Michael and his crew arrived when scheduled with a phone call shortly before arrival. Michael explained what they were going to do upfront then went over the work completed before leaving.. He satisfactorily answered all of my questions. He Will call tonight to let me know the time of next step since he didn't have that info. The crew was courteous and cleaned up everything. Thank for no stress with an unfavorable task for us.

A few months ago, I discovered some mold in my home and I called this mold removal firm to take care of it. They took their time, were kind, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire procedure.

I’m so grateful that my husband has found Phoenix water damage services to come check our water damage! From the minute ,Robert the owner and his team entered our home, my husband and I knew that Robert is the guy we need him to work on our house. We always get stressed when we have a service/ maintenance company come to give us an assessment of the situation and a price estimate. We literally dread it ! Because, unfortunately a lot of them who come always exaggerate of the situation and you feel like they are racking up the bill just to try to squeeze as much money ? out of you so basically ripping you off ☹️but With Robert, we felt immediately that the man is very honest! Honest about how bad the situation is and exactly how much it will cost! And we absolutely loved that! He immediately inspected our walls with professional tools he used and told us right away what was going on. I had to go pick up my son from school at that time so I go and come back and I see that the company already set up the equipment with many Professional fans and started working on the area! You could tell they have done this for years and they know what they are doing !! I loved how professional the service was from showing up on time within the window given to keeping us posted about time of arrival to setting up the place with all the necessary tools ⚒️ and then cleaning up after the work was done and following up on the job! My husband and I liked them so much that we decided to hire them for another project that is stretching our carpet and cleaning them and of course the service was outstanding again! I told them that they are going to be the only company I’m referring to my friends and family without looking elsewhere! After having to deal with ~80% of a house being flooding, it was a great pleasure to work with Jenkins Restorations. Jose was quick, professional, and reliable. Had toilet supply line broke, flood our house 100% called my insurance company and they recommend Restore Master, called and them right away and they showed up to our house in next 45 minutes , was the owner with 3 other helpers , super nice crew , they walked me thru to entire house to explain whats needs done , this company deserve 10 star super happy with with work they have done to our house , and I will recommend Restore Master to anyone for any water and mold damage .

My insurance company called this company to evaluate my kitchen for water damage. They had my schedule, but chose THEIR time to come out. They demo'ed my kitchen on a Tuesday, it's now Saturday, left everything in my back yard, they lied saying the ins. company would send an adjuster. The ins. company said they should NOT have said that. NOW, it's up to ME to find a contractor for estimates, install the drywall they cut out, install the cabinets they tore out and clean my yard of the debris. I called, left a message for a return call, around 530, even tho its after hours, they SHOULD return calls in a timely manner. They would not give me any estimates to repair the work they started.
I would NOT recommend this company for ANY insurance work since they are unreliable, and you can never get in touch with someone. A RELIABLE company would keep in touch, give TIMELY return calls, give the estimates which would be beneficial to determining WHO to contact with, and most of all...

Paul Davis Restoration did an excellent job in our house. Michael and his guys were professional and treated our home and items with care. I would recommend them to anyone in need of fast, quality service.

I called AM/PM to come out to review a water leak. After 10 minutes in my home, my insurance company called and recommended to me that I should ask them to leave until the insurance company could review the situation. I did so, and AM/PM sent me a bill for $468 for the 10 minutes they were at my house. I said I needed to work with my insurance company on billing. A week later they sent me a nasty email stating they were raising the price 33% unless I paid that day. While I was out of a house dealing with a major problem this company tried to exploit my situation and strong arm me into paying without going through the proper insurance channels. After requesting they not act in this manner and that I was still waiting on a response, they become unresponsive and sent a threatening letter saying a lien would be put on me if I didn't pay immediately. All of us this was only 3 weeks after the initial services were rendered. I would strongly recommend no one doing business with a company that chooses to operate in this manner.

This is a remodeling company that's worth a nice 5 star rating, this team really knew what they were doing and they did a stunning job for me. I'm completely satisfied with the effort they put in for me.
