I had an amazing experience with my COIT technician. He was very polite and courteous. He was on time (within the window) and did not employ high pressure sales. He went over the treatment options and let me pick what I thought was best for my budget. The cleaning itself was very thorough and when he was done my couch looked brand new.It is rare that I'm this pleased with a service or a service technician. I hope all COIT employees are this good.

Derrick Wilson was such a fantastic representative of your company. He was professional and took his time in making sure my carpets came out beautiful. He answered all my questions and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. They look like new carpets again! I have been using COIT exclusively for years. I scheduled a cleaning on a Friday as I was having a party at my home on Sunday. While the guys that came to my home were very nice, they said they were just there for an estimate. I told them I signed up for a cleaning but they only provided me a quote and said they would come back after the holidays to complete the cleaning. If I wanted it cleaned after the holiday, I would have scheduled it for after the holiday. I had to put in all this extra work to get my floors cleaned that I was not planning on. Unfortunately they have lost a long time loyal customer.

Richard (I think...I have a lousy memory) gave me a phone call heads-up as to his arrival time which was accurate. He was very helpful in giving me advice as to drying time and using ceiling fans. The carpet always looks brand new after your cleanings even though it's eleven years old. He removed all the glaring spots beautifully. He was certainly very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Absolutely no drawbacks!
Michael cleaned my patio cushions and all my area rugs. I have two dogs who have freedom to roam around the house and I can’t always wipe their paws before we walk back in. I didn’t think my light-colored family room carpet was too bad, however, once it was cleaned it was really beautiful. I’m thrilled.

I’ve used them three times now. Once to clean the dog’s chair and an area rug and the next two times to clean tile. Every time the techs were on time, friendly and took care not to damage anything. They did take my 8x10 area rug back with them to clean as I didn’t have somewhere for it to dry at my place. Took about a week to get it back.

COIT technician Markus was everything you want in a good carpet cleaner. He came prepared to deal with traffic patterns from the oily tar on our street. The carpet is cleaner than it has beem in years! He had suggestions on how to deal with the situation in the future. I will definitely recommend Markus and COIT to friends.
I wouldn't recommend their services. The employee who came out had a flat affect and his customer service skills were lacking. We were, however, in desperate need to remove dog urine odors in 2 carpeted bedrooms, 1 closet, and 2 sofas in a 2 bedroom apartment. Even with 40% off, the total for cleaning and deodorizing 2 rooms , 1 closet, and 2 sofas came to over $600. The master bedroom still has a pee odor.
Great job from start to finish. Quote and the work was done in 1/3 of a day. Granite got sealed and area rugs look like new after a thorough cleaning. Two thumbs up.

Kathryn was my Coit service representative today. She called ahead to see if I was available earlier than our apt, which was great. She was very professional, friendly- always smiling and made me feel very comfortable in her presence. She did a thorough, good job both with steam cleaning my tile floors, as well as my two area rugs here on site.The only thing I wasn't happy about was not Kathryn's fault, as the person scheduling the apt didn't tell me that there was a $150 min to do a service. I called because Coit was having a 40% off services discount, but I didn't find this out until Kathryn got here about the minimum, which with the discount I didn't qualify for a service. So, I had to add the tile cleaning service to get my rugs cleaned. I wish I would have been told that ahead when scheduling. However, the price was still reasonable and worth the money for what I received.I would definitely ask for Kathryn next time I use Coit, they are lucky to have her!

Richard was excellent! On time, thorough, honest and up front about possible limitations on the results of my white linen chaise which I appreciated, even though it was unnecessary because he delivered perfection and it's back to new. Normally cleaning companies overpromise and underdeliver, so Richard was refreshingly the opposite. He also clearly takes pride in his work and COIT as a company, stating that COIT is the best in the area and that they'll take care of me when I relayed a disappointing previous experience with Stanley Steemer. Lastly, because he did such a great job and took a moment to share the other services that he and the COIT team would be happy to help with and provide a free estimate for, I'll be sending more business your way to tackle the tile cleaning throughout my house. COIT is my go to cleaning company now based on this experience.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received today with Coit. When I first called I was helped by a friendly and knowledgable young woman, and given an appointment time for 2 days later. I was given a reasonable arrival window, and Allen was right on time. I can't speak highly enough of the service Allen provided. He was friendly, informative, and professional. He did a beautiful job cleaning the cellular shades in my home, and they look brand new! The cost was less than I expected, and the results will worth the price. I will be using Coit in the future, and recommending them to friends and family!

From the very start communication between me the customer and the staff at Coit resulted in them sending a truck with equipment on board that needed to be connected between the truck and the unit. Staff was told in three distinct conversations that all equipment needed to be self contained and not tethered to a service truck. After that was resolved on site I left the team to do their work. Arriving the next morning I found that the tile cleaning that I had requested was done poorly and unprofessionally. And the result is I still have dirty tiles. On the wall and on the floor. Unbelievably disappointed in their service, attitude, and actions. They agreed to re-clean the tile in both bathrooms, which is admirable but takes up my time and money and the businesses as well.
Was called by employee at approximately 11:45AM to confirm a 1:00PM appointment time.By 1:18PM I was still waiting with no other contacts from the employee. I texted the number provided asking if he was still coming. I did not get a reply.At approximately 1:53 PM, I got a knock on the front door. It was the COIT employee. I told him I had an appointment for 1PM not 2PM. His response was less than satisfactory. He said, oh they didn’t call you? Some how shifting the blame from himself. While talking to him I noticed he had what appeared like dried red sauce around the corner of his mouth which I presume was from his lunch.I told him since he was here to come in so he can provide an estimate for the work. He seemed to be unsure of what he needed and just kinda stood at the door. He eventually told me he needed count the air vents.This process took about 5-10 minutes. He then proceeds to quote me an estimate just shy of $1,000.00 dollars, which included a 40% off coupon that I saw on the website.I asked him to email me the estimate and thanked him for his time. At 2:00PM I received a text from the employee that said, “Sorry, yes I was there”.I have never used your company before and this experience has left a bad taste. I don’t know your company policies and procedures but this is a terrible first impression.To ask a customer to pay almost a thousand dollars for a job that you show up an hour late, with little to no communication, and an employee that has a substandard appearance, is ridiculous.

I had a very pleasant experience with Coit duct cleaning specialist Philip Porter today. He called ahead of his visit, and arrived on time. He was friendly, professional & courteous. He used some detective work to locate the air return - which was not at all obvious, and was also difficult to access. After cleaning the system, he created an easy-release mechanism for my air filter ( which originally had not been in place at all!! ) I think that he went above & beyond. He is a credit to your company. I'm a verysatisfied customer!!

Okay first off they did a good job cleaning up the spots on my rugs after my dog made a mess. I have no problem with the quality of work.I called because I had some stains of you get removed as soon as possible. I explained this over the phone. I took the first available appointment which was a little under a week away. Fine. Again not the issue.The guy showed up on time for the appointment within the service window. I showed him in and show them the areas that needed to be cleaned and gave me a reasonable estimate. Again not the issue.Here's the issue; it didn't bring the equipment to clean the carpet. This was just an estimate. To North North Scottsdale to just tell me how much it was going to be and then make an appointment another week later to actually get the work done. Really? I could have sent you pictures of the stains and areas that needed to be cleaned or emailed them or whatever. Yeah no point when I made the initial appointment was ever told it this would need two trips and 2 weeks. It's carpet cleaning which shouldn't require 2 trips.

