's good to know who to call during these kind of tough situations.

From the moment I made the call after water started pouring through the ceiling in my kitchen, Zona was prompt, courteous and professional. They got to my home quickly, thoroughly explained the process as well as next steps while showing their true concern regarding the situation. After a quite disheartening experience dealing with my insurance agent, Zona stepped in to help make me complete by getting the necessary repairs done, the results were amazing. I received a couple of phone calls from the Operations Manager Aaron Chapin directly and multiple calls and emails from Jessica Day keeping me continually in the know. We used Zona Restoration to remove asbestos/popcorn ceiling in our garage, retexture the ceiling, and paint. Throughout the whole process they were easy to work with, professional, and very helpful. For the asbestos removal, they came out within a few days of approving the quote, they finished the work that day, and a few days later once we had the OK from the asbestos inspector, we had our garage back. For the retexture there was a hiccup with a project manager so we got a little delayed but the owner reached out to resolve everything and it was finished quickly. Overall we're very satisfied with the work Zona Restoration did, and our garage looks 10x better.

Zona Restoration is awesome! We used them for mold remediation in a bathroom. They were able to put us on their schedule quickly and everything was cleaned up and taken care of within a matter of days. They were very professional, clean and neat on the job site. And their staff was helpful and very accommodating. We would highly recommend Zona Restoration.
While we fortunately did not have a restoration emergency, Zona's team was fantastic in helping us obtain air quality testing and results in a home. The customer service and ability to handle requests not typically in their daily routine was really appreciated. Mykel and Shane got us everything we needed in a timely manner. Doug knew exactly what and where to test. Jessica had a copy of the invoice to us by email really fast.
Zona Restoration completed a restoration project necessitated by some water damage in a closet in my house. The job was very small, but the service was as attentive as if it were a whole-house tear out. Will was on-time, thorough, and neat... and left the job location spotless when he was finished. He had to work around my schedule a couple of times during the job and was very accommodating. There was also a minor change to the scope of the job that we made on the day before they started... this was also handled seamlessly. I would recommend Zona for any job large or small.

Zach (or Zac or Zack!) was awesome. The job was done exactly in the time scheduled, it looks outstanding and, more importantly, he went above and beyond. The area that was repaired was only the ceiling. He could have tried to make the paint blend in, but not only did he paint the entire closet, he also painted all five shelves I have in there, the sides, the tops of everything, every square inch. I call that being a consummate professional. Not only will I call you guys again if I ever need work, but I will absolutely be recommending you. And Zach deserves a raise!

Zona recently completed a full gut reconstruction of my condo after it was flooded. I fired my first contractor because they were not responsive which led to me finding Zona. I wish I would have found Zona right away because they were responsive and had guys working on my place within a day or two of agreeing to work with them. One of the best things I liked about Zona is that they used the same software to estimate costs as my insurance company. It can be a real hassle if you have to negotiate a settlement with the insurance company and then again with a contractor for what they will actually do the work for. Zona knew my insurance guy and that made things much easier on me. Aaron was always available for questions and helped guide me through the process. I think they did good work and I was happy with the way things turned out. I would recommend them since they are honest in their prices and will get your place put back together quickly.

