Scott Roofing is professional all the way, from the estimators to the final inspection--great to work with, office staff is very responsive, workers are fast, clean and efficient. Only issue might be that their estimate may come in higher than your Insurance coverage, due in part to using high quality materials--you get what you pay for! A week after installation, we had the 9th rainiest day in Phoenix history, and we're totally dry inside...nice work!

The team that came out to replace our roof, and re-seal our flat roof were great. They pulled all the tiles and underlayment, put down new felt underlayment and replaced the tiles in about 4 hr. total. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the nails and trash around the house. The second team that came out for the flat roof were just as professional. And even picked up a few things the first group missed. The only negative thing I could think of, is Renco should have someone on each of there teams that speak English. I had a question and had to call the office to get the answer. Great job would recommend Renco for your roof repair.

Called this company TJ came out a few weeks later for an estimate. He said I would get it in a few days. A month later I had to reach out to him to get the quote. I followed up with a few questions. No response. I guess they don't want my business. Save your time and call a company who cares.

We highly recommend Reimagine Roofing. They were one of a few companies willing to do a more complex roof, a clay 100% boosted roof. We called quite a few companies prior and many wanted to talk us out of it because they didn’t want to do the extra labor. That was not the case with Reimagine Roofing. They were more than happy to take on the challenge and they absolutely did! We felt Eric and his team were friendly and cared about the things that were important to us. I got a full inspection with a fair appraisal of the situation and good news about the state of my roof. Repair work was done on time and I’ve had no problems since then. After a hail storm last spring I filed a claim with my home owner’s insurance. The adjuster came out, looked over my damage and said that they would be sending me a check. I had no idea what to do next. I called the owner of this company. He came to my house, looked over the damage, took plenty of pictures and said he would contact the insurance adjuster himself on my behalf if I didn’t mind. The next thing I knew was the insurance adjuster advised me that I would be receiving additional funds. He then called me wanting to know when I wanted the repairs done. From that point on I would receive a call from the project manager advising when each repair or replacement was to be done and everything was put back in better condition than it was before the storm.

I cannot say enough about this terrifc company. From first contact and quoting with Shane to the installation with a excellent crew, we could not be more thrilled with our new roof. The professionalism, communication, and quality were all that I could hope for and more. Zero complaints! Give them a call, you won't regret it.