Have local office/ phone service. Person making the appointment mislead me to believe I would have service completed on 2/28/22. I had only part of what I needed tended to, and that was after a lot of technicians shifting appointments around. Stains are reappearing on carpets and on rugs. I was informed that downstairs closet floor was cleaned and it was not. I was also informed that a valance that was very high up would be cleaned. The technician did not have the ladder needed nor did he feel comfortable doing the job. More competitive pricing!!
I’ve had a great experience with Coit and will call on them in the future! I had two chairs cleaned with very limited expectation for the and they came out looking nearly like new! In addition I had an area run cleaned, that needed to be sent out and a great job was done and returned in the agreed time frame. All the techs were fabulous!
I had a great experience. Miguel introduced himself, reviewed the different duct cleaning options I could choose from and gave me their estimated cost. After I chose the work I would like done, he explained in detail what he would be doing and things I should be aware of. Miguel has a nice personality, was very knowledgeable and professional. COIT did a great job with our tile floors and mattresses. Our house is pretty small so with having almost all of the floors being cleaned, it was difficult to move things out of the way. But he did a great job getting around everything to get the entire floors cleaned. I just took one star off just because I was expecting the mattresses to be almost like new. They were certainly cleaner and smelled better, but not the bright white I was picturing.

Seem to have an issue being ONTIME for service - every time we schedule . Very friendly when they do arrive BUT never ONTIME always about 45-1 hour late
He refurbished our marble center island to remove the water etchings. Looks great!
The tech worked very hard doing it all by himself. There was a few things that concern me tho. He was moving a large ladder from the master bedroom to the living room and he hit one of my trophy mounts in the ear. Second, I believe he didn't do one of the closet vents. It is hard to get to, but, I told him to let me know if there was something to be moved. My concern is, how well is the service if one or two vents were not addressed?
I was very impressed with the friendly and courteous customer service I received, it made me feel valued and appreciated. Our rug was cleaned properly and professionally and we are very satisfied. Sabrina is an excellent Coit representative. Thank you!

Had my living room and bedroom carpets cleaned plus a loveseat.carpets were ok but loveseat was still soiled after going over it twice. I was charged over $400. For this service. While here my neighbor asked if he had time for quote. She was happy with price of $175. She had a living room and 3 bedrooms cleaned. Have tried to get answer for difference in price and have not heard from them.

Waking up to 1” of water in your house is an awful feeling, but the speed of response and level of service we’ve received from Alex and Eduardo at COIT has been nothing short of amazing. They were quick to respond and jump into action, have been excellent communicators, and have helped put us at ease during an incredibly stressful experience. I hope we never have to go through anything like this again, but if we do, we will absolutely use COIT every time.

The crew broke my father's stand up lamp and a vintage decorative bowl from my grandmother. They charged $768 to clean 2 rooms of carpet, 2 sofas and the tile hallways. My father and I had moved all the furniture out of the work areas. The appt. Was scheduled for the afternoon so I could be there for decisions, but Coit changed it that morning so I wasn't there to tell them he'll no' on $768. My family feels like advantage was taken of a 90 year old Korean War vet. We have used Coit 3 times in his home....this was the last time. The crew was polite, professional and genuinely sorry for breaking the items. They have said they will bring him a new lamp.
The quote for couch cleaning and tile cleaning were so unbelievable high. I got other quotes from companies around and could not believer how expensive coit is. Seeing those prices I was thinking the job would be done really well. The couch was good, however the floor and grout cleaning and sealing that we got quoted of $740 was bad. The grout is still extremely dirty and for that price the service should be much better. Hope this gets fixed.Update 9/30: I had coit come back out to clean 2 more times. I would say they got up about 80% of the dirt that was in the grout. I was hoping my 2 year old grout could get back to normal for the price I paid. Overall they did try as much as they could but with all the hassle I had to go through just to get it this clean, I think I would use a different company in the future.

I had 7 area rugs cleaned. The pick up was on time (Juan) and the delivery was done on the day I told COIT I needed the rugs back (Marcus worked til 7:30pm to complete the job. The rugs were bright and clean like new!!

Technician was very polite and respectful. Carpet was very wet and waved after service. After 24 hours it was finally dry enough to move furniture back and waves smoothed out. Carpet seems to have darkened.
Cullen cleaned our carpets, they look freaking fantastic! He was professional and courteous within our home and provided me and my family with great customer service. My carpets looked absolutely terrible, Cullen came in and 57 minutes later my carpets looked practically new. When we first walked into our home, as our Coit carpet professional was finishing up, we were overcome with disappointment. We noted that out carpets looked very similar to how they started prior to the cleaning process……after an extensive discussion with our cleaning professional, he re- cleaned the carpets paying closer attention to our concerned areas of high traffic’ed areas and it made all the difference- we are now happy with the cleaning that was done the second time.
The 2 technicians, think their names were miguel and steven, came by pretty much right on the dot, and cleaned the bloodstains up really well. Both were Jolly and courteous, and even expressed their hope for my uncle who had fallen to recover which was very nice. They did warn me about the nature of bloodstains and saturation that even after cleaning theres a chance that residual can come back up through the carpet which was very informative which also brings up that just today I noticed that yeah..a very mild bleed through showed up. When I can I might ask about if theres a touch up service, overall i knew blood was going to be a pain, so No issues. Overall yes, I feel like the 2 technicians did a fantastic job and i give full marks on both being great and helpful. Thanks guys!
I was disappointed in the cleaning of the tile floor. I had to point out shoe marks being left by the person cleaning the floor because his shoes were wet on the bottom.. I checked the floor this morning and saw a number of areas that do not look cleaned up.It seemed like there was either a leak from the equipment because it seemed like too much water at times. Definitely NOT worth the money I paid.I'm comparing this to one other time when I had my floors cleaned. At that time the floors were not flooded with water and I had a nice clean finish. No footmarks from the person cleaning the floor. A totally different experience.
Jim Porter was amazing. Professional, polite and an all around good person. We have two large Saint Bernards that pretty much destroy anything within a 5 foot radius. Drool, dirt, mud and a lot of dog hair. He came in, followed protocol of scratching and petting our Saint Bernards and went right to work. Everything came out amazing. Carpet looks amazing and grout looks like new. We couldn’t be happier.
I had hired a caregiver for my husband with alzheimers.You called the morning of the appointment to tell me your employee I had scheduled was on vacation.You should have known that when I scheduled the week before.Since I could not cancel the caregiver...it cost me $100.00 And my floors are STILL NOT DONE.NOW I'LL HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $100.00 for a caregiver when you do come to do the job

Sorry for long delay. COIT sent two new cleaners to help clean areas that were missed and while it was during a hectic time for the disabled homeowner and she was having a medical check up, they were courteous, efficient and diligent in their job.

I must say we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of service we received from COIT. Allen was the gentleman that came out. He worked hard and was diligent to assure that our grout throughout the house was cleaned well and sealed - the end result was an excellent job. Also, he cleaned our rug and drapes. All work done professionally - with an attention to detail and with the end result being exceptional. He was also a very nice guy and was punctual. Thank you, Allen. We will use COIT in the future for some other projects we are looking to do.
COIT exceeded all my expectations. The service tech (John) was awesome. Spent 6+ hours at my house cleaning the air ducts, dryer vent, and carpets. Very thorough, friendly, and did a fantastic job. They may not be the least expensive option out there, but I assure you they are worth every penny!
Technician came to our house and gave us a price for our bedroom carpets and two living room chairs. It was reasonable. He was very friendly and did a GREAT job! We will call COIT again next time we need our carpets cleaned.