I would definitely recommend ZonaRestoration for repairs. We had water damage in four of our rooms & it went down into our basement ceiling & walls. I was worried about mold settling in, & they came out the next day with fans. The litigation department met with our insurance company to make sure everyone was on the same page. I want to make sure that the build back team gets recognized. Will Wilson & Passo did such a phenomenal job on our house. You can’t even see or tell where the damage was. These two guys are so friendly & down to earth. I got know them on a personal level. ZonaRestoration should give these guys a raise, they are very hard workers. Also, I want to recognize Joseph Bartels for making our carpet back to normal. Him & his team did a wonderful job on installing the padding back in & laying it down & cleaning the carpets. Plus, Tammy LaCour is very professional & explained everything to me & called me back & emailed me back right away. Erika Lihosit from accounting did a wonderful job as well with communication with me. The cabinet department did an amazing job as well. They had to make our sink cabinet from scratch. Zona Restoration is caring and conscientious and I recommend them highly. Let’s face it, when you NEED restoration because of flooding or some other ordeal it’s not fun. My need for Zona Restoration’s service were caused by carless mistakes made by a contractor. It was so nice to have the people with Zona step in and clean things up. Their staff (especially Jacob) were very meticulous. Zona had to dry out then completely gut my daughter’s bathroom, remove a bunch of drywall and hardwood flooring from a couple rooms affected by the accident. They did this fast with great care and concern for my family. My wife NEEDS her house clean and is very distraught when it’s a mess. Zona Restoration did an amazingly thorough job of cleaning up all dust and debris from their work. Nobody had to ask or demand them to do this…they did it on their OWN. I’ve spoken with the leader (Aaron) and various support staff (Kathy & Shauna) and found EVERYBODY in the organization to be top notch. Thank you for your help cleaning up the mess at our house.
Zona Restoration is a great company and a life saver! When one of my investment properties upstairs floor flooded (bathroom tub overflowed), Zona Restoration was at the top of the search list in terms of 5-star reviews and recommendations. They were on-site within an hour, assessing the damage and quickly drying out the affected wet areas. Due to their professionalism and knowledge, I chose them for the build back work as well and they did an incredible job. As an investment property owner, they will be my go-to restoration company should I ever need their services again!

Had a flood in the kitchen, had zona come to mitigate damages. They were very prompt, and professional. Ed was great to work with. They removed all the damaged flooring and cabinet boxes and dried up all the water. Came several times over 5 days or so to make sure it was drying, remove more when needed, etc. Haven't started the rebuild yet but the service so far as been outstanding.

I had an impromptu kitchen remodel due to a leaky fridge last fall and Zona Restoration was with me every step of the way! Aaron and his crew were friendly, honest, timely and thorough. There was an issue with one of the countertops and they took care of it promptly and without hassle. I've heard horror stories about remodeling and was extremely nervous but my experience was great. I used Zona when I had water damage due to a leaking hot water heater. Not only did they respond right away and come out late in the evening, but I needed a lot of hand holding, as I have never dealt with a home issue that required me filing a claim through my insurance. Aaron & Jason are very nice & accommodating. It's one of the added bonuses of working with a small, local company. Not only do they preform clean and superior work, their customer service is outstanding.
We had Zona out to help us with a kitchen flood recently. Their team was very pro active in addressing the issues to make sure that our home was rebuilt properly and made inhabitable again! Their professionalism is second to none in this industry! I Highly recommend them!

I do not recommend Zona Restoration to anyone! BUYER BEWARE that when they give you a quote it DOES NOT include any additional repairs to dry wall or other items. Zona Restoration never offered to repair the huge hole that is now in my wall and threw away the base board that were removed in the mold removal process. After calling and offering to pay extra for an expedited fix, I was rudely excused saying there is no way that could be done, and I should have been more aware of the fine print on the contract. Do not use Zona Restoration if you enjoy working with honest, forthcoming companies. Lesson learned!
I called Zona Restoration when my house flooded and they we're out at my house in no time. They quickly removed all the water from my house and dried it out for all the replacement of drywall and baseboards that was necessary. They billed my insurance and I had no issues there either. Top notch service, polite and easy to deal with. I'd happily recommend these guys to anyone that has water damage!

The best customer service you can get! I bought a condo and was removing the Popcorn ceilings and found mold from an old water leak. The company doing the work quoted me 1k to remove and restore the area. I thought that was a lot so I called Zona and spoke to Shane. I wanted to get an idea on prices and the process so I would know if I was getting gouged. I asked so many questions and he patiently answered them. He even asked me to send them pictures so they can get a better idea. Once he reviewed them he was really honest and told me the 1K is a remarkable price and it sounded like I had someone that was experienced (Not many companies do that).