What should have taken 2 hours took over 5. Technicians showed up without the portable machine even though I live on the 4th floor of a high rise - and I reminded the person that called to schedule the day before. The portable that they went back to get sprung a leak, so the team went back to your office again, leaving everything blocking the building hallway and our door.Your employees were very nice but managed to plug the drain in my tub, knock plaster off the corner of one of my walls and left me with a trashed bathroom.

The young lady who took my call was very nice, and extremely helpful. The young man, Markus, was very personable, and very efficient when he came to The house to collect our rug. A pleasant experience all around.
Juan was very professional introduced himself and wore his mask made me feel comfortable with letting him I'm my home. He did an excellent job his compressor broke when he was almost done another tech was here here in about half an hour other tech was not as friendly as Juan I don't even know his name was here for about half an hour. Juan apologized for taking so long but it wasn't his fault he tried fixing the compressor but belt wouldn't stay on. He cleaned after himself and was excellent. You need more employees like him.
The technicians who came out were *awesome*! There was some trouble with the parking situation, so the original tech had to switch jobs with another. Both were fantastic and accommodating and the carpets are so clean now. Terrific work from very professional people.

Had an appt for 9-11, got a text at 930 saying they would be there between 11-1. At 1245, didn’t show up still so I had to reach out and tell them not to waste their time if they couldn’t make it by 1. Heard good things about the company, but disappointing on the scheduling and no show today.

Excellent customer service on the phone and in person. I had a cream colored couch, love seat and ottoman cleaned. I would have loved to give a 5 and the only reason I didn't was because I had to have them come out a second time to re-clean a couple of my couch cushions. With that being said they made it extremely easy to get them back out and stood behind their guarantee. I am pleased with the final outcome.
They did a beautiful job we are very pleased. The area rug had to be done more than once because it was so stained and it was the technician at Coit who recommended doing that because they weren't satisfied with the result, and they did this at no additional cost to us.The tile cleaning and grout restoration work they did made a big difference in the look of our floors. Very positive experience. overall They even helped move our furniture and put it back.

Five star! Jim did an amazing job on our carpet, ceramic and wood floors. He explained everything, was respectful of our home and kept us updated throughout the day. Such a gentleman! Jim did such a thorough job and it was over 4,000 square feet that he cleaned.
Two men cleaned all my blinds well. However, $433.00 was outlandish!I had a private party clean all the same windows and more inside and out $135.00Stanley Steamer is her right now cleaning every floor in my 1590 square foot house, tile, laminate flooring, and 3 bedrooms of carpet for almost identical to what it cost to have Coit clean my blinds.Shame on Coit!

Anthony was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. My Main issue was dirty grout, and I am extremely pleased with the result. My tile and grout cane out much brighter and cleaner than expected. My kitchen floors no longer bother me. I would definitely recommend!
We are always pleased with Coit. I think the man that came was Jim, but I could be wrong. I’m terrible with names but he was the one that came the last time also and he did an excellent job. We will be using Coit every time we get our carpet cleaned. He also cleaned some dining room chairs and they turned out great.

Salesman came to my home quoted a good price for air duct cleaning I accepted the offer as it was lower than three other valley A/C duct services. Made a date for service it had to be pushed to another date by the company I called made arraignments on their available time again told the reasonable price . The price was verbal. Only time available was three days later and during the hottest part of the day. Nothing special done normal duct cleaning seal off vents and vacuum main . Once set up the actual cleaning of vents done in thirty minutes. The bill presented was $100 more than the quote AND the hand written invoice was doctored with an over write on the first number . Nothing special done than anyone else I suffered for an hour and a half temps at 102 degrees. Will not use again or recommend.

Markus came out on time and went above and beyond to make sure not only what he cleaned was done well but also was flexible considering the location he had to bring his hoses. I wanted cat hair removed From a couch because it was going to a new home where the owner was allergic- this was successful as there were no reactions once in the new home. He also helped me move some things around which was not expected of him at all. I am impressed with the service and would go to them again for any cleaning needs.

The technician who cleaned our carpets was very thorough and had protection for the corners of the walls to prevent any scratching or scraping with their equipment. Our wool area rug was taken in for cleaning and returned spotless and in great condition. My only complaint was that there was an additional $20 on the invoice which was not clearly noted and we did not notice till after the technician has left. I called the office three times requesting an explanation for that additional cost and never received a call back.

Richard took care of my carpet and it looks great! Inquired about a few other services and he worked with me to figure out what was necessary and what wasn’t. No high pressure sales tactics, great service, and reasonable prices. Will definitely use Coit again when I need a dryer vent, air duct, or carpet cleaned.

I’ve had COIT clean my carpet & rugs twice, with 2 really positive experiences. I liked the first young man, Granillo, so much that I asked for him again, but it was his day off.I wanted the job done the day I called because my dog, who has an autoimmune skin disease, had an ARTERIAL bleed from his nose the night before (he’s ok) and the spray was all over floor, walls, etc.The COIT cleaner this time, Martin, knew what to use to get the blood out, was diligent to getting every spot out, and worked hard; the carpet and rugs look spotless!!!COIT will be my go-to for carpets and floors from now on!!

Coit employees were very courteous, professional and dressed very neatly. They took me all around my home and we looked at the tile that needed cleaning (which was my whole house).They called 20 minutes before arriving which I appreciated as I work away from home.I just LOVE the work they did! My floors looked wonderful! The tile had been down for 15 years. My whole house smelled wonderful and still does. Nothing that bothers my allergies either.They would be the only people I ever use in the future. I will be calling them back to do my area rugs!

Our drapes were picked up and returned at the agreed time which is important to me. Our drapes are pretty old but the cleaning and pressing made them look almost new. The installer was really nice and did a great job.

It was an OK experience, not great, but not bad either. The rug technician arrived promptly and on time, as they indicated. He was pleasant but not overly friendly or outgoing. He did the job routinely. The results were mixed. The carpets overall cleaned well. The not cleaner areas look great. The high traffic areas were soiled the worst and they became lighter, but I was hoping that more effort could have been put into these areas to make them look better. The carpets were Berber and I know they are not the easiest to clean. The cost was exactly what the estimate had indicated. NO hidden charges or fees. In summary I would use Coit for other carpet cleaning jobs in the future and I would recommend them to others.
Have been using COIT for last 26 years. Wont use any other company to clean my carpet, tile and upholstery. Amazing customer service from every single person at this company. From the girl on the phone, to the technicians. Friendly, on time and the cleaning is exceptional. I'd give 10☆ if that was an option. Thanks COIT

I had my carpets cleaned by Coit in 2016, I’ve had other places do it since to see which was the best I really liked the guy that came out he was very professional and explained everything he was doing and why, because of him I called them again.I called today for a quote and mind you it was 40% off then and now which they charged me $181.00 in 2016, reasonable. Now 2019 for the same areas and same things done they quoted me $520.00, what a joke, with all the heavy furniture they are only going around it. Keep your statements to compare because they pick and choose their numbers.

I had my ducts cleaned and was very impressed by the demeanor of my tech and the manner in which the work was done. I was offered the opportunity to have my tile and grout cleaned so, based on my past experience, I decided to have the work done. I have laminate wood flooring that abuts my tile and now I have to have all of my trim pieces replaced because water got up underneath them and that is a BIG no no with laminate flooring. I thought that Coit would have been aware of that. The work was very nicely done but I would tell you to be careful if you have laminate flooring that can get ruined with these high pressure cleaning devices.

I had four microfiber dining chairs cleaned in my home. The Tech was so friendly and polite, and the chairs looked like NEW when he was done. He took 5 rugs to be cleaned at the facility. The Tech who brought them back was also very friendly and courteous. I would recommend COIT to anyone.
Our technician was very professional & spent focused time on getting dog oil stains out of the bottom of the drapes. I will continue, as I have in the past,to call Coit when I need my drapes cleaned.

This was our first time to use COIT. We have never had tile floors before, and I had preferred dry cleaning to shampooing for carpet. We had tile, carpet and blinds cleaned, all in one visit with two techs. They were here for 7 hours and did a fantastic job. We will definitely be using them again.
Angel the Technician did an awesome job cleaning my carpets. He was thorough, kind and took the time to give me other estimates on tile. I appreciated his service and my carpet looks great!
In comparing pricing over the years of utilizing Coit, pricing was incredibly high.
The service charge for the visit added insult to injury. Coit really is going to charge repeat customers a service charge to come out AND also charge $456 for two rugs. Really.
I admit that we waited way too long to have our tile floors professionally cleaned, and the tile and grout looked awful. We hired Coit because of their reputation, and we could not be happier with the results! We never imagined that our floors would look the same as when we moved into our home 15 years ago. Alex and Andrew could not have been nicer or more professional, and they did an excellent job! It is worth every dollar spent to have our floors looking this good again...AND with a 10 year warranty!

I've used Coit twice; the first time to clean my slate tile kitchen floor and area rug, and the second time for the same rug. Both times Coit did a great job; all items cleaned came out looking amazing! I will use their services again in the future, when needed.

Alex Altman with COIT is a superstar in my book. I was contacted immediately by Alex once my claim was initiated late at night through a Third Party. Impressive. He settled my worries with me about the claim process.Anytime that I called, he was able to pick up, which led me to believe that he was an office supervisor/representative, but this was wrong. Juan called before coming and was able to come earlier than scheduled....he did both rooms and area rugs in less than an hour and things looked great when he left. There was a service charge of $25.00 and with minimum fee even with coupon etc, a cost of $150.00 is best pricing one obtains apparently.

Had my home carpets cleaned on 5/18/16 by Tyrone Winston. This was hands down my best carpet cleaning experience ever. Tyrone did an awesome job and kept me involved every step of the way ensuring my satisfaction. He was also able to remove some toner ink stains that had been sitting on the carpet for over a year. Our carpet & wood floor were cleaned a few weeks ago by Alex Altman. He did a first class job with both. These surfaces are approximately 22 years old and they both ended up looking as good as they did the day we purchased our house 20 years ago. This hardworking young gentleman was also very professional, respectful and very careful to not case damage to nearby walls or other surfaces. He performed these services as if it was his own property. We have been using COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services in our home for over 10 years and have always been very pleased with the service & the results.
The person who cleaned my carpet was very nice, provided all information, did a great job! Only 1 small issue is 1 of the smallest (not walk in) closet was not cleaned. I felt I was clear on all 3 bedrooms and 3 closets to be done, but perhaps just a mix up since I had that closet door closed.
Jonathan was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and very careful. He was excellent. The best! Our air feels so much cleaner and fresher!

My rugs looked great but the delivery guys, well one of the delivery guys was rude and didn’t want to put my rugs back down. It was crazy. He seemed out out to have to put my rugs back down.
The Coit employee was very knowledgable and was very professional. We recommend Coit for cleaning your air conditioning/heating ductwork. We could not be more satisfied with their work. We will call Coit if in the future we need any of the many services they offer.

We remodeled our new house, and the contractor took down our draperies, but rolled them up and shoved them in a closet. They were full of construction dust and wrinkled, so we called COIT to help get the curtains cleaned. Not only did they come out to get the curtains to take them back to their facility to clean, but they cleaned them and then brought them back and hung them up for us! We didn't have a tall ladder available to us, so we were so appreciative that they hung them for us! They did an excellent job, the curtains look brand new!
Coit was quick to respond and take action.
Alex was amazing! He came in and assessed the damage and he was so nice and made me feel at ease Talked me through what was happening and what he was doing.
Coit was recommended by a friend. We had a just installed new carpet. Last night a raccoon had come in through the doggy door and pulled our trash over the new carpet. We knew this because of one of our video cameras showed him entering early in the morning. It was pretty scary! There was all kinds of nasty to say the least that had been smeared over the carpet. I was desperate to get the carpet cleaned immediately. When i called Coit they treated my situation with urgency! They were friendly and accommodating. The representative that I was speaking to could not guarantee that we could get out immediately so she transferred me to the local office. I was lucky enough to speak with the General Manager, Jonathan. He was extremely professional and responsive to our emergency. He had a Specialist, Markus at our door within the next 2 hours. The price for the 2 rooms and the hallway with air freshener and scotch guard was $150. Needless to say our carpets look new again and the smell is gone. I will be using these guys again and would recommend anybody that wants the best to do the same. In a pinch call Coit!
They did an excellent job of cleaning my furniture. Our oriental they removed it so it could properly cleaned. They moved the necessary furniture on removal and moved it again on it's return. The professionals who did the work were the people were friendly if we asked questions they were good enough.
I have written a review via regular mail, but will be glad to commend the most excellent work provided by the technician whose name was Markus. I believe the last name was Johnson, out of the Tempe, AZ office. He worked miracles with our very soiled carpet, certainly went the extra mile--and then some--and did it all with cheerful dispatch. You have a winner in this young man!

Technician was professional and courteous. The air ducts and dryer vents were cleaned. He even moved the dryer so it would work more efficiently. I am very pleased with Coit service.
I was disappointed in the final result. We had 840 sq. ft. cleaned at a cost of $481.00. That includes the 50% off. There were spots on the tile that were missed that I was able to remove with my little shark steamer, and the carpets were still discolored in the high traffic areas. I expected, for the cost, that the quality of the work would have been better. Glad I had the 50% off, I would have hated to pay $962.00 for this quality of service.

The technician that cleaned my vent for the dryer was very informative, on time and neat. Before I bought my new house apparently it had not been done for SEVERAL years by the previous owner, not was it done by the flipper who remodeled the house. A fire could have started as the lint was burnt. So, I'm very relieved that I had this done and the dryer is drying as it should within a respectable time period.Thank you COIT for getting this done quickly.

Ben Jahaf was the cleaning specialist sent to clean our carpets and an armchair. Both turned out great! He was quick, friendly and efficient. Only issue we had was carpet was quite wet and took more time to dry than expected. There was also a scheduling problem as to what our initial time frame was to be. Luckily it was within the same day. This experience has renewed our confidence in COIT from a disappointing one several years ago.