We have used Zona for our water damage. They do not return phone calls and are very unprofessional with poor customer service. All they care about is getting paid, after that... they are in absolutely NO hurry to show up and finish their work. I do not recommend Zona to anyone. Kelli even recommended our services to a friend without interest in gain for herself. My husband and I experienced a house fire on August 21st and several weeks later hired Zona to restore our home. I am now several months after that point and my home is still not done after being quoted three to four weeks max. I am in my mothers home with my family and we are across the street from our house. Each day I drive in my mom's drive way I check the house and I see they have not done any work. They were quick to collect our money and slow to start and continue the work. I do not know what to do to Motivate them to complete the work I hired them to do. I will never recommend them to ANYONE. I wish I could give them a negative star rating.

Zona Restoration is a life saver! Of course you hope you never need to use services like theirs, but it is sure nice knowing they are around just in case! A couple weeks ago I came home to find that the drywall covering my patio awning had collapsed and landed on the garden hose spigot, breaking the plumbing and causing a leak right at the wall. To stop the leak I had to turn off the water to the entire house. I called Zona Restoration and they sent a plumber out at 8:30 at night to stop the leak so I could have running water that night. The next day they came back and completely repaired the hose spigot, and even gave me estimates for several other repairs I wanted done to my house. This company is extremely respectful, on time, and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of emergency help!

They were professional, they were prompt, and they also referred me over to an amazing painter. My wife and I had an AC handler leak in our attic without us knowing, which caused our guest bedroom ceiling to fall in over time, and mold to form in surrounding areas. Zona Restoration was recommended to us by a friend, so we called them right away, and we are so thankful we did! Zona Restoration was able to come out quickly and get to work on cleaning out, sealing up, and drying out the room and contaminated areas (which was extremely important because we had our 2 year old boy, and twin infants in the house) the staff was all very prompt and professional in their repo and rebuild. We also spoke directly with the owner, Aaron, multiple times as he would call to check in on us and ask if we needed anything or answer any questions we had. Our room was back to normal in no time, and nobody would ever know that it ever had any problems. I can't thank Zona Restoration enough for all of their help! They truly are an amazing company with amazing people working there from the top down. Thank you!

After a massive water heater leak destroyed a few walls and kitchen cabinets, we called another company that our insurance agent recommended. What a waste of our time! The company was awful and slow, and within a week, we fired them and called Kelli at Zona. WHAT A RELIEF! In one day, they accomplished more than the other company did in a week. Throughout the process, they were polite and friendly, always timely, and consistently top quality. We highly recommend Zona and would use them again in a heartbeat!

The folks at Zona Restoration are top notch. We were absolutely taken care of at every turn. We had a mold issue that was caused by a roof leek. It was in a bedroom of our Father's House. Jason came over accessed the room and from then on, no worries He made it as easy for us as possible. I think the hardest job he gave me was opening the door, :).

Zona did an immaculate job, took attention to detail and were punctual and reliable. I've had flood damage before and the previous company did not even come close to Zonas standards! I know and appreciate the difference Zona makes in their customer service. If they say they show up at x date/time, they do! If they say they will call, they do!
They have handled my highly uncooperative insurance company with grace and I feel truly sorry they received the run-around from said insurance company. Despite Zona having trouble with my insurance company, they were a class act company and delivered! Thank you. I can highly recommend calling them in time of need!
I called Zona when I had a water leak in my house from an unknown source to get help with mold removal and water damage. They were super fast at getting to my property and finding the source of the leak (slab leak). All the guys from their crew were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about how the entire mitigation/repair process would go. They were helpful with my insurance company and were able to answer a lot of my questions about how the claims process usually goes. After mitigation, repair and reconstruction all the walls in my house look great. The texturing was done really well, you can't tell there was ever any damage.
I'm renting a condo that had some water damage from a roof leak due to last weeks rain storms. It looked like some mold was growing so I called to have mold testing done and luckily it came back negative. I was so happy with everyone I worked with and would definitely recommend using them if you're in need of any water or mold services like this.
Customer Service by Shane was excellent. He listened without interrupting, was not pushy in any way, explained pricing and services clearly, and called me back at the time he promised. Two thumbs up for an excellent rep at ZONA!! Seriously, I would hire Shane, that is how much I was impressed with his technique and sincerity.