I have used Coit for years, have always been pleased with their professionalism and service, and yesterday was no different. Jim arrived during the scheduled window of time. After taking a tour of the house to determine exactly what I was expecting and any specific issues I had, he explained the processes he would be using, and then got right to work. Jim's work was thorough, and he finished within the time frame that had been given by Al, who did the estimate. The two men who came to our house to clean the carpeting were wonderful!I think one guy did the cleaning and the other guy was advising me what to do to make the carpet cleaning last longer and gave me tips on how to get spots out of our carpet between cleanings! From the day Jonathan prepared the quote for granite cleaning, and sealing, ceramic floor tile cleaning and grout sealing, cleaning of 3 area rugs, including deodorizing and scotch guard, 2 tapestries, and carpet cleaning of 3 bedrooms, scheduling the services was straightforward and seamless - Jonathan scheduled each service based on my timeline (new construction) avoiding other services occurring simultaneously. Coit cleaned our tile flooring after tenants failed to clean them for several years! The worker who initially came to perform the work was more into his iPhone than the job. His workmanship did not meet my expectations of cleanliness. After he left I called Coit and told them I wasn't satisfied! They sent two men out who not only cleaned the flooring to perfection but also repaired a broken tile and some grout which was damaged previously by Stanley Steamer! They stand behind their Satisfaction Guarantee! Excellent work and thank you Coit!
Our tech Sean called a half hour before arriving. He gave us an estimate that included the current Coit promo of a 40% discount. We agreed and he set up his equipment. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. We opened windows and turned on the ceiling fans and the rugs we dry within eight hours. The kitchen tiles and grout cleaned up very well and was dry before he left. I would recommend both Sean and Coit.

We were very pleased with the technicians and the great cleaning of our carpets. Kurt and Andrew were professional, pleasant, and completed the cleaning quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed carpets expertly cleaned.
They did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning the carpets. We had older carpet to start (rental property), plus the addition of toddler messes, it was a hard job. But COIT had the carpets looking brand new. It was a little more expensive than I would normally pay (hence one less star) but to COIT's credit, I called with only 48-hour notice and they were able to accommodate.

We have never had problems using COIT until now. We requested Andrew Bradley but where given the unfortunate news that he is no longer with the company. Instead, they sent out someone equally impressive, Sothia! They must train there employees with the same elixir. Sothia cleaned our game room and living room. He also Scotch guarded the carpet. Everything came out great! He also left an estimate for our wood floors. We have some work being done but will definitely call to get those cleaned as well!
Alan, our technician, came to our home to check out what we needed.He was personable and knowledgeable. He gave us a price and said the rugs would be returned in a week and at that time he would clean the living room rug which was too large to move.He returned a week later.with an assistant. I was extremely pleased with the way my carpet looked after it was cleaned a couple of Saturdays ago. I rent my home and the carpet really needs to be replaced. The carpet is VERY light colored and was quite dirty but the tech you sent out was so very helpful and knowledgeable. I am a 73 year old widow and he really went out of his way to help me. He moved some furniture I was going to have him clean around but he moved things for me and left everything protected. He also made me aware of some other services Coit offers that I wasn't aware of. I hope to have Coit clean my tile soon! My carpet looks great and I can't recommend him enough. In fact the next time I use Coit I will be asking for him specifically! Please extend my Thank you to him and thank you too, Coit for never disappointing me!
I was told the technician would be at the house between 8-9. He called me at 8:15 to make sure I was still expecting an estimate and carpets cleaned. He arrived around 9:30 and estimated the cost would be $257. This was without the 50% off coupon I had. We had 1 large bedroom an two small bedrooms that needed carpet cleaned. I felt that was pretty outrageous since I had no extra services I required. I almost said no but I had aleady done the work to prepare for the leaning. I was also told when making appointment that the tech would move the furniture except large pieces like the bed frame etc but he did not move anything, not even when I asked before he started if he could move it( it was a small chair on a 36 inch rug). I had had COIT do rug cleaning in other cities and have always had a decent job done. I would never recomend COIT for run cleaners in the future.THIS IS THE SECOND SURVEY I WAS SENT. MY OPINION IS STILL THE SAME!!!!!!!
We are very pleased with the job that we had having our draperies cleaned. They came to our home and did a super job of of getting rid of all the dust that had accumulated over the years. Having they clean your draperies without taking them down was so great! We highly recommend them and they are definitely a 5 Star company!!!!!!
We had Andrew from COIT over today. What a great guy. We scheduled COIT to come and clean our Travertine. He made it look awesome with a mirror finish. The great thing was how well the areas came out were the dogs run through. They had been scratched up and Andrew was able to buff the marks out. We are extremely impressed with the professionalism of Andrew. If we had any thing bad to say it would be the price was a little high. You get what you pay for though!
I have used Coit for the last three carpet cleanings, they do excellent work, my carpet looks new when they have completed the job. Today my Cleaning specialist was Daniel Byers, not only did he arrive on time, he was courteous, professional and did a fantastic job on our carpet and sectional...which was no easy task, he also came back and put the sealant on the couch, which I had no idea he hadn't, but was honest enough to come back and do it, I appreciated that...thanks Daniel...good job!!!

Friendly, but not great service, and WAY OVERPRICED for a 40% off deal. I feel like I spent full price after they left. The COIT truck left a huge oil stain on my driveway, which I now have to spend time cleaning. They also missed several spots on the carpet, and did a so-so job on the one chair I needed cleaned. I won't be using COIT again.
Coit tech didn’t know much about drapery measuring or cleaning, said he was more of a “carpet” guy, even though our appointment was specifically for draperies. Apparently COIT no longer removes & re-installs window treatments to have them professionally dry-cleaned & pleats re-pressed (as they advertise on their website). He said they don’t have anybody there anymore that knows how to run their equipment do now they just do all the cleaning in-home which is essentially just vacuuming them off in place & spraying them down with some dry-clean chemical but they can’t re-press the pleats at all so they will continue to look aged & saggy. Tech called his boss while he was here & argued with him. Not at all the “5 Star” experience we were expecting.
My husband and I have been using Coit for several years. Always receiving great service from great people. We've had everything from our carpets to our air ducts clean. Best cleaning and service in town bar none.
I had a great experience with COIT. I was able to go on line, set my schedule, and they followed up right away. Mr. Sothea Hoy arrived within the timeframe and was very professional and ready to work.I ordered three rooms to have the carpet cleaned and over 400+ square feet of tile grout cleaned and sealed. It was done in a few hours and I can't believe the difference. We have a 12 year old house and the grout and tile look brand new. The technician was due to come in the AM, calling first. Never showed/called until late afternoon. I stayed home all day waiting & he was totally unconcerned. We were supposed to get information and an estimate. With his attitude and total lack of customer concern, we will not be using your service.

Before calling Coit I was ready to replace my tile. I never imagined that my tile could be brought back to life and it was. I feel like I have brand new floor. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them.
The COIT professional was on time and knew exactly what to do for the job we needed. He was polite and kept us informed as he progressed through cleaning our window treatments where they hung and the Silouette window shades that hung on the windows. This is my 2nd experience with COIT for this service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional cleaning service.

Very satisfied with the cleaning of my drapes,very disappointed to see that I was charged $25.00 service fee. When I was quoted the price I was not aware of the fee,estimator told me the price I did not look at the invoice,(had I, I would have questioned it and probaly declined the offer.I only decided to have this cleaning done because of the 40% off,so if I am charged a $25.00 service call it;s not a really good deal.I will not use COIT again because of that.
Coit has cleaned many carpets for me over the years and always done a super job with zero complaints from me. However, after a cleaning recently in a new home, there was a second attempt to get a smell out of my carpet needed. After one phone call the second visit was set up at no cost to me. There was no argument and complete understanding with the customer service lady I spoke with. The second visit was scheduled that same week, and there is no longer a smell in my carpet! They did a great job! I would never have anyone else clean my carpets and I only use Coit for the obvious reasons. They are a great business and do a great job.

We are very pleased with Coit Cleaning and Restoration Co. and that's why we call them annually to clean our carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture. Not only do their people do a good job of restoring our carpets and furniture, but they are extremely dependable, from the time we call them for service until they deliver the beautifully finished products. They always call beforehand to let us know when they will be at our home and are always on time. Also, they re-lay the area rugs to our complete satisfaction. In addition, their prices are quite reasonable!
I am beyond pleased with COIT's cleaning of my air ducts, Ben did an excellent job! I didn't realize there was so much stuff behind my air vents! COIT isn't always the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. I'll definitely use them again.

I used Coit services while readying my condo for sale in Minnesota before moving to Arizona. I received professional services in both locations. In Arizona I experienced Coit's tile cleaning, grout tinting and sealing by Andrew Farr. I was so impressed that I later had Andrew estimate my home for duct cleaning. Ben was the Coit technician cleaning the ducts that (evidently) had never been cleaned (home built in 2000.) I could tell a difference right away, I'm not sneezing and coughing like before, and not having to dust the furniture every day. Living in the desert is challenging but Coit helped by doing what could be done. I highly recommend Coit! August 2018...Coit to the rescue again, this time for my master bedroom & closet carpet. Brandon Sweeney did an excellent job and was on time, professional and polite. I highly recommend Coit services. Other company ads may say they're less but so is their results. You do get what you pay for.

He arrived promptly, however, after inspecting the air return he used a ladder in my back yard to look at the unit on the roof and did not take the ladder down. It took longer than expected had a screw used to put the return over my vent stripped and after trying to remove it for a long time, he made a trip to Home Depot to get the right tool for the job. I asked what the fee was to clean the air handler and he quoted $275. Seemed very steep to me. I'm glad I got the air ducts cleaned, it has made a huge difference to the air quality in my home.

We called Coit to have our new office ducts cleaned and they did not disappoint. Sean and his team are absolutely wonderful! They explained everything and their timeliness and communication were seriously on point!! You cannot go wrong with Coit.
My vertical fabric blinds were so dingy and dirty when I moved into my twin home. I called Coit and they sent specialists to see if they could be cleaned. Just a few days later technician Ben came to clean them. He was such a pleasant person, worked so diligently and thoroughly, and included me in conversation about the ins and outs of the job. I could not have been more pleased. I am able to get many more years out of them. Coit saved me a lot of money by extending the life of my blinds. Thank you Ben!
Prompt response and follow up to my calls. Came to my house the next day to give me an estimate to clean a house full of Travertine. The price was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Scheduled an appointment for the floor cleaning. Coit reps called me and were actually early. They worked their butts off and my floors look fantastic. Would recommend to anyone.
I was concerned that some of the grout on my floor had not come clean enough. COIT and it’s capable technician, Glenn Allen, responded by going over the grout a second time. There was never a question that they would make it right for me. Of course, there was not a second charge for this.
I was very happy with the work Jim did, however, customer service was not so great. I was told I'd receive a call about timing the day before, and it would be a 2 hour window. Did not hear from them and I finally called (need to plan my day out) and found out it's a 3 hour window and it didn't seem to phase anyone the fact that I was not contacted!

Last week, I called to make an appointment to have my carpets cleaned. Your employee, Miguel and his trainee, Joe, cleaned my carpets. Miguel had cleaned my carpets before, and I was thrilled to be told he would be the tech that would be back to my house for the 2nd time.Miguel is considerate of our family's special needs relating to our sensitivity to chemicals, and reactions we could have. Our carpets were really needing a deep cleaning. Miguel mixed the solution so it cleaned the carpets without the smell of chemicals.I appreciate the exceptional work he and his trainee did, and how hard and long Miguel worked that day. Because I was in a time pinch, he arrived to my home late and worked until 9:00 P.M.Thank you Miguel, and thank you COIT for a job very well done.
Dear Sirs, Madams;I was a first time customer with COIT last week. I had a special need for the area that needed cleaning and a piece of furniture. Allen, my service represenative was very professional and understood my needs. He did a great job and did not try to high pressure me into selling me something I didn't need at the time. I was not happy about the minimum charge of $125.00 but I do understand you need to stay in business I also was not told by your phone represenative that there would be a minimum fee. However, I will use COIT again.

A very good job. Air conditioning is working more efficiently. Two suggestions...Tech could be friendlier on arrival and less gruff when explaining process, secondly, pick up after yourself (he left a bundle of masking tape on our front porch)

COIT was recommended to us by a neighbor for an air duct cleaning. .We scheduled an appointment, the serviceman, Bill, called to confirm shortly before the scheduled time. Upon arrival he informed us that it would take about an hour and a half, the process they used (and why), and went about doing the job. He also suggested the interval that several of his clients had - every two to three years. He also made mention after the cleaning that our ducts were tightly sealed and well constructed. The technician was very friendly and worked hard on getting the carpet clean. It wasn't very dirty in the first place but it looked cleaner after he was finished. A couple of days later though, I feel as if the carpet doesn't look as clean. I've vaccumed it serveral times, and it's a no-show zone in the house so I know it's not getting dirty from people's shoes. The carpet did dry within 24 hours with all of the windows open and fans on. They seemed a little pricy compared to the other companies but I was in a hurry to get it done ASAP.Overall great service - just wish the carpet remained clean looking longer than a week.
Initially wanted my tile cleaned, saw an ad for Coit, and within two days Cleaning Specialist Shawn and Andrew arrived. They explained my options, measured the space, and went to work. I chose to upgrade to the acrylic sealing process that come with a 10 year guarantee and eight hours later the floors were better than new. It's allot of work to do it right and Shawn and Andrew were terrific. Along the way, I asked Andrew if he thought the carpet on the staircase could be improved so he proved it could by cleaning one step so the next day he came back and completed the task. I also has my duck work system cleaned after hearing about the process and expected results. In the beginning all I wanted was my tile floors to be cleaned and I ended up with a future long term relationship with a company that came through with five star results at a fair price.
Technician was very honest and told us our tiles were very clean and did not need to be done by him. He cleaned our area rugs and did excellent job. I will call them again
I bought a lift chair from a second hand shop and it smelled very dusty. I called Coit to have it cleaned. The cleaning tech came out and did a very good job. The chair looks like new and the dusty smell is gone. The whole process was done very neatly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company.
We were very pleased with the work that Allen Price did in our home. We really expected a lot out of him and he came through for us. He cleaned all of our upholstered furniture, all together 3 sofas and 7 chairs and then 6 rooms of carpets throughout the house. Everything looks for clean, the air smells clean. I called and had an appointment date set for a Saturday. The rep said they would call me the Friday before and set a time to come give me an estimate. They never called Friday. Then I woke up to my phone ringing at 7 am and I didn’t get to it fast enough so I immediately called them back. When I finally got ahold of someone they said that my window time was in between 10am and 1 pm (which i was okay with)Well it was almost 1 pm and I called to make sure everything was on schedule and they said yes the technician would call me when he was on his way. I then got a call back five minutes later asking me if I could re schedule because they tried calling and no one answered..... it had literally only been 5 min since the lady said they would call on their way (I had my phone with me waiting for a call. )I told them I wasn’t ready to reschedule because I don’t think I’ll use them now.....I was sooooo excited because I heard so many good things about them but I feel like they messed up and tried to put the blame on me. when In reality, it was on them.