It's not every day you come home to find a flooded living room and flooded bathroom...I wasn't sure what to do, so I got online and did a search for water damage Tempe. I found Zona Restoratinon and they had great reviews, so i called them and they were at my house before I knew it. I was concerned with all of the water that black toxic mold could grow. They assured us that things were being dried properly and that black toxic mold needs 48-72 hours before it can even begin to colonize. They came back to my house every day to check on the water damage and by the 3rd day all of the water damaged materials were dry. They were very responsive with getting the house put back together as well. After the drywall and painting were finished i couldn't even tell that the areas had been water damaged and a restoration had taken place. Thanks again for all of your help. The place looks incredible!

Wow, what an awesome positive experience. I would highly recommend this company. They responded to my flood within 2 hours of my call. The moment Aaron answered my call I knew this was the right company. He had a calmness in his voice when I was very much upset and he calmed me down. Aaron explained to me that Will and his crew would be out he explained the whole process of drying out, checking for mold etc. Will and the crew worked very hard and kept me informed every step of the way. The next person I met was Ken and his crew who put my house back together again. From start to finish, TOP NOTCH CREW and COMPANY. I highly recommend them.
Aaron Chapin and everyone at Zona Restoration was great to work with. Like anyone, I was scared to find out I had mold growing in my home after having a small leak from a broken water line to my fridge. I'm really glad I had them out to test the area and was SHOCKED to find out and SEE the mold that was growing in my walls (they took pictures and sent them to me). They took the affected area down to the studs and removed an affected cabinet with surgeon like precision and put it all back together as if nothing ever had happened....this was my biggest concern/fear...how would it look when it got put back together and they NAILED IT.

I had a flood that started from my water heater in my garage at my house in tempe. It damaged my baseboards and drywall and within an hour Zona Restoration had their crew on site to help dry out everything that was affected by the water damage. They were always on time and thoroughly explained the entire process. After everything was dried out they quickly put everything back together and I cant even tell the water damage happened in the first place. Thanks again ZONA! You guys are the best!

The people at Zona are terrific! I had a possible mold problem and they came right out and tested my home. Doug, the technician, explained what he was doing every step of the way. Luckily, I didn't have any mold, but if I had, I would definitely have trusted them to take care of it. The entire team is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I'd hire them again if I ever had a mold problem.
Just wanted to express my appreciation for taking the job to repair the water damage to my home. Kelli Calkins was very professional, and understanding and her empathy was greatly appreciated. She stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. This is a plus when you have a person you can call and is familiar with what’s going on with your claim. The guys that came out to my home did an awesome job.
Kenny, Jeraldo, and Ramon were very courteous, and approachable. They arrived on time, took great care in preparing my home before the repair work began. Jeraldo and Ramon arrived on time, eager to work and put in a full day’s work and completed the job in a timely manner. They both are very skilled at what they do. They did an excellent job in both bathrooms, in a short amount of time.
Unfortunately, I have had an experience with another restoration company after a fire, they start off courteous, and concerned but it goes downhill after the contract is locked in. I had issues from not showing up when scheduled, calls not being returned, poor paint job, (who in their right mind paints over light switch and vent plates) etc…..
Your staff was very professional throughout the entire process. That means a lot to people. I know you already know homeowners are already stressed and probably overwhelmed when a Restoration company is called out. It really helps to have a company that shows professionalism, and empathy at this stressful time. I have worked in customer service for many years, and I know people have a choice when choosing a company to do business with, and it makes good business sense to be professional and kind. However, I also know there are customers that are a piece of work as well. (lol). It was a pleasure speaking with you about my repairs, and doing business with Zona Restoration. Thanks again Aaron.