Great job cleaning out 5 years of attic duct buildup. Also, the dryer was not connected properly when installed and the dryer sheets were clogging up the air vent to the outside through the roof... that could have caused a fire... and we didn't know... he saw sheets blowing from the back of the dryer... and he not only cleaned the vent but attached the hose properly. Thank you Coit!!!

where to start....original apt was 10-1PM and arrived 1:30 PM. Did a poor job on one of the area rugs and another tech was sent back the next week to reclean. Problem apparently was there were different naps and heights and needed to be taken into the shop for recleaning. Was supposed to be delivered today but am now told he did not schedule it for delivery today so now would be 3 more days (Thurs vs. Mon). I have used Coit in the past with no issues but this will be the last time. All I want is my area rug back in good shape!

Shawn was very pleasant and helpful, but in the end wasn't able to get out a coffee stain, and in fact more stains showed up on the living room carpet from the former homeowner's use. But when I called COIT they were very helpful and sympathetic, sending someone the next weekend who arrived even earlier than scheduled. Joshua used a special spray and advised putting a floor fan out to dry the carpet as quickly as possible to keep the stains from wicking back up. It worked and all the stains are gone! Everyone was very professional and quick to get the work done. The best part, the carpet wasn't soaked for more than a few hours each time, unlike other companies' processes. I can highly recommend COIT.
Coit came out to do my carpets today. My scheduled window was 10-1 and he (Shawn McLaughlin) was promptly at my door at 10. He was very professional and did an outstanding job! He was even able to get stains out that Zero Rez couldn't get out when they were here 3 months ago. Shawn also cleaned some upholstered chairs that I've had for years, and they now look brand new. I would recommend Coit to everyone. Ask for Shawn, he's great!

The Coit crew was prompt and cleaned two rugs very nicely. They were also helpful in giving us tips on how to clean spots in the future. We were very pleased with their work.
Sothea Hoy ,cleaning specialist was excellent. He cleaned our tile and resealed are grout. Great job! Would recommend COIT for this procedure. The only caution I have is on the ten year warranty, in the fine print on the back of the warranty it states that you have to have COIT come out annually each year and clean the floors. Sounds like a disclaimer! Coit should clarify.
good work performed but what they quoted and what they come and charge are 2 very very different things – disappointed in the bait and switch. The guy performing the cleaning blames the office that originally made the sale and the office blames the one performing the work. Its unprofessional. I would go elsewhere the next time.

I had Coit come out to my home to clean out my dryer vent as my clothes were not drying as they should have been. Alex Altman and Sean Hankins were the guys who performed the work. Not only did they do a great job thoroughly cleaning out the dryer vent, but Alex recommended a Lint Alert so that I could tell ahead of time if lint is building up and restricting air flow. This device also gives me piece of mind as I always worry about fires with an overheated dryer. Thanks again COIT for another great experience. Till next time!

As far as the actual cleaning of my tile floors and area rug the results were very good. I could see a noticeable difference in the floors especially.I wasn't going to mention this but changed my mind. I have a fairly expensive coffee table the was damaged. There were four chips in the wood at the front of the table. I believe this was done with the shampooer while the floor was being cleaned. I pointed this out to the technician when he brought back the rug that was sent for cleaning.Other than the table damage the cleaning itself was good.Thank you,Teresa Christie

Insurance company sent them in to do Mold removal. They did a very thorough job and the guys were very professional. They made sure the rest of the house was protected from the mold spreading. They did a great job cleaning up too. Job well done.
Efficient carpet & tile cleaning. Did not put plastic under furniture legs in carpeted areas like they had last time. Area rug that was taken out to be cleaned was returned in a week and was very clean. Still pretty expensive with 40% discount on all services.

Horrible service! Completely chipped my baseboards, carpet had residue so didn't stay clean (it was new carpet) and technician was rude. I would not use this place again if they gave me free lifetime cleaning! Plus they call at 7:30am day of to set arrival time, totally inappropriate time to call on a Saturday morning or any time. Coit is a joke!

We had Coit remove blood stains and totally clean our carpets. They did an excellent job but the price was outrageous! Get a quote before hiring them.
I had my white tile floors where the grout was black cleaned. The difference is dramatic. COIT representative was very good and conscientious. I would very much recommend this service with 5 stars...

Decent experience. Good thing there was a promotion running. I think we would have been disappointed overall paying 40% more than we did. There was a small stain on the rug (I think it is red wine) which I was hoping would come out. It didn't. My wife felt sorry for the guy that returned the rug to our home by his self. Very heavy run for one person to lug out of a van, into a house, and situate on a carpet pad. It looks clean and feels very soft.
COIT is FANTASTIC!!!! They corrected the issues with our new floors which could have turned out disastrous!!The company that installed the floors failed to give us cleaning instructions and the grout haze was horrible!! Tech lovingly brushed out “chair dents” that were imprinted into an expensive area was moved to another room. Looks great now! 100% recommend!
I scheduled a cleaning & they tech showed up to do an estimate and schedule a cleaning. No one called the night before to confirm and provide the time frame as they state they will in their email.
I recently had my carpet cleaned by COIT. This was the first time having COIT clean our carpets. They did a great job of spot treating and the carpet looks great. I will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you COIT.
I am not sure why everyone is not giving COIT a 5 Star, but I am giving them 5 stars today and wish I could give more. I used COIT some 12 years ago but this time I called a carpet cleaning company other than COIT (mistake number 1,2, and 3) and the Technician stated the spots could not come up, after he cleaned the carpet. I called COIT and they came an removed all the spots and more. I will never call anyone other than COIT in the future. Thanks COIT for still being the best and backing what you say.
The people of coit did a stripping of my tile floors, they put stripper down and liquified the old sealant. In the attached photos you can see where the old wax is. They did not mop up the old liquidized wax and striper they just left it on the floor to dry and put more sealant on the floor. I called and they refused to do anything. I also had complaints about the workers making nasty comments while they were working and again the management people did nothing.
The gentleman they showed up seemed very knowledgeable. My only concern is the chemical smell is still lingering after 3 days. Granted I did have pet urine that had gotten on the bottom of my sofa skirt and chair. This job was upholstery cleaning. I'm hoping the chemical smell goes away, our noses have become red and very itchy. I did call customer service and was told to call Monday to see if the smell has gone away.
Tech time of arrival to departure was less than an hour. 3 bedrooms and one walkin closet; used coit many times and have never had so many pucker areas in the carpet after they were don. Way too much water.We requested possible cleaning a shower tile, the tech said he didn't have the equipment and CLR would be just fine. There were no hard water stains, just a big shower and wanted grout cleared. Maybe he didn't have the equipment be he also seemed as if he didn't want to do any more than necessary.We also asked about cleaning a large area rug; something other Coit Tech have tried up selling in many past service calls. This time we did want it cleaned but he said all Coit does is roll up the carpet and send it out for cleaning. Again not understanding why this was so after past experiences and after all it is carpet. Again tech didn't seem like he wanted to do anything extra even though it was a sale for Coit.Disappointed in the Tech.

I’m not using anyone but Coit from now on, you know the old saying, “you get what you pay for?” That rings so true with Coit!! My carpets look excellent and I didn’t think the stains were going to be able to come out!! ????
Excellent job. Very clean carpet with little odor. We had a light colored ottoman that was cleaned. It really came out nice. Almost like new.
Very friendly and helpful service man who arrived earlier than he was scheduled (he called first to see if it was ok!) Carpet looks better than ever. Had a lot of filth due to cats and dogs. Would definitely use them again.