We recently had some mold damage at our office in Scottsdale. We called Zona Restoration and they came out to do a mold inspection and water damage test to determine the extent of the damage. They gave us a GREAT quote and started the mold remediation the following day. We couldn't be happier with the communication, work that was performed and the overall service we were given throughout the course of this restoration project. After the mold test results came back clean we knew the mold removal had been handled correctly. The next step was the build back and once again Zona Restoration exceeded our expectations! Our office looks better than it did before the water and mold damage took place and I know that if anything like this comes up in the future we will be giving Zona a call.

If you are looking at other companies as you are reading this review, look no further, call ZONA! When I contacted ZONA, we had an unfortunate water emergency in our brand new home. We had contacted a company before ZONA based on a Google search. When that company came to our home, they were in unmarked vehicles, looked at our situation and scratched their heads. They even called for backup. It seemed that our issue was very straightforward, but they clearly were not 100% sure on a game plan. Sensing that something was not right, I called a very reliable source of mine in the insurance business and she said to immediately send the other company away and call ZONA.
Within just a short period of time, Jason from ZONA came out; he was very very professional, looked at our home and confidently came up with a game plan. He got to work right away and helped us feel at ease. He stayed into the early hours of the evening as he wanted to make sure all of the work was done right. As the next few days unfolded, they came as they promised, on time, with a professional crew, vehicles and equipment in tow. Their owner, Aaron, even came out to take a look at the house first hand. We appreciated all of the smooth communication from the minute we called them. Aaron always followed up and answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns and made us feel like we were more than just customers.
As you can imagine, with a brand new home, we wanted everything back in close to perfect condition. I know there is no other company out there that can do the work ZONA had done. WARNING! AVOID! I had a minor flood in my house. Somehow the insurance company chose Zona Restoration to do the restoration work. They didn't bother to check in with me, the owner, during the process, only after they wreaked havoc and it's been a nightmare ever since.They tore out almost everything, even when it obviously wasn't necessary (maybe just go get more money from insurance?). They threw away custom cabinetry that had nothing wrong with it, threw away knotty alder trim that was custom made and sanded and finished that had no issues, and greatly increased the replacement costs. They ripped out drywall where there was absolutely no water damage. Removed sprayed foam insulation where the water didn't even reach, and did it all without even checking in with the owner of the home (me). A tiny guest house with a small flood, know what they charged for this? Over $25,000.

He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable in helping with everything we asked of him including moving heavy furniture! Zona Restoration is a construction company that specializes in water damage, mold removal and asbestos in Phoenix and the surrounding cities. Their attention to detail and quality of service are second to none. Water damage can be a very stressful situation and it's important you work with a contractor that specializes in this type of work and is licensed and certified. The longer you wait to have your property dried out after it sustains water damage the worse it gets. It's important to call Zona as soon as you notice the damage, so they can get out right away to start drying out the damage to help prevent black toxic mold from growing. We hired Zona Restoration to remodel our kitchen which required moving some interior walls, adding a wall, removing and replacing 2 windows which required some re-framing, cabinet installation and all the things that go into a completely new room, etc. We want to thank Aaron, Mike, Teddy and Ben for the great work they did and at an affordable price. Zona was on-site almost immediately even on a holiday. They left a de-humidifier and came back to take moisture measurements. I'm relieved at how thorough they remedied our water damage.

If this company is contracted by GORENTER please be aware they will lie to benefit go renter and keep a contract with them. They will tell you one thing an assure you it wasn't your fault and turn around and say what GORENTER wants them to say in order to make money off of you.. will take up insurance money and act as if the insurance didn't pay. Please take pictures of what needs to be repaired before these liars go in and try to screw you over..

I contacted Zona Restoration and spoke with Shane who set everything up for me including a free estimate. Shane was great with his communication and was able to get me on the schedule quickly and have everything tested and remediated. Sebastian and his crew were also very professional and explained the entire process to me when remediating the leak and mold. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone else dealing with this situation.