I had my tile and grout cleaned and sealed. The majority of it looks exactly the same. I was told that my tile is in great shape and that the discoloration in my grout is staining that will not come out with a cleaning. Coit DID give me another price quote (that was triple the price of what I already paid) to have the stained grout covered and sealed. In the end, I paid hundreds of dollars and rearranged my schedule with no results. Thank you Coit.

We are extremely happy with the cleaning of our blinds. The vertical blinds are amazing. and we will always use Coit for all of these. Our swag drapes were a little disappointing...wish we could have had them taken down, cleaned and rehung. That is what I thought would have been done originally when we first called Coit. Do you ever clean drapes in this manner? The gentleman that did the cleaning was very professional.

Had them come out to clean out my ducts on a manufactured home. Not exactly what I thought it was but still did a good job. Essentially just clean out larger debris and stuff. With a little wipe down around the openings. Thought it was more extensive but that's really my bad for not asking more questions ahead of time. For what they did it's a little on the high side in my opinion, but I'm not upset I had them do it.
First time we have used Coit and the results are great. We are extremely happy with the technician and the carpet service. We will definitely use them again

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Coit. He was very professional. This was a rental house and carpet was very dirty with many stains. To both of our surprise, Coit got all the stains on=ut.

Very over priced, he was at my house for a total of just about 40 minutes and most of that was talking about the estimate and setting up!! He charged me $250 to clean my shower and did not remove any of the hard water. I didn't realize it til it dryed or would not have paid him!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!! IF I COULD OF GIVEN O STARS I WOULD HAVE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ZEROREZ IS A LOT BETTER THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB ON MY TILE!!

Miguel Nazario cleaned my carpet like i've never seen before. He was awesome, fantastic, and so thorough!!! He sprayed first to get out the dirt, then brushed the carpet, then cleaned the carpet. After all that extra work, then he raked it. I am 67 years old and had several homes with carpet in my lifetime, but Miguel's work was the best i have ever had!!
Coit was prompt and courteous. Carpet cleaning was mediocre at best. Tile cleaning merely steam cleaned. Grout was dirtier than what I cleaned in another room. there is a 90 day redo on areas that failed. No doubt I will be calling for the re-clean. Restoration is an ambiguous service.

Mike went through the whole work, but the overall estimate was way out of reach. For 780sq/ft grout cleaning and re coloring sealing the estimate was 2700.00
Allen cleaned our carpets and tile on 5/28/16. He is a guy that enjoys getting up and going to work in the morning. A great job and will ask for him when it comes time to clean the carpets / tile again.

The wool rug looks good. There seems to be an indentation, possibly from furniture, and one stubborn stain that is faint. The stain is about the size of a tennis ball, and the indenting looks like a cigarette burn. We don't smoke. Overall, I am satisfied. Your man was very polite.

My rug ( wool)came back with lots of fibers sticking out. Coit took it back 2 times and it wasn't fixed. They sent a specialist to look at the rug , he took samples and was going to an analysis. I haven't heard from them since this happened a month ago. At least they didn't charge me for the cleaning services but my rug is not the same as when I sent it to Coit.

I tried to put a sealer on my new Travertine and it did not work out so I called COIT they came out and got it fix. It tuned out beautiful after they had to strip what I put on. Technicians Ruben Joya (283) and Miguel Mendez (241) are very knowledgeable and courteous I recommend using COIT don't try to apply sealer yourself let the Professional do it.

Miguel N did a great job at our house. Our tile and grout needed cleaning and he literally scraped an old coating off by hand in several areas to make sure it looked perfect when done.

The technician work performance was excellent especially on the roman honeycomb blinds. The technician cleaned the back of the blinds as well as the front. Never before Have I seen them so clean. I will always use Coit.
I don't want to get anyone in trouble,but, I am not pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning.It was late in the afternoon when the young man arrived and the lighting in the living room was quite low. The carpet is also old and has seen better days.I did not realize until two days later that there were numerous places in the hall and living room that looked about the same as they did before the attempt at cleaning.I have guest coming in a few days and don't want to go through the hassle of having any additional cleaning done at this time.I regard this as a private conversation, and I really do not want my comments posted on the internet. Nothing, soooo disappointed, feel like I WAISTED 200.00!!! The guy was not very friendly/personable...He made stains to my couch that were not there before, and he DID NOT get the spots or smell out of it....it was like he wasn't even really trying to....the next day I went & got a carpet/upholstery shampooer and did it myself, I T was alot of work, but I went over the bad spots a few times and got the stain/smell out all by myself!!!! Wish I would have done that way in the first place..because I don't have 200.00 to waist!!!
I have used Coit since 2013 twice a year at least, always does a good job and works with me with my needs, however the last tech that I had was very rude and disrespecting me, he did a good job and I tipped him 25 dollars for the work, but he does not deserve to be in customer relations. I am a realtor that coordinated the cleaning by Coit of Unit 524 in the Scottsdale Marquessa. The technician explained he tried everything in his box to remove an oil spot from a power-chair leak and it could not be removed. This I told the owner. She inspected the property and told me she wanted her money back. I told her to complain to Coit. She never did. What the 95 year old woman did do was get down on her hands and knees and remove the oil spot!After she did it I inspected to see if in fact the black spot was gone....yes, you could barely tell something was there. She was totally dissatisfied.

A small glitch with scheduling - your Cleaning Consultant arrived and I expected the Cleaning Specialist and had moved the furniture off the larger rug. My carpet is clean and beautiful. The only thing is one area of the carpet is really stiff and I worry that some of the cleaning solution was left in and not rinsed out, but it is not an area that is walked on so we will see.

Results mediocre. Rugs came back clean but somewhat unsightly with some fibers sticking up, apparently should have been trimmed after cleaning. Tile noticeably cleaner but dull, and some chips and holes not filled as promised. Perhaps, I should have had the tile honed as well as cleaned and sealed.

The carpet looks refreshed and clean. Not much more I could ask for. Coit was professional and efficient and a plus was they were right on time!
During an entire 2 story home remodel in my Buckeye home we turned off the water supply to the house which was opened by mistake by a contractor who was not aware. After the extensive remodel of both, upstairs and downstairs bathrooms and kitchen the faucets were not yet installed and when the water was turned on within minutes both upstairs and downstairs flooded. I immediately called COIT and a restoration tech was at my house within 30 minutes. He evaluated the situation and immediately remedied by drilling about 40 - 2 holes into downstairs ceilings and some walls since water started coming through the ceiling and walls were affected already. Industrial dryer blowers and dehumidifiers were strategically placed for 5 days to prevent further damage, thorough drying of walls and ceilings and getting it ready for finishing the drywall again. Big disaster overall, but COIT tech was personable, calmed my nerves with his professional and reassuring demeanor and it was affordable for me so I did not have to submit an insurance claim. THANK YOU, COIT!! I will always use and refer your service going forward.

Crew was on time and efficient. Carpet cleaned well but now has dried with some areas that seem to have the soil reappearing.

IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. TECHNICIANS COME IN SMELLING LIKE SMOKE. HOSES DAMAGED THE CORNERS OF MY WALLS AND MANAGEMENT DIDNT DO ANYTHING. HUGE RIP OFF AND NOT PAYING FOR.

Carpet looks nice, service was on time, friendly, professional and competitive.
The guys were professional and told me everything that would be done before they started. Also gave me tips on how to preserve the carpet.
Jose came in and explained what he was going to do then did everything very efficiently.
